I placed an order with them on June 27 2020 for a bed cover still not received
Ordered product on June 27 2020. Only automated email stating order processed. No further information. No shipping information or tracking. They took my money quick and now when you try and reach them you get no response. I have sent numerous emails to them as well as tried to call their customer service line. Any time of day you try and call the automated voice tells you their is over an hour wait to speak to a representative. My purchase was through *** where it can be tracked also , and I have put in a claim with them as well to make an attempt for resolution. This may end up going until August , three month time. That is absurd in this day and age doing business with anyone with no response.

Desired Outcome

They need to have better communication with their customers. I can not understand how a business can be able to function this way. I should have read reviews elsewhere than the fake reviews on their site. Everyone says the same thing and to stay away or fight for your money . Now I have to fight for a refund from this place since I don't ever think any resolution is going to be made otherwise.

the lead time on this item due to high volume was extended to weeks. This item shipped on 7/23 and is in route directly from the manufacturer with an estimated delivery of 7/25.

On 7-08-2020 I ordered a cold air intake for my 2020 F-150 Platinum,,I got 1 email saying processing. 13 days later I tried to contact Real truck .
I tried to contact real truck , by phone only to have a ; hour wait time. I selected a call me back option, I wanted to see why it was taking 13 + days to process my order. I tried to email them , they had a fake email that didn't go through. I canceled the order through my credit card company, being that I could not get in touch with real truck. Well they called *** . This company never tried to contact me, or send me updates on my order. Once my credit card company pulled the $324.00 dollars back , I got their attention, I told the lady very nicely I canceled the order because of the lack of communication, and because after 13 days of processing. I would advise anyone looking to buy truck parts and accessories to look elsewhere!! This company has shady business practices. They emailed me just to sell me more products but nothing about my order. So I replied to them to please stop emailing me, being that I wasn't getting any information about my order. They blocked me from replying to them, again I will never order from this company again. But they continue to send me sales emails after I unsubscribed from them, I personally think this is harassment, and I want it to stop! My next step if nothing is done is to call the police over there and file harassment charges on them, as I clearly no longer want them sending me emails!! I'm glad I used my *** card,,as *** handles issues like this real quick, I just explained all of this to them,,bam!! No questions asked, they refunded my money and are opening a fraudulent investigation on real truck. I would strongly advice people to be very careful ordering from this company!!!

Very simple, I want their harassment emails to stop, I know longer need or want their sales emails since they refused to even try to help me, and blocked my only email that should have went through. I want to make customers aware if dealing with this company!! I advise them to look elsewhere for truck parts and accessories !!!!

Thank you for your inquiry. Our records show no communication from you regarding cancellation. Our web site states to call or send us your request through our contact us page so that we may handle your inquiry. We do not block emails however if you did reply to your sales order confirmation instead of going through our site this does come from a noreply email address so we would not have received your inquiry. As for the additional emails I we will pass this onto our marketing department for review. IN regards to your notes about contacting your credit card company we will now mark this order as closed and refunded on their end once the manufacturer has confirmed cancellation on their end.

I emailed two different emails for this company, one wasn't the right one. I also called customer service numerous times, I was even prompted to press a number for a call back! I never received any emails about my order to this day. I got all the proof I need to prove you people are lying, I will never do business with such a lying , deceiving company, again I have proof of everything. But you see I'm not dishonest like this company is, my package did arrive days later. Still no emails about the order!! I went ahead and called my credit card company to process the payment to y'all! But y'all are one of the most dishonest lying companies I've ever dealt with! I have snap shots of the phone calls I made to y'all only to be told my wait time would be 4 hours. I have pictures of my emails that clearly states BLOCKED so you might wanna try that again? Funny thing is y'all competitor is going through the same problem with the Covid thing going on. They sent me emails every step of the way and was delivered in a timely manner. I also have a witness that will verify what I'm saying is the truth, and think everyone will see whose lying here! And to put the icing on the cake to discredit this company even more, after I canceled my payment due to 13 day of no sort of communication, once y'all realized the payment was stopped then a representative called me, I told her I had put a stop payment on my credit card. And I demand a partial refund at least half for the half way job y'all did, by the way, I still haven't received an email concerning my order, ang updates, tracking info. Need I go on? I think my pictures and my witness will prove my point !!!

We did open a case for you once the Revdex.com filing was recorded as records show no inquiries have been placed via our system to date. Again our email address is a no reply email so all inquiries will bounce back and must be submitted through our contact us page forms. We are glad you received your product as the vendor has been shipping these items on average between 30-35 days from order at this time. I do appreciate y'all sending my order, I have a feeling I'd still be waiting if I had not contacted the Revdex.com, I still never received an email about my order. 30-35 days shipping is unheard of , I understand with the Covid is affecting a lot of things. Real truck is in Florida,,I'm in Louisiana ,,we are not that far apart. I ordered an exhaust system for another truck parts business from PA and it was here within 7 days . You guys keep denying I tried to contact y'all . The proof is in the pictures I sent, I called numerous times only to be told I would have a 4 hour wait time, I don't know about y'all but I can't sit on hold for 4 hours. I didn't see any other way of contacting y'all,,so I tried email, one didn't work , one got blocked! What company doesn't have and email these days?? You have no idea the drama this has caused me , I have a lot of dr. Appointments, and other things to do, a partial refund won't cut it, though thanks for the offer, I think y'all can do better than that. And I don't need the money, I have money , it's the idea behind this whole thing . I should be free tomorrow which is Friday sometime after lunch if y'all wanna call and talk about this to put this to bed. I'm willing to work with y'all, to close all of this out, but as I stated a partial refund won't cut it. I've tried being nice with y'all , *** has nothing to do with this dispute. I went straight through my credit card company which is discover, now hopefully potential customers are starting to see yalls true colors!! I want my $160 credited to my card or I'm finished talking about this, I think I have been more than patient, y'all agreed to refund me $160 which is basically a bribe according to the Revdex.com to pull down my complaint, I agreed to squash this but I see there's no working with Real Truck how hard is it to send a check? How hard is it to refund my credit card the $160 ? I never opened a dispute with ***, so if they think they have a open dispute, I'd was not and I'll repeat this, it was not opened by me!!!! And another thing please don't say we talked about this! Y'all sent a email with the offer of $160 trying to go around the Revdex.com , I was willing to work with y'all. But I'll let the Revdex.com handle it from here on out! Have a wonderful day!!!

Placed order on 6/4/20, and have yet to receive complete order. Have contacted business multiple times, with little to no help.

I purchased front and back floor liners for my vehicle on 6/4/20. Order number is ***. I have received the back floor liners, but have yet to receive the front driver and passenger mats HUL-36211. The total for my order was $210.42 ($96.95 each set) RealTruck charged my account for the full amount of $210.42 on 6/5/20. I have called RealTruck over 15 times in regards to my order, spoken to several different people (the only three I can remember names of are two different Gwendolyn's and Norma) and get little to no help. I am told I wait 2 more weeks, they are putting me in contact with a back order specialist, or that they need to get with the supplier ***, and I end up never hearing back. I got on *** website and it shows they have limited stock on the floor mats, so I don't understand why RealTruck cannot get a set from them. My *** tracking number *** has been in pending status since 6/4/20. I have checked *** website multiple times, and at one point they were out of stock on these mats, then they received a shipment and the status went to limited quantities, which it says right now. So If they have some in stock, I'd like to get a set to fill my order. I've reached out to husky liner about this order and they won't help me since RealTruck bought the mats from them.

I want the delivery of my floor mats ASAP. I understand with COVID things are taking longer to ship, however I feel I have been more than understanding and lenient as to the status and wait time. I have not received one call from RealTruck in regards to my order status other than when I have reached out. It has been almost 2 months, and all I hear when I call is give it a few more days, or wait 2 more weeks. I just want my order.

I did receive a response from***. I was told there is a national back order on these mats, and that it would take about 2-3 weeks. I informed***, that I have been told to wait 2-3 weeks several times by people from the company, and never receive anything in that time frame. I wish to keep my order current, as I want the floor mats.

I have never received confirmation of my order nor have I received the running boards. The money was taken from my account on June 26th 2020.
I have made numerous phone calls which only put me on hold for various wait times. I used the help chat and sent two email complaints through their website. I received two emails back with a number attached to each one for identification. I started the contact process July 9th 2020 but still no resolution. I paid with my MC attached to my business account in the amount of $241.02. How difficult is it to just send the product? That's what your business is!!!!!

customer ordered with email address under *** and not ***. The order confirmation was sent on 6/27 and shipping information was sent on 7/24. item was delivered on 7/27. This incident is closed in our system. Customer responded with a thank you in Incident *** on 7/27.

I called and a recording said due to high volume they would call me back in 1hr. 3 hrs past that and nothing. Sent 3 emails over the week and nothing.
Purchased June 26, delivered July 3rd. Item number RGR *** states it's for a 2017 ram 1500 express quad cab, what I received was way too big which makes me think it was for a full crew cab. I doubled checked the site to make sure I didn't order the wrong item, and no that is what the site states for a quad cab, so I spent 69.99 before tax and shipping on a mat I cannot use. All I conveyed in my email was I wanted to exchange the wrong mat for the correct 1, and they simply aren't getting back to me and it's been over a week between calls and emails and their is no way they are that busy!!! I believe they are intentionally not getting back to me and are very poorly run and should not be allowed to be involved with online sales . I used *** and will be filing a complaint with them also. I don't feel anybody should be stuck with a product they can't use because of a company's negligence to provide the correct part, and then to ignore the situation makes me irate . Very poor on their part especially with how patient IV been.

A prompt exchange unless they intentionally sent me the wrong product because they never had the correct product, which I'm starting to believe considering you can't contact them no matter how hard you try to!

Please go ahead and Field Destroy the items. Example: crush, dent, paint, etc Please respond to this email with photo proof of the field destroy once it has been completed. Once the photos are received we will be placing a new order for you / issuing you a refund. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns that need to be addressed."

Once your agent receives the photos as requested your reorder can be placed.

Thank you for your help, I'm unaware if it was your involvement or ***, but I finally got an email response stating to field destroy the product and document it with a picture of it destroyed and after they recieve the picture they will refund me. Not the response I was expecting or wanted but I will take it. Thank you

Will not send a replacement for damaged part received. After sending replacement from faulty part.
I placed an order with Real Truck for side steps for my husband for Christmas of 2018. They began to rust and I sent coordination to realtruck. After a lengthy process they shipped them. They allowed us two days to remove the old ones to be sent back and have them put back in the box. Upon install we noticed it was damaged, bent and will beginnto rust again. I outreached the coordinator of the issue. I have tried to resolve this they offered fifty dollars and it will begin to rust I asked for it to replaced again and they said since you asked for it to be replaced you are denied the 50 dollars and we cannot replace because we are not sure if you did it. I don't think this is acceptable and they will not answer me. They have more than 4 hour wait time on the phone and it's almost impossible to get through.

I would like a new side step to be sent to replace the one that is damaged.

Upon reviewing the incident it appears there was a $50 credit offered to keep the item as is. Damage noted after install does not fall within warranty coverage of the manufacturer and thereby is not returnable. It was a warranty replacement to begin with. I don't feel we were provided adequate time to ensure there was no damage. Also your representative stated the "courtesy fund" was no longer available. I would STILL like for the item even if singular to be replaced. It happened during shipping or at your store.

I paid for a product on June 22 and have been trying to contact them they haven't responded and the order was never processed.
Order number ***. Order was placed on the 19th of June 2020. Payment was processed June 22,2020. When I noticed the order was not processed I reached out to the company via phone. Waited on hold for an hour and 45 minutes and then got disconnected. Tried communicating via email and social media for the last three weeks today's date being July 21.
It's been over a month and the payment was processed and that's as far as it got. Payment was processed for $210.43 paid via ***.

I can't get hold of a customer service support via phone or chat and they won't return my calls or emails to refund my money for non delivered Order
I placed an order with running board warehouse on 6/10/20. My order was supposed to ship out in 2-3 business days. I ordered running boards which needed to be delivered by today 6/16/20. They haven't even shipped. I tried calling all their numbers to reach a customer service specialist to cancel my order as now they will not get here in time for my installation. I can't get an actual customer service specialist on the phone and have waited on their phone line for hours trying to get through with no success! I want my money refunded so I can afford to go somewhere else to get what I need. I finally called there sales line and someone wrote a support ticket for customer service to process and said that they would contact me, but they haven't. I called another one of their numbers today and someone from real truck drop shipping called me back and wrote up another request ticket for customer support to contact me to cancel my order for a refund. They said that it could be several days before I hear anything from customer support!

Desired Outcome

I want an actual customer service specialist to contact me with proof of my order cancellation and process my refund. As I am typing this letter, I am on hold trying to reach their customer support specialist with a wait time of over 3 hours! The longer I am on the phone waiting for help, the wait times keep increasing!

I ordered 4 custom wheels on 4/13/20 with a ETA delivery date of 10 weeks. After 12 weeks I tried to contact Real Truck for a delivery update.
It has been 15 weeks since I ordered 4 custom wheels for my truck. The original eta was 10 weeks and after 12 weeks I tried to contact Real Truck for an update on delivery. I first tried calling on 7/10 and after being on hold for .5hr I gave up. I sent an email to Real Truck on 7/11 again asking for an update. I tried using Real Truck's "Chat Line" on 7/14 asking for an update and was told someone would contact me directly about the matter. That was 2 days ago and still no contact from Real Truck. They don't answer the phone in customer service, they don't respond to questions on their web site and they do not follow-up on chat line requests.

I am looking for a personal call with a delivery date or my money back.

Unable to reach Customer Service about a Refund or exchange for a missing item.
I purchased a Flowmaster American Thunder System # *** from Real Truck under Order *** 0n 6/23/2020. ($835.77) It shipped directly to me from Holley Performance in Franklin KY since that is the Packing list I received (Attached).
I received the System 7/7/2020 however there is a problem !! 1 of the Tail Pipes is missing from the Kit. The Left Hand Tail Pipe was not in the box, All other Items are included except that pipe. According to the Parts List, it is Item # 7 and P/N 86562 also (Also Attached)

I have been trying for 2 + weeks now to reach Real Truck but the do not respond to anything other than automated replys.

I have even contacted the Manufacture of the product to see if they could help but they don't seem to want to be involved.

So my issue is that I have an 800.00 product that I can not use and have been unable to get real truck to resolve the issue.

Desired Outcome

I want a the product I ordered and paid 800 + dollars for. But at this point if they will send me an RMA I will ship the defective product back and they can issue a full refund and i'll take my business elsewhere.

The customer contacted them and they let us know the item had been returned to them though we showed no record of processing the actual return beyond the initial request form the customer. The vendor confirmed receipt to Realtruck and the customer was refunded in full and updated of the status on 8/10. This is marked as solved in our records.

The reason I went Directly to the MFG was because I could not get any response from RT after multiple and I mean multiple attempts via e-mail, via phone and even regular mail. AT least the MFG tried to make it right. I only got a refund because I used PAY PAL to purchase the product and they refunded me the original amount not REAL TRUCK. Real Trucks claim that they refunded it is simply not true, The reason PayPal made the refund was because they were unable get a response either. I only received any response from RT after *** acted to refund the money. Had I not done that I am sure RT would still be holding on to the Money. I am done with RT and will be spreading the word to anyone who will listen not to buy from them, their customer service is terrible and then when someone else steps up to make it right the take credit for it.

We have not had communication with *** regarding this incident. We refunded per normal protocol as noted above through ***. If *** had processed the refund due to any lack of communication from realtruck it would have been noted at the time of refund process and we would not have been able to process it as we did. This incident shows solved on our end at this time.

This company gets no stars from me. The customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. I sat on the phone for multiple hours on multiple days and no answer. I sent multiple emails and got no response. I used their chat line and was told they were the wrong dept but they would send my request to the right dept. Guess what? No response despite a ticket #. They give 30 days to return the product free of shipping but you would be lucky to talk to someone within the 30 days. All I wanted was to upgrade my cover, you would think they would want the extra income. Now alI I want is a refund and rid myself of this com[any

If your inquiry was started within the 30 days you have no need to worry. We will review the request and work with the manufacturer to receive the return authorization. I've called this company, chatted online, emailed and messaged on fb. They have lied repeatedly and said I would hear back within 72 hours.
They have had notice since June 22 that I needed to return/exchange my item. They have not had anyone from
The returns department contact me but they offer for me to buy a new item that can be shipped the next day. Why would I give them my money again? Why can't they do as they say? I simply want to return their item and get my money back but can not get in contact with anyone. They say they are short staffed due to COVID I'm sure they may be but it's been weeks and still no assistance. Horrible customer service experience.

My ticket number is ***. Remarkably the day after I file my complaint the company sent me a return shipping label. No one called or replied to my emails. My original request was for an exchange of my item. Which I now have no desire to purchase anything else from this company. It remains to be seen how long it will take for you to process my refund. Once again I want to express that the main issue is the repeated lies by your company. At every attempt to contact you I was told that someone would call back in 48-72 hours, no one ever called back for my issue regarding the purchase I had made however I was able to speak with someone twice from your sales department and they offered to assist me in making another purchase but I would still have to wait to hear from your returns department regarding my issue. Do you really want me to believe your story about being so short handed due to COVID-19? If your unable to have employees in one department then why doesn't it seem that your sales department is able to immediately assist with placing orders. Additionally it doesn't matter what time of the day I've called after I enter the prompts for a return/exchange I immediately hear that there is over an hour hold time, on one of my many occasions I stayed on the line for 3 hours and 52 minutes before your system finally disconnected the call. It's not acceptable that you've lied and used the virus as an excuse for your horrible customer service. The proper thing to have done would of been for you to have stopped taking new orders and your staff could assist with with o already existing customers. Additionally since you offer zero hassle returns you could set your system to automatically issue return shipping labels. I feel that there are many other ways that you could of helped me and your other customers.

Thank you fro reply. Again we are not currently short staffed in our service department however we are experiencing very high volume at this time via phone, chat, and email. Your request was in queue prior to your filing. Once it reached the returns department they contact the manufacturer to request the RMA for your order. Many manufacturers have been short staffed which can contribute to longer/delayed resolution. In this case it took five business days to receive it and provide it to you. Once your item is in transit your agent will submit your refund request. This can take up to three days to process. You will receive an updated email from your agent once this process has been completed.

Can't get ahold of company for refund for wrong product being delivered
I ordered nerf bars for my 2020 ram 1500. Real truck.com sent me nerf bars for 2009-2015 ram 1500s. I have tried to get ahold of them for 5 days through every option they have for contract. Email, phone, instant messaging on the website for several hours each day and have not gotten a response.

I want an immediate refund

I've been trying to get ahold of them for 6 days multiple hours a day and no response given that wasn't an automated "we'll get back to you". I want to be refunded immediately to buy the parts from a reliable source and I will send the wrong items sent to me when I receive the shipping label.

I feel as though myself and my money are being held hostage. At the rate of your business works I feel it could be weeks before I get my money back. It's sad that I had to contact The Revdex.com to get a hold of you in the first place. I will send the items back but I should not have to wait for a refund because of a mistake your business made. I would understand the solution you proposed had someone gotten back to me promptly but it has now been 6 days. I have never had such horrible customer service. I will never purchase anything from your business nor will I recommend you to anyone I know.

Too little too late

Purchased item and ordered wrong size. I have tried to get a hold of them through call, email, online chat, & contact us page no one will answer.
I purchased a Truxedo Sentry Tonneau bed cover from real truck on June 26, 2020. When it came in it was the wrong size. I immediately tried to get a hold of them on the 29th. I called several times and sat on hold for over an hour, I used their online chat, emailed them twice, and used their Contact Us page. I have only ever spoken to one person. She said she would send it to returns but again I never heard anything else. I have paid $960.12 for a bed cover. All I wanted to do was exchange it for right size but no one will answer the phone or emails. At this point I would just rather have my money back and shop from another company.

I was charged over $500 for an item that stated 5-7 day delivery from order. It has now been over 3 weeks and no product.
I placed order number *** and was told the product would be shipped and received within 5-7 business days. It has been over 3 weeks with no info from the company. Also, I have attempted to reach out to them via social media, via their online chat, via their telephone service and via their online ticket system with no response.

No customer service, want answer phones, but takes your money for parts and no delivery.
I ordered parts a week ago they took my money almost 1000. and never received notice of shipping and no one will answer phone, left number for them to call me back twice and still nothing! This is terrible company, don't know if I will get anything !

Won't send return label
I talked to two different people on their online chat. The second guy said he would submit a ticket for a return label. Never received a ticket. Called and spent 2 hours on hold with no one answering. I've tried about 10 different times to return the product and never get anything from the company to be able to return it.

Desired Outcome

I want my money back so I can go buy a product that I can use. The product is suppose to fit my truck but it doesn't.

Placed order, accepted payment, never shipped, unable to contact for cancel or refund.
I placed and order for running boards for my vehicle on June 6th. They took payment via ***. Got a confirmation of the order, but nothing was shipped. I have called numerous times just to sit on hold for over an hour with no answer. Have reached out through their website to leave a message for a call back and have received nothing. I want the order cancelled but they don't return any calls and are unable to get through to them to cancel the order.

After multiple times of trying to reach out with no response or confirmation that they even saw my cancellation request, I still have not heard back directly from the company. I have been trying to cancel the order after a couple days of placing the order. I want the order cancelled and my *** account refunded. I placed the order on July 6th, and have been trying to get a hold of them since July 8th. It is now July 18th, and still no contact from the company. I want my account refunded.
