Hi *** Our policies clearly state that we have a 7/business day turnaround as you agreed to when purchasing, that would give you a Nov 1st ship date, however the item was shipped early and is due to be delivered today as promisedit is also detailed in our policies we ask if an item

*** was mailed the wrong item and we apologized for that happening but when shipping so many items everyday mistakes can occur, we are human We did offer for *** to returnthe item for a full refund and we will refund her shipping costs or she can keep the refund and we would give her a
partial refund of it appears she was not happy with either decision, it states in our policies if there is an error on our part and you wish to return the item please do so and we will credit shipping costupon the item returning to us I will copy the policies and communications here

The tracking number is *** sent on November 20th This business is clearly full of fraudulent activity because they clearly recieved the package I want a full refund as well as the cost of shipping as promised I hope the Revdex.com will see the great lengths this company is going to avoid giving refunds to there customers by bullying claiming to contact the police, and also by rude/terrible customer service I have talked with new jerseys city hall and have found out that this business is operating illegally out of there home I will continue to look into this because the owner has the audacity to think that she can get away with claims I tried to call several times in the past as well as just after she claimed I did not in her past response I will also like to make a follow up complaint to the Revdex.com now asking for an apology for lying about not receiving my return but also for claiming that I did not try to call her A written apology will due

I am rejecting this response because:My name is *** not ***Secondly, the only person who raised their voice was ***She refused to let me voice my concern and stated she wasn't the postal serviceAs I explained in my last email before the phone call was ever madeThe tracking number that was provided was like a screen shotIt had no option to click on it or track through stamps.comIf that would have been an option the phone call wouldn't have even been necessaryEmailing me the appropriate tracking email after a complaint was filed does not show much for your businessThat could have been done ( as stated per *** in an email) on the actual day it was shippedAs I attempted to explain to you before you screamed you weren't the postal serviceMy other concern was that I understand delays with holiday shopping etc, However, I ordered on 11-Was told also per *** via email to give it 7-days she was unsure why I wasn't emailed an invoice but never offered to forward one to meStill has yet to do soI luckily have a screenshot of the original order with the order number or I wouldn't have been able to even eventually get the tracking numberMy final concern is that also via email with *** I was told it shipped out on 12-That is passed the 7-daysAgain, I am not unreasonable and realize it's the holidaysWhat does upset me and reflect poorly on your company is when the original tracking email was sent it specifically showed it didn't ship until 12-I found it very frustrating it not only shipped days after I was told it dos but then I couldn't even track the packageOther consumers need to be aware of these issues but more so than that they need to be aware of the people they are dealing with*** was beyond rudeLike I said previously I will research these types of companies better in the futureI will be returning the product of it ever shows and I will continue to seek my refundYour reviews speak for themselves.

I am rejecting this response because:
I was told shipping was 7-days which means I should have received my item by the 18th I requested tracking information multiple times so that I could keep an eye on where the package was located The policy that I agreed to was to days for shipping not to days to process an order before shipping would occur I never requested a refund and I would like to receive my product I am guessing that on the 10th day my product still hadn't even shipped, as I was never given tracking information and the company was able to cancel my order and refund money even though it should've already arrived on that day It makes sense why I was never provided with tracking information, as it was past the end of business hours on the 10th day and my product still had not been shipped as per the company's policy upon checkout

I was lied to several times about my packageAnd then come to find out I am not the only one they have done this toEvery review I saw afterwards said the same thing they did to meI was never nastyI simply asked when will I receive my package as promised and I asked why do I continue to get lied toNichole was VERY nasty and rude to me and hung up on meI NEVER called anyone names! While I understand that in their policies that it says preorders can't be refunded, I am asking for a goodwill customer service gesture on their endI have paid for a service/product that has taken almost five months to come inI still do not have the productI asked for two solutions- my product and refund of money.
