Tried calling following week on hold a hour at a time spent total 4 hours on hold..Sent multiple emails and opened a ticket with live chat.Finally a respond from email 6 days later.Told me to destroy item and send picture.Sent email back that I would not do this just wanted to return item.I just want to return item and get money back.Never have I seen worse customer service.

Thank you for the inquiry. We have been waiting for photos regarding the field destroy authorization that was communicated on June 11. The rep has reached out 4 additional times requesting these in order to proceed with the refund. Once received the refund can be processed.

I ordered a bed cover and it has not shipped yet. I have tried calling and every time I get put on hold the wait time continues to climb.

Customer originated contact with our service department via email for the first time this morning. We are experiencing high call volume so this is another way (including chat) to open inquiries. The order was placed on Saturday making Monday 6/8 the first business day. This item ships from the manufacturer in 2-5 business days and this information was conveyed to the customer within 90 mins of the ticket creation on 6/10.

I would give this company negative stars if possible! Buyer beware, no one ever answers customer service # or live chat or emails!! I have been on hold several times over 3 hours and never once was able to speak with anyone! I have tried live chat on website no one ever is there to answer they have automated responses on live chat and state someone will get back to you, no one ever has. I have tried to email with again no response. They take my money, over $400, never shipped running boards. I will now open a paypal case and try to get my money back. This company is a joke!! No customer service at all and keep money and never ship items!!

That said, today is the second business day, and we should have an update for the manufacturer as to their expected ship date for you by the end of the day.

I ordered an item from this company and it never shipped they would not return any calls or emails or give me any information on when it may ship ornwhybitbhasnt or even if I could get my money back. They basically took my money and ran... I would avoid this company, I'm out almost 160 dollars now with nothing but hours of wasted time on the phone trying to get a shipping info or a refund.

Thank you fro your inquiry. Please note that the order was placed on 6/2 and ships directly from a manufacturer with a typical lead time of 10 business days. This review was posted on 6/8 which is the fifth business day and still within that time frame. This order has already been cancelled and refunded to the commentor.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Not only do they not live up to their "promises" but their customer service is incredibly disrespectful. I ordered a Tonneau cover and it came defective. Called the company to exchange and it was beyond a hassle. I finally washed my hands of it and ordered from tonneaucoversworld.com to find out they are a sister company with similar customer service. They happily took my money and now I am still waiting for shipping confirmation over 24 business days since I ordered. If I had known there was any affiliation between these companies I never would have ordered from them. Hands down the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Never order from realtruck.com or any of their affiliates.

Thank you for your comment. These items ship directly from the manufacturer. Today, 6/9, is the 20th business day. They are currently outside of their lead time which is typically 10-12 business days and we are awaiting an update from them as to their expected ship date. Once received our fulfillment team will update you accordingly.

I purchased side window deflectors from the company. They sent the wrong item. I can not contact them for return.
I purchased side window wind deflectors for my 2019 chevy equinox on May 28, 2020. They charged my credit card $63.03. The order number is ***. They arrived around June 3, 2020. They sent the wrong items. I looked at their return policy. It said I had to call 866-603-1213. I did this. I was automatically put on hold. I waited 30 minutes. I tried again and the same thing happened. I found a chat button on their site. I started with the chat and when asked what they could help me with, I stated that I needed to file a return and to update my e-mail. I was cut off. I tried again and got the same thing. Opened the chat next day. Left my phone number and order number. The chat said they would contact me. No one has of yet. There is only a thirty day return policy.

Desired Outcome

I want a full refund. I want them to pay the shipping to send the items back. I want them to send me the refund ticket to my new e-mail

On April 12th of this year I placed an order with Real Truck. I have had issues with the product and can not get the company to respond to me.
On 4/12 I purchased a WET-55178 - Weathertech Bug Shield from your Realtruck and installed it on my new truck. Unfortunately, the adhesive on one side will not stick and the bug shield will not stay attached on the passenger's side of the hood. I have attempted to contact the company's customer service over the last three weeks and have been unsuccessful with getting in touch with anyone over the phone, through their online support, or by email. Last Thursday I called Weathertech (product manufacture) and within 2 minutes spoke to a live person. They informed me that they stand behind their items and would replace it however since I purchased from your Realtruck I would have to exchange it through them. Last Thursday I was finally able to speak with a sales rep from Realtruck after selecting the option for making a new purchase. However, him being a sales rep he said he would have to forward this information to another lady who would contact me about replacing the bug shied. This has not happened.

I have attempted to contact the company in an attempt to exchange the product. However, at this point I would like a refund for my purchase.

Thank you for the inquiry. Our records show the first contact was made to us on 5/29. Due to higher than normal volume response time from the returns department is longer than expected. The agent will be working on your return but as this item comes via a third party warehouse this will be coordinated with them and not directly to Weathertech. As the order was delivered more in April this is outside of the standard return policy but we will request and exception based on the manufacturers willingness to work on this. Once a return is authorized we will send a label so the item can be returned.

Where is my refund or product or phone call that has been promised on numerous occassions?
Placed the order on 4/29 with product to arrive 5 to 7 business days. I received communication that it would be delayed a week due to COVID. I have spoke to several individuals after an average of 45 minute hold wait time on a weekly basis and keep getting told it should be next week. Last phone call on 5/29 was told they would cancel and I would receive a phone call on Monday to verify status and have not heard anything. They can't cancel until they hear from manufacturer. I have received email notifications and *** messengers that someone would contact me as it shouldn't take that long but again nothing. I would just like my account credited. Order #

"Due To Covid-19 the warehouse that makes these have been shut down in April and wont be back open till 6/2 and they are about 2 months behind on these orders so this wouldn't ship out until end of July." I purchased a pair of running boards and bed cover for a truck, requested a return label and refund. They haven't kept up their end

Took a long time to get my running boards and bed cover so I asked to cancel. Running boards just happen to be on the way that day so I said ok, I want to return them and cancel the bed cover. A week later still no return label and then all of sudden I get an email saying the bed cover shipped and now I have both. I have called and called and called only to be left on hold for very long times. First time was over an hour, second time I was given the ability to leave my info for a return call and my place in line wouldn't change(24 hours later still nothing), currently on hold as I type this up. I have also tried to go through their business page chat and*** chat, finally got somebody to answer but once I explained the problem, they quit talking. They don't know it shows that they read the message. How do you just ignore customers.

I just want my $1000

Received a refund

I ordered some step bars from Running board warehouse on the 19th of April. never got them, or a refund.
I ordered some step bars for my truck on the 19th of April. My order number is ***. I ordered N-FAB model number*** for $380.27. The were supposedly shipped the next day. I never received them. I contacted *** and was told that they either never shipped or were lost in the mail. I sent an email to realtruck and was assigned Michael M as my customer service specialist. I think he literally was just messing with me. He kept telling me they were about to be delivered. *** told me they no longer existed and that realtruck owed me a refund. A week later I spoke with Ra'Dexja P who said I would have a refund in a day or two. This was May 5th. She is no longer taking my calls or responding to my emails. I called and was on hold for 2 hours last week and never got to speak with anyone. At this point I'd like to make sure they don't take anybody else's money.

I never received a refund from the company. I have sent four emails to them with no response. They initially responded saying it had been refunded. No money every came. It's been a while now. I don't know why it would take so long to issue a refund. My guess is that somebody forgot to actually follow through with it. That seems to be the trend with the company.

Multiple unanswered emails, over 7 hours on the telephone on hold trying to determine the status of a 2 week old order.
I contacted a subsidiary, Realtruck.com, on May 12 2020 to purchase an item for my truck using an "e-gift card". It took 1.5 hours to reach a human. Staff at that time was not able to assist me and stated a supervisor would call me back, they never have.
I called again on May 13 2020 using the "new purchase" option, they answered right away and stated that someone should have been able to assist me during the previous day. I placed an order, Order #***, and inquired when I would receive the item as it is urgent, I was told "No later than next Friday", which would have been May 22, 2020. I had yet to receive any tracking information, yet my bank account was charged on May 15 2020 for the remaining balance.
On May 20, 2020 I again sat on hold for multiple hours waiting for a human. I finally spoke to a representative who stated that he did not see any tracking information. He would open a "ticket", ticket# ***. I received an email stating I would be contacted asap. As of today, May 27, 2020 I have sent 14 emails, and have sat on hold on the telephone for over 8 hours. Today I hung up after 3 hours, no human answered at any point.

I have reached out through their social media, their website, and their phones numerous times to no avail. They also state that they have a "live chat" which is not in any way live. It is an automated system that emails a response in 2 days. When I used this "live chat" they simply responded that my order was cancelled. Their customer service phone number also changes multiple time each day imply by refreshing their website. I have been forced to call 6 different phone numbers, all with the same outcome, nothing.

I have yet to receive any correspondence from Realtruck.com and can not reach a human to even cancel my order.

Desired Outcome

I want the items I ordered, Order #*** sent me to expedited shipping. I expect the tracking information to be sent to me immediately upon shipment. If they refuse to ship my order, I want a full refund, including the $100 from their "e-gift card" as I will never conduct business with Realtruck.com or any of their subsidiaries again.

The customer was updated of the 2-3 week backorder per the manufacturer on 6/3. At this time the order is in good standing and tracking information will be sent once the item is in transit. Based on overall call volume at this time wait times are higher than normal and up to several hours in some cases. The automated ticketing system is the most efficient way to communicate.

I purchased an item on May 16 for a total of $243.55 never got the item having a hard time getting my money back they don't answer the phone .

I purchased Magnum Truck Steps from RealTruck and they rusted out completely. I contacted RealTruck multiple times about this in an attempt to get resolution, however they never follow-up.

Last communication said that a manager would call me, but I heard from nobody. I sit in their online chat queue and nobody responds or comes online even though I'm the first in line.

I liked the product however have been very disappointed with the final product and the support the company has provided.

Thank you for the inquiry. We only see a single inquiry for your order regarding your rust issue. The ICI Magnum Steps that you are referring to have a 1 year warranty on the finish and these were purchased back in 2017. You should be receiving an update from one of our agents accordingly.

Lack of communication from company. The CSR even said we don't reply to emails. I responded to the one I received from them in 19 min. When I tried to call, it took over 70 min on hold. In the end it took over a month to fix. It even took longer than the time frame they told me. In fact that time frame had expired when I even was told about it. I did leave a review on website review area. They never posted it. So I guess they only pick the reviews which make them look good.

I could have understand the Covid issue, but the CSR stated to me over the phone " We don't answer emails". Nothing was mentioned abput Covid to me.

April 23 contacted company by phone to tell them of problem
April 24 they sent an email to destroy item. I responded within 19 min. Never heard back until..
May 8.
May 8 they sent email stating it would be 5-7 business days to process refund. 10 days had already passed by, I responded to that email saying such. No response.
May 14. Sent email asking for status. No response. It's been 16 days now.
May 14 called and waited on hold for over an hour. They said wait 5-7 days, I responded it's been 16 days so far. No response given by CSR.
May 14. I called my bank and requested an investigation into my refund.
May 22 refund intitiated from REALTRUCK to my bank.
May 22 my refund from realtruck was finally complete.

So this was just short by one day of a month.. or 21 working days since my original call to get a resolution to a product that is faulty. NOT 5-7 WORKING DAYS

I recently purchased a product for my truck and they sent me the wrong part and I have not been able to get a hold of them what so ever.
I purchased a product for my truck and the product they sent me did not fit my truck. I ordered it on 5/5/20 and it is now 5/21/20 and I have called them several time and was only able to reach them one time after waiting 25 minutes on hold. I was given the ticket number *** and was told someone would be in contact with me within 48 to 78 hours. I then waited a week and still no word. I spent 413.98 on this product and have expressed to them I would like to return it and get a refund. I have now tried to chat with them online and call them several times without any success.

I purchased in channel window visors and they did not work with the sensors on my truck so I requested to return them. After the third time of talking to a rep its seems the refund request was issued, I received an email. After several days I contacted them again and said to not return them but destroy them and send pics so I did as they are attached. I have Sent 2 follow up emails to confirm received with no response so I did a live chat today and once the rep knew what I was calling about the live chat said waiting for a rep and started over. I placed an order. I never received communication after payment. Asked for refund and denied. Can't get a call back.
On April 30, 2020, I placed an order for a truck bed cover. I made payment of $224.65 to the company. I haven't received any communication about my order. I have called multiple times, leaving messages on their voicemail, sent messages through their website, email and also through PayPal. Those message went unreturned. On 5/12, I finally made phone contact with a lady after 20 minutes on hold. She said she only takes information and could not refund my money. I requested to speak to someone in the refund department. She stated she would try to locate a manager to give a refund. After waiting for 15 minutes, that person who's name is Lori who stated that she could not refund my money until she heard back from shipping that the order was cancelled. I asked why can't they refund my money and then cancel with their shipping. She said that's how they did business. I told her that I would be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com as well as a negative Google business review and she hung up on me! I still don't have my refund!

Orders are shipped from the manufacturer to the customer. Once the manufacturer confirms a shipment has been cancelled we process the refund. We are unable to refund prior to cancellation confirmation since in many cases the item is already in transit to the customer. In this case the manufacturer did confirm they were able to cancel the order and the order was refunded to the customer. Please allow 1-10 business days for your bank/credit card company to release the funds on their end. If you paid with *** the funds will be released immediately

I need to return merchandise and there has been a failure to respond to 6 phone calls and over 10 emails.
Following all the guidelines outlined on ***. I am trying to return a truck part that was ordered back April 22nd for $466.44. I did receive the item in a timely manner, only to find out it was for the wrong year truck (doesn't fit). Called to get a return shipping label and spoke with a gentleman that created a incident # ***. He said I should receive a call withing 3 business days in regards to my return and label. I didn't hear anything by the 29th, so I emailed for status and called and was told I would be getting a call in minutes, (Jessica was assisting someone else and would call me right after). Never received a call or response from email. Tried emailing and calling on the 30th and was told that Jessica would get back to me by the end of the day. Never received a call or response on email. Tried emailing and calling on the 1st and was told that Jessica would definitely get back to me by the end of the day. Never received a call or response on email. Tried emailing on the 4th and never received a call or response on email.

I am out of options, it has been 12day trying to get a return label. No one will get back to me and I keep getting the run around. I am sorry to go to this extreme, but the only thing that went smoothly was the payment of $466.44. Please, please let me return my product.

Paid order not delivered
Placed order on April 30 for Roll-N-Lock A Series Retractable Tonneau Cover with management system. The product shipped on April 30 with an estimated delivery of May 2. Per *** tracking number ***. Today May 6 *** shows my package traveling to QUAPAW, OK. Which is no where near my home address.
I have opened a RealTruck ticket to find my package ***, but no response from this ticket. Also the customer support center does not know where my package and they tell me to wait until May 8 for any response.

I did not pay to NOT have my product arrive, I PAID to have the product arrive.

Inquire within the company of status and location and when will I receive my paid product.

Thank you for the inquiry. The initial inquiry was submitted to us on 5/5. It takes 2-3 business days for contact to inquiries from your assigned agent. You should have an update from them by today however a carrier trace can take 5-7 days until an update on your package is received. That said many times, especially during the current issues, we have seen where a package was mistakenly put on the wrong truck and once arriving at the next hub gets turned around. As soon as *** updates the agent they will be able to give you a status. We apologize in the delivery delay as the product was shipped in a timely fashion.
