have not received the item as we are having issues with that particular product. She proceeded to get nasty, even though her monies were returned weeks ago and she was offered a free item. I cannot give you something I don't have sorry. I can provide taped calls as your request.

I DID respond! She called me on Wednesday, 3/4 at 10:10am. I told her I was in the middle of teaching and would be available to talk after 4. She then told me she would call back around 430. She did not call me back until Friday, 3/6 at 5:46. She told me she sent three checks already and if I didn't get this one she would send it certified mail. I have not received a check yet. I told her I would contact her after I got the mail Saturday to see if it was there. I emailed her LAST night and told her it did not come. SEE EMAIL BELOW:[redacted],
give it till tomorrow and then tell me this whole thing has gotten very

A refund was issued after several nasty emails were sent and phone calls to try to rectify the issue, nothing further,  A copy of the refund is attached as well as the communication.

These are all lies, I was never once told they didn't have the items.  They told me they were receiving them May 19th and would ship them on that day.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  It turns out, after reviewing the tracking information that Royal Couture Fashions attached, the address it was delivered to was three states away from where I live, so I did not receive the item.

Hi [redacted] mmn ordered her item on March 6th. Upon ordering that item she argeed to the 7/10 business day turnaround.  when contacting us she acknowledged that she did not read our policies.  she had asked for a refund. we said fine. we told her being she paid with a credit card it would...

process in 5/7 business days. and there would be a 15% restocking fee for order cancellation, as agreed to when purchasing.  she then proceeded to call us names so I tried to call her on the phone to work things out she declined. Please see emails indicating communication. Refund will be screen shot with the fee applied.  she did post all over our page when she decided to be a mature lady ;)

I am rejecting this response because:  slander is knowingly posting or saying something that is not true everything I said is true and I have the emails to back it up. Make sure you have your timeline right I posted one comment on your page prior to you contacting me for my phone number which I refused to give you. Email communication with you works just fine.

I am rejecting this response because: you are a fraud because you do not deliver the items that you said you were going to deliver. What legitimate company  takes more than two months to deliver product? As stated  in my original complaint, I did say that you gave me a refund. But that's only because I complained about you.  A legitimate business would go out of their way to make things right, especially after two months. I did not call you any names on your [redacted] I stated the facts, and then you removed my post and blocked me.  Truth hurt? You ma'am, are a fraud. I have every email  from the first time I contacted you in September. Not once did you ever  contact me to update me on the status. I had to contact you every single time. Every single time it was another excuse as to why it was not going to ship.

I also reject this response because I never asked for a refund. You took it upon yourself to issue me one because I merely was giving you a compliment and you assumed I was being rude, which I wasn't. I'm sorry you feel I was being rude by keeping tract of my money and expenses. I contact you every 2 weeks and you and your associates act as if I am aggravating you and as if it is a problem that I, as a paying customer, am concerned about the things that I ordered. They are for a gift so please excuse me for wanting them.
