Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Problem: Navient violated confidentiality and my privacy and the fair credit reporting actI requested a co-signer release from Navient on a year old student loan and they claim I still don't qualifyMy cosigner is in poor health and needs to be releasedIf you look at their pre-qualifying requirementsI am an executive and have had a stable job making over $90,000, I have a doctorate and an MBA and completed all of my programsI am not in default, I am not a payment plan with them, more than half of my credit cards had balances at the time they pull my report and my federal loan are in the process of being consolidating which do not impact this loan in anywayI have not missed any payments of this loan either.I meet all of the qualificationsThey claim that after years and paying the loan for the last on time that I do not qualifyThey first stated in a letter I received in June that my income was insufficient,I told to submit more documentation regarding my income and when I did that they came up within even excusesThey claimed to have a dispute committee but it never made it to this supposed committee which does not existhen after I demonstrated that the my income ($103,year annually) was more than sufficient then they stated other things in my credit report that were not accuratelyI called to speak to a representative who was not polite and who claimed my large federal loan which has nothing to do with this loan was too big and I needed to pay that one down significantly first before they would consider releasing my cosignerThey continue to make it every excuse to keep my cosigner tied to this loanThey have now issued a letter detailing what they claim was in my credit report to my cosigner with out my permission and violated my rights and confidentiality as again they are trying to make the case that I don't qualify even though they state that credit is not entirely of their decision and again I meet all of their other criteriaSome of their reps have any made statements that they would go after my co-signer's estateThe claim about going after her estate was made in a phone in October and was stated in several calls over the last years while getting trying to get her releasedThey even claim in a letter that I did not make consecutive payments and have made the paymentsThey refused to take me out of their deferment when I asked them not to defer my account and refused to give me a regular payment amountThey kept making the claim that my account was paid upTheir practices are illegal and unethical and they need to release my year old cosigner from this debt that she will never have the ability to payThey violated confidentiality as they had no right to disclose to my cosigner anything that the claim was in my credit report as I requested the co-signer release and I filed the better business reportThis continues to mislead the cosigner, her family and creates more conflict on trying to get her releasedTranslate Desired Outcome: They retract what they have sent in the form of information to my cosigner regarding my credit report and they need to release her form the loanI have already filed formal complaints with the FTC and State's attorney General

Type in "Complaints against Navient"I did not receive a billing from Citibank on July 15, for $However, on a statement dated 10/22/2010, they charged me for $even though I had to send a 2nd request for Forbearance on October 28, I have a copy of the letterThe first request was mailed in September I was on food stampsAt the time Social Rehabilitation Services (SRS, name changed later to Kansas Department of Children & Families (KDCF), [redacted] ), told me the same thing I was told recently: The letters I mailed to Citibank, SallieMae, and to Navient regarding being a recipient of food stamps is a "Certified Statement" for one full year each timeSince my case is reviewed in May and December of each year, and I have provided these "Certified Statements" each time, I do not owe any money regarding late feesIn the past I was able to pay on my student loans and paid some of them off at Johnson County Community College, Overland Park, KS and at the University of Kansas up until September I have a physical disability (well documented by Vocational Rehabilitation Services (VRS, at the same address as KDCF), and I have been unemployed since April 7, I also have not "...accrued $in additional late fees over the period that Navient has serviced your loan." Again, I have proof since I have always provided student loan providers with the "Certified Statement" from KDCFThe case workers told me over the years and this year as well, that what Navient is doing is illegalI have no money to send themI am caring for my elderly mother part of the timeShe can't afford to pay meI've been in car accidents with chronic injuries as a result A few days ago I received a renewed "Certified Statement" from KDCF stating it's good through 6/30/In May I will be interviewed again for a full one-year of food stampsI requested this statement because of the problems I've had with Navient since February This is harassmentI'm sick of itI've lost my patience with them KDCF enclosed a USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form online address for people receiving Federal assistanceAlso, the USDepartment of Health and Human Services (HHS), Office for Civil Rights, Washington, DCThis is my next plan of action Sincerely, [redacted]

I have requested information from the company directly, I have pointed out the violations of the law (state law, California), and they still blame their mistake on me It was not a simple mistake, it has been malicious and purposely deceiving the customer to obtain the most gains possible.I am preparing for a law suit against this provider for the violations of the law they are claiming they did, but refuse to accept it Regards,
