[redacted] Has never communicated with us regarding her order through the email she placed the order through, if she wishes to receive something else all she would have to do is email us and state that or call us But since I have no communication from her, how can I replace the item if there is no communication?

Hi [redacted] you contacted us yesterday and we told you it would be due to process back by today the refund is immediate on our end but it can take time to process back to the bank being you paid with a credit card, confirmation of the refund is in your email and I will post a copy here

Hi ***as I explained yesterday an email is generated when placing an order through our website provider, as well as a tracking email through stamps.com or Paypal Which was sent to you and you explained you could not click the blue link so I offered to track the item and it stated the item is out for delivery, you replied you mail had already ran for the day I stated you may want to call the postal service then, with that you starting yelling I then hung up correct I refuse to let anyone scream at me, I will attach tracking proof here if you would like a refund please return the item for a refund

[redacted] has never called or emailed regarding her orderThe only thing she did was file a dispute through [redacted] and was refunded I will take screen shots of the refund and our inbox, showing all communicationI will file up with a call to [redacted] this morningyou can see in the screen shot the original payment and then the dispute

As we told [redacted] business days ago that refunds take 5/business days to process yesterday was the 7th business day and the refund was processed please see attached confirmation I will be calling [redacted] this morning to confirm

I am rejecting this response because: hi I have an open case w royal couture fashion I want to keep this case open I just received the package yesterday that was supposed to have the outfit I ordered in it FINALLY....it did not!!! it had a different outfit than what I ordered!! so I did email them today to let them know that I got the package and it wasn't what it was supposed to be to which her reply was "well we have bent over backwards for u at this point" SERIOUSLY!!!????? then after I sent her a message telling her that I am not the one in the wrong in this situation and im just going to wash my hands of this situation but that I would let my opinion of them be known and that I would contact the Revdex.com to let u know whats happening, I told her NOT to call me bc I do have my kids here and I didn't think I could remain calm with her at this point (after being to made feel like im in the wrong) so she proceeds to call me which I consider harassment (not only once but twice) and was yelling at me that she is filing a lawsuit against me!!!!! FOR WHAT??!!! bc I ordered something and she cant fulfill the order!!???? I don't get what the huge issue is here!!! my yr old understands what the problem is here....why do 30(something) yr old women not understand!!??? I ordered outfits for $ I want the two outfits I ordered but bc they cant seem to get anything right then IM made to be the evil witch that is out of line here?????? am I lost?? I feel like im in the twilight zone!! PLEASE help me!! I do not want anything from this place!! Iam done!! but im soooo mad!!! and I want others to know before they order from these ppl !!

Hi [redacted] mmn ordered her item on March 6thUpon ordering that item she argeed to the 7/business day turnaround when contacting us she acknowledged that she did not read our policies she had asked for a refundwe said finewe told her being she paid with a credit card it would process in 5/business daysand there would be a 15% restocking fee for order cancellation, as agreed to when purchasing she then proceeded to call us names so I tried to call her on the phone to work things out she declinedPlease see emails indicating communicationRefund will be screen shot with the fee applied she did post all over our page when she decided to be a mature lady ;)

I am rejecting this response because: The company stated to me in a previous email there was s 7-day turn around where I can cancel and be refunded, suddenly they want 15% restocking feeThis is poor businessI don't even want the 15% anymore I want her company to be noted by the Revdex.com for their actions and harassmentThey are now threatening me again with a slander lawsuit for being dissatisfied with their terrible customer service

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: The same items have been in several stores and online with other company's for the past monthI actually ordered the same dress from amazon because it was a birthday gift (for October) I received it within days!!! It is nowNovember 14th, if it was a preorder scheduled to be shipped in October, please tell me why I still haven't received anything?????????

Hi ***, That is correctYou agreed to the policies when you checked the box at checkout Our policies are stated in RED that we have a 7/business days turnaround and that if an order is cancelled prior to business days a restocking fee will be assessedI did call you and you stated you were recording me and I stated I did not consent to that That is correct I am the owner, I am years old and have been the owner for the last yearsI'm sorry you would not recommend us however when I buy something I read the terms of the saleThey may be helpful in the future

[redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The refund was SUPPOSED to have been issued on the promised date of November 9th (see below); was not issued until the 19th when confronted again about the issue Company needs to be accountable for their actions As a customer I should have looked up the business before hand as they have several complaints and Revdex.com reports dealing with this same issue of not receiving orders and being promised over and over again [redacted] Nov (days ago) to [redacted] Okay no problem, you will see that credited back in 5/business daysHave a good day ;)
