I do not know what hour fitness is talking aboutThey finally sent me a copy of my contract that I requested via phone on 10/20/15, but they have NOT made any attempt to resolve my complaint, and has taken over a month to respond to my complaintI have made a payment of $to hour fitness to show good faith since my membership expired 11/18/I would like to be able to work out at the gym while I am waiting for hour fitness to do their part. I have seen many complaints made to the Revdex.com by other customers in the same situation, and it appears the response I was given is the same pat response being given to these customers as well A representative at the club where I work out said they are doing this to all of their membersI am very concerned about the financial solvency of hour fitness. My original request to keep my membership as is, with a promise in writing, still stands.
