[redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I do not feel my item is worn She literally took it out of the package, put it on and the seam is ripped, it may have even been delivered ripped You owe me my money back for a defective item that has not been worn, your return policy does not apply!

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I had to email to ask about the order I paid for that I never receivedI shouldn't have received any phone calls from someone yelling at me because I asked for a refund after being lied to several times about my orderOf course my phone number was given when I placed the order as it is with all my online purchasesThe phone number given is supposed to be used for any issue regarding the orderIt definitely wasn't given so that " [redacted] " could call yelling because I asked for a refund after dealing with the extremely unprofessional customer service I will be filing a police report as well [redacted]

[redacted] , was offered other items prior to opening the claim she never responded after opening the claiming a refund was issued, in which she paid with a cc so it takes 5/7 business days to credit depending on her bank. I cc'd her on the email. She apparently does not know how technology works . Heres the email from the processor that she currently harassing. I am rejecting this response because: I understand and read their policy but they need to be up front about the statusOf course they were in contact but that was only because I initiated contact to check the status of my ordersI was only told the pink nightgown was backordedOnly because I askedThey need to be truthful and tell their customers about the real status of the order instead of the response of 7-business daysThey are selling products that they do not even have possession of

After being called numerous times by [redacted] and sent numerous emails [redacted] was refunded she did follow the instructions to imput the code FREE ELF to receive the free item therefor the order was cancelled I will provide copies of her emails to us as well as her refundalong with the numerous slander posts that we scammed her after her money was refundedI did ask her for her phone number to try to correct the issue but that apparently was not good enough she though it would be better to troll and slander my place of business

I bought the fake tomagotchi pet and you get a free elf with ANY purchase when you put in the code for the black Friday special as your website and *** stated! So you canceled my order for following EXACTLY what uour company said to do?! You just admit you lied to me when I called and was told it was being mailed next day and it wasntThen being told now more lies? Lets get facts straight I sent you messages stating what I stated here the fact you took my money ruined christmas for my goddaughter and never mailed anything what yoy even just admitted by saying youcanceled my order for absolutely no reason and then only refunding me when I complained after waiting over a month for items tou never sent!I called your company to speak with you and instead you threatened me instead! And apparently I have very good reason to tell people to avoid your business because you lie, take money, not send items, cancel orders without any sort of reasons, threaten customers, then still refuse to send what was ordered!!
