I am rejecting this response because: I am not asking for the process to be expedites I am asking for them to follow their own rules and regulations I have talked to several people at Aes who all confirm that you have the necessary information from *** The letters that you are sending contradict what your representatives are stating and what I know to be true Your lack of concern for this important matter and refusal to resolve it, is truly disappointing

I am rejecting this response because:
I have not yet received the letter MsN*** is referring to in her response that will supposedly outline the "attempts to contact" me Billing invoices were NEVER mailed to me until I received the notice in December that started this entire process even though AES has my current address and I have not had ANY other issues with mail from any other company MsN*** argues once again that I was contacted by phone in an attempt to notify me of the issues on the account, however as I have stated several times before, when I contacted AES directly on 12/21/they had a phone number on file for me that was incorrect - not a number I have ever had nor a number I have ever given them so I am left to wonder how exactly they claim to have contacted my by phone as I NEVER received one telephone communication on my personal number OR my work number (and AES DID have this number!) AES is flat out blatantly lying to cover their inaction at this point As to the Revdex.com, I left you a message on Monday, February 1, at 9:03AM for MsKelsey O*** (because "operators are currently unavailable") to inquire as to what type of investigation this office is actually doing on my behalf as to this point, all that this office has done is pass messages between myself and AES to no avail I have yet to receive a return phone call. I had genuinely hoped we could resolve this amicably but this is clearly going nowhere, AES is not being truthful and thus far the Revdex.com has been of no help My next course of action will be to contact an attorney and then maybe AES and the Revdex.com will take this complaint seriously

---------- Forwarded message ----------From: Date: Tue, Sep 22, at 11:AMSubject: Complaint#***To: [email protected]: ***@***.net, ***@***.orgTo whom it may concern,I was contacted by AES, someone names Jalita or something like that, on September 8, 2015, from phone number ###-###-#### She was not very polite, told me what I did wrong when making the payments, but did tell me that she would direct someone to fix the accounts She told me to ignore all correspondence and phone calls that say we are delinquent This is unsatisfactory And I noticed on your website that you are still waiting on a response from her yet she contacted me on September and still has not provided you an update.As of today, 9/22/2015, the correction has still not been made and my husband, son and my credit reports all reflect a delinquent payment status.In fact, this has now caused my son to not be able to relocate to a new apartment because the owner required a credit report, the negative comment about his delinquent payment was on the report, and the realtor could not get hold of the owner on time for my son to be able to give notice to his current apartment manager to move out.My son plans to also file a complaint with you since this has now affected his family in a very bad financial way.There is something clearly wrong with their procedures at AES They handle millions of student loans yet they just can't seem to get anything accomplished or fixed I've never had these types of issues with any other student loans.If AES is undermanned or can't do the job, perhaps they should not handle government-issued or private student loans unless they themselves issued them But they should not buy loans from any other banks It is clear they have inexperienced managers and employees They are not only inexperienced but also very unprofessional.Please do not close out my complaint until this is resolved based on my satisfaction and/or I say they have done what they were supposed to do and our credit reports have been fixed and they have reported to all credit reporting agencies that they made a mistake.Thank you,*** * ***

Clearly, AES is just avoiding any ownership in the fact that they have not refunded my moneyIt has now been months since I was due my refund and the administration is just wasting everyone's time with these stall tactics I expect a refund-- with interest --on my money that has been in their account for almost a yearIn today's modern age of electronics and computers, one would think "research" should take a reasonable amount of timemonths is unreasonableI have a copied of their canceled check which clearly shows the money was NOT issued to meThis stall practice is unethical and witholding my money for their accounting error is illegal
