I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com # [redacted] regarding Rushmore not meeting with me or even allowing me to speak with a representativeI have been out of the country and when I returned I received a letter stating that they explained to me why they told me I was current with my payments but I still need to pay them twice my mortgageThis is not trueThey gave me a customer service number to call to discuss options signed by [redacted] This number gives me a recording telling me to pay them without being able to speak with anyoneHelp! What must I do to speak with someone from this companyI am not the only person to have this problem with Rushmore from there online reviews.Desired Outcome: Resolve this issue and refinance my mortgage with a professional institution
