I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meOnly because I finally have my money backThey only offered to call me once and I was sick and lost my voiceIt has taken months to receive my refundThe "proof" that they tried to refund are only images of conversations not actual proofI gave them every email address I hadIf a check was really sent to my home address I would have received itThey should of sent the refund to my *** as a last resort a long time agoIts sad that I had to go to the Revdex.com to finally get a refundThis all could of been avoided if they would have just sent the order.

as we spoke earlier as stated in our polcies preorders are non refundable they are eligble for store credit onlyPreorders can take a long time to arrive thats why they are preorderswe have offered *** store credit or other item she has declined

I am rejecting this response because: I was told it takes 5-days for the refundThe refund was suppose to be processed on December17th and was never December1799unprocessed until December I know it wasn't processed until then because I received email notification saying it was processed and miraculiously it was in my bank account this morning

I also cancelled my order after the 10 days, so your little box and RED writing no longer matters. 15% for something that has not left your store yet is a bit ridiculous. It's no longer about the money (even though I do want my full refund) it's more to do with your customer services skills and how you and your employees handle things. Revdex.com:

After being called numerous times by [redacted] and sent numerous emails. [redacted] was refunded she did follow the instructions to imput the code FREE ELF to receive the free item therefor the order was cancelled.  I will provide copies of her emails to us as well as her refund. along with the...

numerous slander posts that we scammed her after her money was refunded. I did ask her for her phone number to try to correct the issue but that apparently was not good enough she  though it would be better to troll and slander my place of business.

I've asked ** *** for the tracking number for the product five times and for him to call me with no response. a full refund has been issued. I didn't know operating a business out of your home is illegal sir, maybe take an intelligence course sir, That is  were *** started in a garage. Clearly we see the intelligence level, when someone forwards a blank email with a tracking number with no written text and expects you to know what they are wanting ;) ** *** could not come to the phone either how convenient.  ** *** I pay taxes like everyone else sir I can run my business where I choose maybe you need an education dear. Hi [redacted]. I have bent over backwards at this point talked to you on the phone you have bashed me on the internet after I have spent money rush delivering you items this has been going on for weeks, [redacted] was mailed the items she ordered twice. last we spoke I gave her the option to return the items for a full refund, next I will file a complaint with the FBI for internet harassment, I will copy and paste the tracking numbers here. at this point I have made no money on the sale between sending her her items twice with rush delivery, Im done with this. May the lord be with [redacted] she needs it. I have cc'd my attorney on this matter after she has posted on my site in regards to ordering from another company, after I offered her a store credit threw in a free bow, there are no words......
