Attached file has most the information besides the fact of multiple emails multiple chat requests and multiple phone calls where no one ever answered after waiting on hold for several hours..

Desired Outcome

I want to cancel my order for a full refund so I can purchase my running boards threw a reputable business that will ship my item and be available to contact if I have any issues with the product.

Our records show that five separate cases were opened for you between June 23rd and July 7th and that estimated lead times from the manufacturer were sent as requested. Their last update was a ship date of 7/8 and they were able to keep this date. The carrier shows this was delivered to you on 7/10.

Yes that's because after filing this complaint I finally got a reaponse back... which yes everything is settled now but as a company there definitely needs to be better communication and response to issues. Thank you for your time I no longer need assistance in this matter.

I have emailed multiple times requesting a refund and return for this damaged product. A specialist reached out but will not return my emails.
Purchase date 6-7-20. Part # *** in the amount of $311.56. Order # *** and return ticket # ***. Paid with***. Recieved reply from Cieryna M. 6-15-20 that my tickets has been assigned and I sent pictures of the damage. Recieved and email from Trystin H. On 6-18-20 asking for photos of box and that my return was going to be processed after the pics were sent. I have followed up multiple times on June 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 25th, and 29th with no response. I have also left Trystin a couple voicemails at her extension.

I would like a full refund and return this product.

Thank you for the inquiry. On June 10th the manufacturer informed Realtruck that the item ordered had been discontinued. Our customer service agent communicated this information to the customer on June 11. A refund was requested and due to high volume took additional days to process. The refund was submitted to the customer on 6/26 and a verification email was sent communicating this. As noted in the email Please allow 1-7 business days for your bank/credit card company to release the funds on their end. If you paid with PayPal the funds will be released immediately.

I was never informed about the manufacturer discontinuing the product. Also I never asked for an exchange. By the time an agent reached out to me I had decided that I wanted a full refund. I recieved and email 6-30-20 stating that the refund has been processed and could take 1-10 business days to post to my bank account.

I received the wrong running board for my 2019 Ram . on 6/8. realtruck will not send me return shipping label/ instructions
Realtruck sent me the wrong running boards for my 2019 Ram on 6/8. order #*** I have spent several hours on hold waiting for customer service. I have emailed them 4 times. I spoke to Alice a week ago. She told me she would get me a return shipping label. Nothing is working.

Not only did I give them the correct information for my truck, I also chatted online with Lee to make sure I ordered the right product. The manual that came with product clearly had the wrong year Ram 1500 2015/2017.

A new return label has been issued and we are currently awaiting an update from the carrier that the item is in transit.

We placed and order than was immediately charged to our account. The order never shipped and no one will return are attempts to contact them.
On 6/8/2020 we were charged 150$ for and order for shocks for a 2011 Ford F-250. The order email sent confirming our order, however the order has never shipped. We have attempted to contact customer service to cancel our order multiple times and sent multiple emails that have no been returned. My husband was told he would receive a phone call on 6/22/20, which he never received. He has sent several emails with no response.

Your cancellation request was routed to that department and an agent has requested the cancellation from the manufacturer. Once confirmed they will update you on the refund being processed. Sent wrong bed cover. Can not get ahold of anyone to get replaced. Tried every avenue.
I originally ordered a retrax powertrax XR bed cover but decided I wanted to switch it to the powertrax Pro. So I called the company and had them cancel the one order and place a new one. To which I provided the lady all my vehicle info. All was well and I received the bed cover before the time allotted. It was when I went to install it I noticed it is for a GMC Canyon. My truck is a 2020 Silverado 2500.

I tried calling but was on hold for over 1 hour. I tried emailing and got nothing. I then tried live chat to which I was promised a response in 2-4 business days. Which is obsurd. But whatever. Still 4 days later I haven't gotten a response. Tried all methods of communication multiple times with no luck. Even tried messaging on***.

I would like a refund at this point. I was originally up for an exchange, but at this point, I do not want my money to support this business.

The inquiry was received to our service department at end of business on Thursday. Based on current volume the time frame is 2-4 business days making today the fourth. An agent will be contacting you in regards to your return. The first thing they will do is request a return authorization number from the manufacturer. Once obtained they will provide a label for you to ship the item directly back to them in its original packaging.

I eventually was able to get ahold of a customer service manager. Not because they reached out but because retrax, the cover manufacturer, provided me their number. Jason was able to return the incorrect cover and have a new cover sent to me. I received this cover today Monday June 29th. Unfortunately I received it broken. Packaging was sufficient and not damaged but the side of the retractable cover was broken beyond repair. I could like it returned at this point. As I made Jason aware, I will no longer be at my current address beyond July 3rd and we are unaware where we will be long term as we are currently house shopping.

I placed an order for a truck accessory on 6-8-2020 and was charged but never received product. Also hard/impossible to get any information
6-8-2020 purchase date with their order # *** for a total of $213.85 including tax on my*** credit card. The item is *** 5" black running boards.
I have just spoken with*** today, as well, in case the item is never shipped.
I'm ok with either a credit or even the delivery of the product if it's timely.

I would like to obtain credit for the purchase. If the product ended up shipping at some point in the future (though I don't expect it to with the lack of service that I am receiving), I'm ok with keeping it and of course paying for the item. Due to my serious question on this, I would like a refund.

I purchased wheels for my truck in Feb 2020. Shortly after my purchase is when everything was shutdown due to Covid 19. Order came in damaged
I ordered a set of 4 wheels for my 2019 Ram bighorn from realtruck.com on Feb 10,2020 and they were delivered on Feb 14,2020. They have the worst customer service and will not take care of you if your order comes in damaged!! I ordered a set of 4 fuel revolver wheels and one of them was damaged. After chasing them down for over a week I get a notification telling me essential I'm stuck with a damaged wheel that isn't safe to drive on and they aren't going to help me at all!! What the heck am I suppose to do with 3 good wheels?? Highly upset with both RealTruck.com and Fuel Off-road for their poor customer service and not standing by their product. Is asking for a safe wheel so much to ask for?? I should have just went through another company that will take care of their customer instead of purchasing here. I won't ever make that mistake again. They said because it was longer than 30 days they weren't going to honor a replacement or refund. It was due to Covid and the fact that I chose to pay my bills and not buy tires right away to put these wheels on. They remained in the box until I purchased tires earlier this month and the installer unboxed the wheels and discovered the issue.

The order was delivered on 2/14 and the inquiry submitted on 6/10. Realtruck has remained open with normal business hours to assist our customers throughout the COVID 19 concerns. Any warranty concerns after 30 days would fall under the manufacturer warranty policy to address.

Due to Covid 19 and inability to purchase and install tires to mount to the wheels I went past the 30 days. Due to fact the items remained in their packaging until I went to purchase tires on June 10th the issue wasn't known until that day. The manufacturer directed all warranty issues to go through the company the item was purchased through which was RealTruck.com and not through the manufacturer.

I have already reached out to the manufacturer, Fuel Off-road, and was told that any warranty issues were to be directed to the seller and not to them.

I purchased a #R606 Retrax sliding truck bed cover. It started to leak and I took two pictures of wet carpet in the bed of the truck. We went back to the company who installed it for me and there was no problems with the installation, you just could not see on the outside or inside where the water was coming from. I had to call 3 times to start a claim they said the bed cover company was really quick at replacing them. I proceeded to ask about returning the money that we had to pay to take it back off and put a new one on. We paid $150.00 to have it put on and it will cost $150.00 to take it off and if we ever get a new one it will cost another $150.00 I asked and they said they do not pay for that. Why should I have to pay all of that when it is clearly defective My husband was transferred to a supervisor (Max) and left a message The supervisor called my husband back and my husband was at work so he left a message . My husband called 4 more times and to no avail he never received another phone call. I sent 4 to 5 email and nothing was sent back. It is apparent that they just do not call back and follow up or know anything about customer service. The cover cost me $1299.00 plus tax. On there website it does not show previous orders. I can not deal with a leaking cover. When my husband first noticed it all of his tools were wet but thank goodness they did not rust and he was able to wipe the off. Had we know we had this many problems we would have never bought one thing from them. I really hope they take care of this Contacting them does no good

I can see in your ticket that you have been communicating back and forth with several agents. Realtruck has a free 30 day return policy. This item was delivered in February and the request was received in May. Tonneau covers will have some water leakage on certain levels. Realtruck does not cover installation fees. Warranty requests after 30 days are handled by the manufacturer under their warranty protocols.

We got a full refund. Real Truck had Federal Express pick it up. And issued the full refund within hours to us. Real Truck took care of us fully. They are a company to deal with. They really back there products.

Ordered fender flares for a 2019 Dodge Ram and received parts for the wrong year that don't fit, has paint chips and company won't send return label
I'm writing to notify you of an official complaint that is going to be filed with the Revdex.com if there is not a resolution immediately. My Fiancé *** ordered a set of fender flares on 6/2/20 for 2019 Dodge Ram, upon receipt of the fender flares we pulled them out to install and noticed the bolt patterns didn't line up and the cuts of the fenders didn't match. Upon further inspection we've found that these fenders flares are for mode years 09-18 a different body style then the ones advertised and purchased. We notified customer service on 6/11 of the discrepancy and requesting a return label so we can return the product to you and receive a full refund as we no longer desire to complete this transaction. We were told someone would be in contact with us within 1-2 days and now 9 days later we have still not heard from any one nor received a return letter. Please immediate contact us with a return label so we can begin to return these fender flares. Also of note is there was visible imperfections in the fender flares right out of the box. So not only were the fender flares for the wrong year they had paint imperfections on them. We can be reached at either *** or ***. I will be simultaneously uploading a formal complaint to the FTC, Revdex.com and state attorney generals offices due to the lack of communication, follow through, inability to process a refund and receiving the incorrect product.

Crew Cab 6'9" Bed 6.7L V8 Powerstroke. My order number for this product is ***. I paid with a credit card and the money was collect on june 6 from my credit for the total amount of $450.70. I received a confirmation email that my ordered was placed and nothing after that. I've tried calling them several times and I have waited on hold for over 2 hours and have also used the keep my place in line to receive a call but only rings once then hangs up. I cannot get anyone to answer. I've sent emails with no one responding to them. I've used there online chat which is a robot and no matter what you write ask same questions. I just want my money back so I can go elsewhere to buy the product.

The manufacturer noted that the item is out of stock with no ETA so this order has been cancelled and the refund process has been submitted for approval. This has been conveyed to the customer. Once it is processed a confirmation will be sent as well.

Horrible customer service. They charged me twice for an order of a tonneau cover and when I tried to get a hold of them, they never returned my calls, emails, or live chats. I sat on the phone for over two hours waiting to talk with a customer service representative and was hung up on. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I wish I would have read the Revdex.com's customer reviews before purchasing from this company.

I purchased tail lights for my truck in the beginning of may. called to place order to ensure the right parts were ordered was told ships in 5-7 days. Recieved nothing. Two weeks later recieve an email that the part was on back order. call once again to get other options select tail light that was correct and in stock. recieved part but was'nt correct for my truck. called again and keep being told they will send me a return label and no refrence to getting me the right part. Finally Spoke with Amy and she seemed more interested in getting the returned part ,than getting me the correct part. I explained I already recieved a warning due to tail light not working but that was no concern of theres.Amy finally gave me an option to purchase a $500 pair of tail lights which is more than double of any other taillights on the market. I requested a refund and that has not bee done either, I since have read other reviews of the company and see they basically have no issue taking orders and charging without giving product. Getting through on the phone is always over an hour wasted just to get through and when you do get through they continue to put you on hold seemingly hoping you will hang up.

I was two products for my truck. They were sold as a package. I received 1 and not the other.
I ordered a(salesman Jeff)suspension kit and an add a Leaf for my truck and it was confirmed on April 20, 2020, confirmation ***. The Airbag system shipped on May 1, 2020. I sent and email the same day asking where the add a leaf was, and got a response on May 7, 2020, from Shirlyin T. That said I would hear from someone with in 48-72hrs. I never got an email or call in response. On May 11, 2020, I called and spoke with Bre B. Bre B. was not sure why the add a leaf was not shipped so she created a ticket #***. We emailed back an forth a few times and I was told that due to Covid it would take an additional 1-2 weeks before they would get the product from the supplier. They then sent me an email to rate them and I expressed Onthat I was dissatisfied and wanted help, no one responded. June 5, 2020, I called Realtruck back and spoke with Betty H. She told me that my order was canceled and that I was sent an email. I was not sent and email, nor did they refund me. Betty H. put in a new ticket #***. On June 10, 2020, I emailed them again and asked for a full refund since it was sold as a package deal or to send me my add a leaf spring. I told them to respond by June 12, 2020, or I would contact the Revdex.com. I never received and email, phone call or any other type of contact. I have not been compensated or received my entire order.

Desired Outcome

I would like my entire order refunded, not just the add a leaf spring because it was sold as a package. And/or just give me my add a leaf spring so I can install everything on my truck.

Unable to contact anyone to start a return. I have emailed 2-3 times, currently on hold for customer service for over an hour. Unable to reach them
Purchased a set of floor mats for Dodge Ram and Honda Accord. Mats are not defective, just not happy with them. Want to return them as I found what I am looking for elsewhere. I initially tried to cancel my order within 24 hrs of purchase, submitted two claim tickets for customer service to call me. They did not. It has been several weeks. I received the mats, and am trying to start a return. I have emailed and submitted a ticket for return call. I have called all morning, requested a call back to keep my place in line. Nobody has contacted me. I am currently on hold for almost an hr and a half. Still waiting. Live chat tells me to call said number for customer service and offers to submit a ticket, which I already have done. I simply want to get the return information so I can send back these nice floor mats that I don't want.

They have full refund.

I returned a part for my truck that did not fit and have not received a refund. I have tried numerous ways and times to contact RealTruck to no avail.
I ordered 4 items from RealTruck and received all 4 items. 1 item, a set of nerf bars did not fit my truck so I contacted customer service (after many call attempts) and was able to send them back, but haven't been able to determine if they are sending replacements or just keeping the money, as I have received no response after numerous attempts to contact customer service. Details & timeline below:
May 1 - Ordered and paid by ***
May 12- Received 4 items, 1 needed to be returned
May 14 - Contacted customer service after numerous calls, and they sent a return label from ***
May 15 - *** picked up part to be returned
May 18 - Part was delivered and signed for
May 19 - Request to Brett B of customer service as to status (no reply)
May 29 - 2nd Request to Brett B of customer service as to status (no reply)
May 31 - 3rd Request to Brett B of customer service as to status (no reply)
The above just list the e-mails I have sent, not the calls to customer support and wasted time waiting on hold to talk to a rep. I have also tried their "live chat" which is 100% automated saying they will call back. They never do.

I am requesting a refund, or at the very least send the nerf bars Brett B and I discussed when I 1st called customer support to get a RMA.
