over 300 club locations nationwide.  As
referenced in your membership agreement, your membership allows you access to All Fit-Lite, Express Clubs, Active Clubs and Sport Clubs which does not include
access to Super Sport and Ultra Sport level club locations.  As such, if you wish to access any of our
Super Sport or Ultra Sport locations, you are required to upgrade your membership.
We hope that this brings
some clarification to your concern, as well as the terms of the membership
agreement that you purchased with 24 Hour Fitness.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. The local manager [redacted] did contact me in regards about my complaint and wish to resolving it. He did offer to invite me to the gym to speak with him personally I accepted his invitation and I told him when I get a day off from work am more than happy to come by the gym to discuss about my situation.
Although talks have been made over the phone I did not accept his offer yet. I wanted to talk with him in person and go from there.

I did receive the copy of my contract, but I did not receive a response to this email that I sent 5 minutes after I received that copy on 11/10/15@ 5:33PM :I see that it says that 24 hour fitness "may increase subsequent annual renewal amounts" when it talks about "fees."  In the same section though it talks about MPM memberships only being allowed to increase once per year at a rate of "not more than 5%."
So my question to you is this, how do you justify a rate increase of 100%, if you commit to a 5% figure for your MPM memberships on the same section?
I have talked to reps from 24 hour fitness on this, they are not high enough on the food chain.  I need to talk to someone who can actually respond to this injustice in jacking up rates and taking advantage of this "yearly fee" loophole.  Regards,[redacted]
