[redacted], we are no longer using facebook messenger due to some confusion between windows of communication. [redacted], placed an order on 8/26 two days after placing the order she proceeded to post all over not to purchase from us because we scam people, because she called and didn't leave a message when calling and we didn't answer, that makes us a scam. She never asked for her order to be cancelled via...

Our policies state that if you cancel the order prior to the 7/10 business day turnaround there will be a 15% restocking fee, I will copy the policy here.  as well as her commentary she posted all over our page, because like other business's we have negative feedback every business does. that makes us a scam. Little does she know we will be pursuing her in court for slander.  Had she asked for a refund we would have been happy to accommodate that request. Her refund will be issued minus the restocking fee. Also, I don't have any messages or calls from Bank of America. I don't any person after being in business for 3 years that places an order after 2 days goes on to a persons place of business and writes scam all over there business page, because they didn't answer the phone???

talked to someone twice. all I was simply asking in emails/calls was where/when was order was in or being shipped. yes on one of the last emails I sent I did say that I was frustrated and annoyed that it was taking this long and that I would never order from them again, but who wouldn't say that after taking a month and a half and still no order. I don't like the fact that they offer items for sale that they don't even have and once someone orders them they are lied to. all I got was different excuses each time. before I even filed a complaint I looked to see how many other complaints this store had and they have 56 in a 12 month time frame all with similar stories to mine. this "store" , if it even is a store, is run very unprofessional. I also think it is a scam. they sure do take the money fast and I believe they hope that you forget about the order. yes they refunded my money but lets see if I actually get it. on this topic, I read in one of the other complaints that they quoted them 5-7 days for it to go back in account and I was quoted 10 days. if everything goes back in my account you wont hear from me again but if not that is a different story. I also have all emails that was ever sent if needed.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

After several emails going back and fourth with [redacted] and calling her she posted on our site calling us sketchy, she was then refunded nothing further. Proof of refund is attached.

I called and last Thursday and Spoke to the customer regarding her order, She was told there was an issue and offer a refund she declined the refund, we can provide taping of call if need be. Copy of communication and refund provided. She was refunded after posting to our page on 3/24. Not sure the...

reason for the Revdex.com Complaint.

I am rejecting this response because: I understand and read their policy but they need to be up front about the status. Of course they were in contact but that was only because I initiated contact to check the status of my orders. I was only told the pink nightgown was backorded. Only because I asked. They need to be truthful and tell their customers about the real status of the order instead of the response of 7-10 business days. They are selling products that they do not even have possession of.

I have sent her an email waiting for her response on 11/21 she has yet to respond. I will contact her by telephone this morning as well as refund her money, she was given other options...

I hate to sound rude but I have been waiting on my items, some since July, you told me you would check on my orders but I have not heard anything from you in 5 days. If my money is not either refunded in some means or I do not receive shipping information from you soon I will be contacting the Revdex.com and posting this information on facebook as well including all of these corresponding emails. The dresses I ordered will probably not fit the girls anymore by the time I get them and already missed my granddaughter’s birthday at the end of October. Please get in contact with me ASAP.
