Terrible company, terrible customer service.
❗️DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY❗️
I made a purchase of a set of running boards from running board warehouse on April 14th 2022. I immediately was given an estimate of deliver on April 25th to 27th so I thought not too bad, April 25th comes up and it's pushed to may 1st to may 9th so I think that can't be right so I go into live chats to ask customer service, each and every member was useless and kept ending the chat after telling me "there's no information" eventually I got someone to open a shipping and tracking ticket and I got an email saying they see my order in their system and that's it (that is an automated email by the way I receive the same email on two separate occasions) I put in a cancel request on May 2nd and was told it would take 1 to 2 business day. May 6th they had stopped answering my emails and I had no information provided like they said they would if there was any issues, on that day I received another update to my shipping time and was put at an estimated may 27th to May 31st. So I hopped back into a live chat and told the service rep that I'm fed up with them being sketchy and if I don't get my order cancelled I would launch a fraud claim against them from my bank. Immediately and I'm not kidding, as soon as that live chat was over I got my order cancellelation and my money back on Monday may 10th. Please spare yourself the headache and do not use this company.

This is a scam. I was told I would receive my tonneau cover in 2 business days by an agent. Over a week goes by and no confirmation of shipping. Then I receive a notification that my order is on the way. A *** tracking number is shown. I track it and it says a label was created in Michigan. The merchandise has not moved from that location. Here lies the scam. They create a label to appear as they have shipped your order but they never actually have *** come and pick up any orders. Just read all the reviews from this page and you will see.

Ordered over a week ago and still show pending order have called twice once was told some run around that it was assigned to me in the warehouse but didn't know why it hasn't shipped. Second call was told to hold for a specialist but he was away from desk but would call me back. Never did. Can't get a straight answer on my order of over $200 that they have ripped me off for.

The product that was ordered normally ships out within five business days. This item shows as shipped within this time line and has an expected delivery of mid week.

I order a tonneau cover,came in the mail and was unstiched on the one whole side. So I called customer service to get a replacement or a little discount. She said she has to check back with the company well that was a week and a half ago. So I emailed the person I was dealing with to just cancel my order multiple times and. Never got a response. So finally called and she acted like she never got my emails.

We can submit a call tag request from FedEx but this is at their discretion. If they are unable to come pick it up then the item will be required to be dropped off prior to a refund being able to be processed.

Problems with returning Nerf Bars
I purchased APS 6" Black I boards on 6/25/2020 as a gift. Order Number ***. They came with a 30 day return guarantee. I contacted Real Trucks four times attempting to return and re-order a different type. My first contact July 16th I had to leave a message and received a return call that evening and was told Sharanda would email me a return label. This did not happen. I did a live chat on July 23rd and was given a ticket number *** and was told someone would contact me and a week later I had heard from any one. I called again 7/30 (I called sales this time since they are the only ones that will answer the phone) and spoke to a representative that told me she could not help me that I needed to talk to Sharanda however she was not available. But she said that Shandra had emailed me on 7/29 There were no emails from her or anyone at real truck in my inbox or spam folders. I was told she would have her call me. And another week goes by with no contact. I went back on for a live chat 8/12 and was told someone would contact me once again. New ticket number ***. It is impossible to reach anyone on the phone and live chat is a joke since no one gets back to you as they say. They say they are experiencing a high volume at this time however I think I have given them ample time to contact me and get this return taken care of. At this point all I want to do is return my order for a full refund.

She has reached out to the manufacturer to request the return authorization. We at Realtruck are honoring the return even if it goes past the 30 day window but we are awaiting the manufacturer to provide the update so we can provide the label to you. You should hear from you agent within 1-2 business days on that status

Ordered the wrong part and asking for a return and at this point, a refund. Under the return policy, a request should be made within 30 days. I have sought help online "live" chat, email, and phone but no return/response. I spoke with an agent once and was told I would be contacted within the week of first submitting the request (July 29). Phone lines now seem to be "not in service." I would just like a shipping label to return these items with a refund.

Desired Outcome

At this point I would rather not further deal with the company and would like a full refund for the items.

After about a month of trying to get in contact with the company and many hours on hold, the company refunded my funds completely. (After contacting Revdex.com, thank you)

This company is a scam. Cannot reach live person in customer service.
This company takes your money, and makes it impossible to cancel your order. I have tried for the last 10 days to cancel my order that I have yet to recieve any shipping imformation about. I have submitted multiple cancelation request through there site. Never recieve any communication back. If you call in to customer service, it will tell you your expected wait time is 5 mins and it will continue to increase for hours and hours. This company is a fraud. I want them shutdown.

I want my money refunded IMMEDIATELY. The product has not shipped, I've been trying to cancel and they have it setup to where you cannot do so.

Cancellation requests have to be submitted through us and we send them to the vendor. This was requested on 7/25. The ticket was assigned on 7/27 and the agent received the cancellation confirmation from the vendor on 8/4. The refund was submitted for processing on 8/5 and will be completed by 8/6. Refunds can take 1-10 days to be received depending on the credit card or bank. *** refunds are immediate.

I ordered a grill guard for my husband's truck on June 19th. I received a confirmation email and my card was charged. I have not received any other emails since. I've sent an email, no response. I've called and the wait times are 3 hours. Worst company/customer experience I've ever had! At this point I just want a full refund. Do not buy from this company ever.

I ordered rims for my truck and I was told by a tech expert in a chat that the item I was about to order was indeed in stock and would be shipped out in 3 to 4 days well now when I call the number listed I get a recording expected wait time more than 5 hours that I should use the online service s and I get told that someone will call me shortly but no one call me. I do understand that with covid 19 that things are not normal but that's why I asked before I purchased the rims if they were in stock *** want is a shipping date or I would like to get my money back as quick as they took it out of my account

I contacted realtruck on 7/30/20 regarding a refund and was told by a tech expert on the online chat system A customer service agent would contact me in 24 hours it is now 7/31/20 and no one as called me. So I got on the online chat and was told my money is being held by the manufacturer and they are waiting for a release from the manufacturer before I will receive my money back I asked how long will this take and got no response. So I guess I need your help to get my money back.

It is unfortunate it took contact from Revdex.com for a response to be generated and supplied to me. The response that a supervisor will assist the remainder process for a refund should have included an approximate timeline. From this experience, I am a little hesitant that I will get that response. If not, within a reasonable time I will be contacting Revdex.com again.

Placed order July 22, 2020 and have not received any order or shipping status other than an email on that day that my order was being processed. they payment has cleared my bank on same day of order. If you call customer service your placed on hold. I've tried their live chat option with no luck. Their are no options on their website to check status of order either. The company advertises fast and free shipping.

The manufacturer has created a label as of 7/29 and are currently waiting for *** to pick up the item. Once in transit you will receive updates. As of today the delivery date is 8/1 however this will rely on *** picking up the item and their current shipping times.

Customer service doesn't return emails, calls, and when you get a representative they hang up on you if you are not purchasing something.
Purchased Havoc steps for $399.00 for my 2017 Ram in August 2019. The paint is all flaking off and they are rusting. I've tried for months to file a warranty claim, but they don't respond. They stated they will call back and they never do. I called and stated I wanted to purchase and got a representative right away and when I stated the real reason for my call, they hung up on me. Terrible service.

Desired Outcome

I would either like my money back to buy some elsewhere or would like a replacement sent. Not the same ones as those are very poor quality.

I never received any direction on who to speak with. No one contacted me or followed up. Someone was supposed to call me back from the warranty department and I received no call.

This company has been miserable to try and work with. A simple order for floor mats has turned into a two week plus wait. In approximately ten attempts to get in touch with an employee, only one of those worked. On that one attempt, they had no information and stated they would call me back within 48 hours. It has now been 5 days. A simple refund would work as well, but they obviously have no interest in completing that transaction.

I attempted on several occasions with no success after hours of calling, several emails and chat attempts.
See receipt attached. I never received Bully Clamp-On Truck Bed $31.98 plus tax. I want a refund. I also requested to return the Vanguard off-road classic bed bar $540 plus tax. Their website has no return capabilities other than calling or chatting which I have attempted. I am a truck driver and my wife had to call. Today she called and was on hold 3 hours and received a message "call ran over maximum time and has been disconnected." My wife called back at 4:22 p.m. EST and the recording indicated "Expected wait time more than 5 hours." I did not receive a response to my emails. This is no way to do business and is very frustrating. I want a refund for these two products and a return label with shipping RMA (return material authorization) number so that I may return the Vanguard Off-Road Classic Bed Bar. Please investigate this so that I may receive a refund and return the product. Thank you

I am seeking a refund for the two products mentioned above and also listed on attached receipt. The Vanguard off-road classic bar bed $540 and Bull Clamp-On Truck Bed Tie Down $31.98. I need a return label and RMA number to ship back the Vanguard off-road classic bar bed as this product was not what the website showed. It was poorly made and not worth the money. As far as the Bully Clamp-On, I never received this product and want a refund as this company does not appear to have good service.

I have heard from Real Truck regarding my refund request. I would like to leave this complaint open until the refund shows on my credit card. The company indicated 1-10 business days. I returned the product yesterday via Federal Express. After doing research with this company, people have indicated even after returning their product they had difficulty receiving their money back. Once I receive the refund, I will update the Revdex.com in this regard.

IS their a "negative" star rating.....I would use it. I have been trying for over a month to return and exchange an item. Made at least 3 attempts via "chat" with no return response.....including many calls/waits to customer service line. More than 30 days have now passed since purchase. Very frustrated to say the least. I am about ready to "eat" the $40 purchase and chalk it up to experience. Will not purchase from them again!

Been lied to numerous times about receiving an item, canceled the item and now they won't accept the return.
I order an intake kit back on May 22nd along with an exhaust kit. I received the exhaust kit but not the intake. I contacted customer support on June 11th for an update and I was told the item will be shipped on June 26th and will arrive in 1-2 business days but I did not receive a tracking number. I emailed customer service on July 17th and didn't hear back until July 22nd. I advised that I wanted to cancel the order and on July 20th disputed the charge on my credit card with Chase and received a refund. The service specialist said the item has shipped and then advised if received I could put in a cancellation request. I did receive the item on July 22nd but I do not desire to have it. I put in a cancellation request and was told another specialist will reach out.
On July 27 I called 20 times to get in touch with the other service specialist and told me she was told she is not allowed to work on any new return tickets. I still have the item and I received a refund via dispute with Chase but I can't store the item so it either must be returned or installed in my truck. But Real Truck is refusing to accept the item to return.

Desired Outcome

I would either have the item returned immediately or receive the item for free for all the running around I have done with this company. Also this company does not advise any warnings about slow shipping or items not being in stock due to COVID 19. They're dishonest and lying about shipping times and having items in stock.

The bulk of items ship directly from the vendor to the consumer and we rely on the updates they provide. The agent you have spoken with is no longer in our returns department however it should have been communicated to you that a new rep will be providing a label for your return.

The new sales rep made a mistake and made a return for the exhaust kit and the intake. I received the exhaust kit back on May 29th and it's already installed in my truck. I implored with the returns specialist on Monday July 27th that I needed to have a return label for the intake immediately since I have no storage or anywhere to put it besides in my truck... She claimed that her supervisor advised her to not make any new return tickets. I asked if I may speak to her supervisor and she said she'll leave a callback request. To this day I was not called back... Then on Tuesday July 28th I received an email that another intake kit was shipped! The customer service here is atrocious! Real Truck's communication is inept and quite frankly I believe it's quite inconsiderate of Real Truck to conduct business this way. The site still shows no warnings of possible delayed shipping times or pauses in manufacturing due to COVID. Now you're telling me Real Truck wants to point the finger at the factory and not accept responsibility? Shameful! I ask for the cancellation of the SECOND intake kit that is being shipped to me and I still fully expect to be refunded for the FIRST intake kit that I did in fact received in the mail and was told that would not be accepted for return.

Yes, I refused the *** shipping label because they had two labels for the exhaust kit and the intake. I do not know how many times I have to say this but I received the exhaust kit back on May 29th and it is already installed in my truck. I thought I was receiving a second intake kit because I received an email on July 28th that another one was shipped. I thought that was the one I needed a return label for. When I was able to get in touch with a customer service representative on July 27th to originally have the intake returned I IMPLORED that I had to have a shipping label immediately. I was advised by the customer service associate that their supervisor advised them they aren't creating any new return tickets. I requested to speak to the supervisor and was told I would be called back. Did I ever got a call from a supervisor? NO! I got a voicemail from the same customer service associate that has been already providing me with HORRIBLE customer service.

Never received my item. The order was placed on June 29th. I called them so many times and no answer. Wait time fluctuated from 5 minutes to 3 hours. Asked to be called back and nothing. Email them on July 15th and still no answer. I disputed the transaction with my bank. Hopefully I'll get my money back. Do not buy from this company.

I have then requested my money be refunded still with no reply by phone, email, or chat.

Desired Outcome

I will dispute the charges via my bank for a full refund and wish that others be made aware of the fraudulent nature of the business or that the business be shut down. This problem is happening to at least hundreds of other customers.

Thank you for the inquiry. Your order was placed on 6/28 for your seat covers. All orders are charged when the order is placed. These items ship directly from the manufacturer and have a standard lead time of 3 weeks which should have scheduled shipping for earlier this week. Due to higher than normal volume the manufacturer is running 1-2 weeks longer than usual resulting in an early August estimation. We have received your cancellation request and an agent will be in contact once they have confirmed the item is not already in transit.
