refund was issued on date promised 7 business days. it states that if you pay with a card it can take up to 10 full days. copy of refund is attached.

The only thing she did was file a dispute through [redacted] and was refunded I will take screen shots of the refund and our inbox, showing all communication. The same 2 items have been in several stores and online with other company's for the past month. I actually ordered the same dress from amazon because it was a birthday gift (for October) I received it within 2 days!!! It is nowNovember 14th, if it was a preorder scheduled to be shipped in October, please tell me why I still haven't received anything?????????

I am rejecting this response because: I had to email to ask about the order I paid for that I never received. I shouldn't have received any phone calls from someone yelling at me because I asked for a refund after being lied to several times about my order. Of course my phone number was given when I placed the order as it is with all my online purchases. The phone number given is supposed to be used for any issue regarding the order. It definitely wasn't given so that "[redacted]" could call yelling because I asked for a refund after dealing with the extremely unprofessional customer service I will be filing a police report as well.

I did receive a refund only after the company could not/would not fulfill their commitment to fill my order so they took it upon themselves to cancel the order after I complained. I'm just glad I didn't have to wait another three months to get my money back!

Hi [redacted]. as I explained yesterday an email is generated when placing an order through our website provider, as well as a tracking email through stamps.com or Paypal Which was sent to you and you explained you could not click the blue link so I offered to track the item and it stated the item is out...

for delivery, you replied you mail had already ran for the day I stated you may want to call the postal service then, with that you starting yelling I then hung up correct I refuse to let anyone scream at me, I will attach tracking proof here if you would like a refund please return the item for a refund.
