RockAuto is the best auto supply company I have used, bar none. Their part selection is excellent, their pricing is always lower than anybody else, and their shipping is usually on truck same day as order.
How can anybody beat that for customer-focused service?
I am pleased and am a returning customer. I heard others recommend them on various web automotive forums, and found the glowing reviews to be true.

I think RockAuto is a good reliable vendor of auto parts. I have some minor problems with the website. I had to enter my credit card info twice. Perhaps my error, but that means something was not clear about the procedure. Also, once my order was compleated I was unsure how to log out. Eventually I clicked on back to the RockAuto catalog and signed out. It was not an obvious path at least not for me.

Still low prices and 5 star customer service for a various selection of parts. Plus shipping for me was fast as a hub was right next door in Texas.

To date they have been quick and accurate. The one time a part was incorrectly boxed, they sent a replacement without question.

I am vary satisfied with the cost of parts and the accuracy of any order I place. In my experience dealing with Rock Auto, parts are shipped next day and arrive within time specified. If I can wait for an order I will always use Rock Auto. The parts catalog alone is more helpful than the majority of my retail parts suppliers as far as parts availability, and parts accuracy. Also I don't have to deal with a parts person that doesn't know what there doing or really care to help at all. Rock Auto is vary quickly becoming my one stop shop!
