Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I have been delayed in responding on my complaint for the following reason: Approximately weeks ago I was contacted by [redacted] by a rep named "Scott" - This is the first person who has contacted me throughout all of my attempts over the past year and a half to get resolution-I explained my case over the phone He advised me to send in any additional information I have to support my case so that the case could be re-submitted in complete form I said I would and asked him to send me an email instructing me to do so so I have so I have a paper trail He responded, "That's going to take a long time to get that out to you." As of today, I have never received his written request but instead received a letter in today's mail saying "We cannot convert your direct unsubsidized loans back to teach grants"This is yet another example of sloppy, shady, unprofessional behavior from [redacted] The company's practices should be considered criminal.I have found an Attorney that has extensive knowledge of [redacted] s' history and advises people to contact our Congress members, amongst other agencies because the company has a long history of unethical practices.I ask Revdex.com to continue to pursue this matter.Regards, [redacted]
