The woman nicole d[redacted] called and harassed my work as well as threatened me. I have filed a police report with the [redacted] township police department where she lives in [redacted] She continued to call me and email as well as found my place of work getting into a verbal confrontation with a supervisor over the phone. She has called me over 10 times yesterday march 18th and has even sent more emails after I told her I filed a police report against her for harassment. This company should be shut down. When I bought the dress I did not see anything stating refund delivery nothing. It just had the dress and the form to pay it. WheN I told them I needed it by the 20th of thiz month, tomorrow, things got nasty. I put a review on [redacted] after her being hostile. She then turned up her narcissistic attitude and starting hsrassing worse. I have freedom of speech and what I have posted is real And she cannot foforce me to be quiet. She had a chance to be civil but she is a cold hearted person who seriously needs mental help. She found my place of work by searching my [redacted] and had the nerve to call and harass not only my supervisor But the woman who answered the phone.  Complaint: [redacted]

hi    I have an open case w royal couture fashion    I want to keep this case open   I just received the package yesterday that was supposed to have the outfit I ordered in it FINALLY....it did not!!! it had a different outfit than what I ordered!! so I did email them today to let them know that I got the package and it wasn't what it was supposed to be  to which her reply was "well we have bent over backwards for u at this point"    SERIOUSLY!!!?????   then after I sent her a message telling her that I am not the one in the wrong in this situation and im just going to wash my hands of this situation but that I would let my opinion of them be known and that I would contact the Revdex.com to let u know whats happening,  I told her NOT to call me bc I do have my kids here and I didn't think I could remain calm with her at this point (after being to made feel  like im in the wrong)      so  she proceeds to call me    which I consider harassment  (not only once but twice) and was yelling at me that she is filing a lawsuit against me!!!!! FOR WHAT??!!!  bc I ordered something and she cant fulfill the order!!???? I don't get what the huge issue is here!!!  my 6 yr old understands what the problem is here....why do 30(something) yr old women not understand!!??? I ordered 2 outfits for $60   I want the two outfits I ordered but bc they cant seem to get anything right then IM made to be the evil witch that is out of line here??????   am I lost??  I feel like im in the twilight zone!!  PLEASE help me!! I do not want anything from this place!! Iam done!! but im soooo mad!!! and I want others to know before they order from these ppl !!

[redacted] was refunded yesterday after she spoke to me in a very harsh manner basically calling me a liar after I refunded her money and apologized, may the lord be with her. :)

I originally requested to the company in this complaint that I receive my items (rather than a refund) but I do not believe that I would EVER receive the products that I paid for.   I would be happy to just have a refund for the full amount instead of waiting for a product that may not ever be sent to me.

January 5, 2015 I filed...

a complaint with you regarding Royal Couture Children's Fashions in Bayville NJ. You assigned the complaint a number, #[redacted]. I should have went ahead and pushed on with my complaint but I let the people at Royal Couture talk me out of filing that complaint. They promised me that I would receive the [redacted] trunk that I had ordered from the August 21, 2014. I still have not gotten the trunk and it probably isn't going to come. Is there any way to re open that complaint and try to get a refund from the company? Every time I have tried to deal with them they are rude. I ask for a refund and they won't give it They tell me I can wait for the trunk or pick something else. I don't want anything else and I don't like the fact that it is now almost an entire year later and I still haven't gotten that trunk. I have been wondering if they were ever really going to send it to me in the first place. feel as though I was scammed. I have tried to refile the complaint and I did fill out the form but it said complaint not on file. So I don't know if I did something wrong or if I am unable to refile. I could not click on the link from the emails I had received to see my messages from you because they weren't good anymore. I called and asked for a full refund again this week but was refused. I told them I am going to file my complaint and was told go ahead they have over 90,0000 customers.

Please see attached emails regarding all correspondence, also I have not received a call and to my knowledge have not received a refund on the three orders or receipt of shipping. They are kind of getting nasty towards me now because I have filed a complaint. I was only "inconsistent" with my emails because I was trying to give them a chance to do the right thing but apparently it had to come to contacting you.

Yesterday we received a vague email from [redacted] responding to the tracking number of the email we sent him when we shipped him the item. with no explanation, I then replied to the email because I was unsure of what they were trying to ask, they stated they returned an item which we never received...

from them I asked in 5 emails for the tracking number for the item they returned to us. They cannot provide that information, Last communication was NOV 7th when they asked for our return address havent heard from them since. They have threatened to take us to court previously, and blackmail us they sent 50 emails yesterday in which all have been turned over to the local police I will screen shot them here, if and when [redacted] provides us with a tracking number a refund will be issued. I also asked [redacted] to call us in which he has not.

The company stated to me in a previous email there was s 7-10 day turn around where I can cancel and be refunded, suddenly they want 15% restocking fee. This is poor business. I don't even want the 15% anymore I want her company to be noted by the Revdex.com for their actions and harassment. They are now threatening me again with a slander lawsuit for being dissatisfied with their terrible customer service.

I am rejecting this response because:    In regards to what I jst read from the owner......first of all  I don't know where she gets that she sent me what I ordered twice!!??? I ordered two outfits got one after having to email  and talk to the cust service on the phone (a good few emails) The second outfit (she is swearing she put it in the envelope herself but....obviously she didn't!!!  So I had to again have a good few several emails to get my outfit sent out as these we matching outfits for a photo shoot for my husband for fathers day (which I did make clear)  AND a few more phone calls....still no email saying they had been shipped out as promised 2 different times...I had to AGAIN email and talk on the phone w her ab what exactly is going on!! I FINALLY got the package to find its the wrong outfit!! I DO NOT want anything from her and I have NO reason to make ANYTHING up!!!  Now, as for what she has stated about her lawyer and whatever......if she wants to spend her money to take me to court for not being a happy customer and making my opions known.....I have my rights to free speech! Also NOTHING I said online was slanderous at all bc 1 everything I said is 100percent true and 2 I can prove everything with the 75plus emails I have(which I will be sending every bit of to the Revdex.com along with this)     I NEVER asked for any preferential treatment or for her to send the packages fast shipping (she did that on her own  but she should have considering its supposed to ship7-10 days from order     I was at over a month from the day I ordered)   so....yeah if she wants to take me to court that's fine....she can do that... im not gonna hold my breath tho          I will be sure to check the Revdex.com website BEFORE I buy ANYTHING online again....I wish I had before dealing with this person.....cause with all the complaints she has idk how she is still in business...but she wont be for long doing whatever she calls this!!! Also  the hair bow  came with the outfit anyways and she offered me a $10 store credit but only after I had been thru all of this and honestly it was insulting( also I would have to put a lot of money with it to get anything and honestly I would NEVER give her my money again!!  I will do all I can to help but i do not want to read her lies  excuses, attitude  and negativity !!  I will not allow her to  take any more of my time money or happiness!!  Thanks so much        i will be sending close to 80-90 emails (all of the emails between us in their entirety )  Please if u don't mind let me know you received them

I am rejecting this response because:You still don't get it. YOU made the mistake and refused to correct it in a timely matter. If you would've just shipped out another item (I very much doubt you even had the Santa chevron set in stock when I was told you did) I would've been fine. If you even sent me the wrong item that was comparable to what I ordered, I would've been disappointed, but happy I had SOMETHING my daughter could wear. You make it the customers burden and don't take responsibility. It's happened to me twice and after reading reviews, I've seen that this is a normal practice for you. Your "customer service" rep was absolutely no help. When I originally asked if the Santa set was in stock she said yes and they would send it out immediately. Two days later, still nothing. And then only after I inquire about it, you then ship me out just any piece of garbage you had laying around. And then I have to lose out bc you refuse to help. Reputable businesses would've fixed the mistake the FIRST time and not after 4. And they would've sent me the correct item over night if it was time sensitive and their mistake. Not your "business". You made it my problem. And to address me "taking it upon myself to post all over [redacted]". I'm warning other customers of your unethical practices, and they were deleted. But I will continue warning people. You obviously don't have a "rate our business" page for a reason and you obviously delete any unfavorable comments that show what your "business" truly does. But don't worry, I'll keep warning people. And why on earth would I return the wrong item before I get my refund. I'm supposed to TRUST you after MONTHS of LIES. Refund my money immediately and then I'll ship back the tulle ball you sent me. I've already taken steps, reported your "company" and will continue to do so until I have my refund. WORST BUSINESS EVER (business used lightly of course)

M first contact with you was October 5, 2016 regarding my order. It was not until today 10/17/2016 that my daughter had sent an email regarding my order because I have never received anything  from you regarding my order. After her email and a phone call to you from my daughter that you called advising me my order was sent out. There were no threats made through emails nor was there any threats made on the 2 phone calls. I have all of the correspondence between us and will gladly provide to prove you are incorrect.  After making this complaint to the Revdex.com you had called my phone uninvited harassing me over this complaint. This obviously has turned personal with you and my daughter which of whom has made no such threats as you speak.
