We regret that *** *** did not find our last response satisfactory, but we appreciate the

I am rejecting this response because:As before, and always, there is nothing substantial hereThis is yet another example of their intent to waste time, cause delays, and avoid addressing or solving the problem.As I have requested before, I am requesting that I be assigned a single, direct point of contact within the company, someone at a supervisor level or higher, and someone with whom I may have direct contact with via telephone and email so we may work together to resolve this issue.
