Rushmore loan management services is only out to steal your houseThey purchased our loan from *** and said we were behind paymentsWe showed them bank statement proof that *** took the missing payments and they came straight out of our checking accountmonths later they are still trying to not credit our account properlyThey got ripped off from ***, so they do not want to give us what we are owed!! In March of 1999, I started the process of purchasing a home with credit scores above700, but I was given a MORTGAGE LOAN OF $100,by *** *** and it turned out to be two loansThe first Lien was $80,with interest rate of 9.5% and the monthly payment of $672.68, (***) Second Lien was $20,with interest rate of 11.75% and the payment of $236.83[***] and was supposed to be refinanced in years, i.e2002, but before I knew it was hurriedly sold to *** *** servicing for *** ** *** in January Even before that my husband was injured on the job in August 1999, and was on Workman’s compensation until he was granted disability and all our taxes were deferred in Sometimes in the loan was transferred to *** *** and this group was into fraudulent practices for though I paid my Hazard Insurance and Taxes, they still placed their insurance on my loanI was not allowed to refinance nor bring my interest rate down until now because *** *** *** and *** *** both servicing for *** ** *** already ruined my credit
To my amazement in February 2003, they just made something up and sent me a letter for a Foreclosure of my house and forced forbearance from February till March with initial payment of $and monthly payments of $for thirteen (13) months, a total of $for the

(4.) Rushmore Loan Management returned my August payment but cashed and applied the July payment

Who was asking for the name of the construction company that would repair the roof, so I hired *** *** ***?

Rushmore Loan Managment continues to lack the clarity to understand their failures as a business entity as demonstrated by their lack of focus on the issue at hand. They continue to focus on my loan payment dates (which are irrelevant to the issue at hand) and not on the issue of how poorly they have handled the issues regarding the check endorsements, their lack of communication skills on the part of their staff, the lack of consistent and accurate information being relayed to me, the consumer, their lack of accessibility with the appropriate staff to address the issues at hand, and their failure to have appropriately trained management staff to address complains contemporaneously. The manner in which they continue to respond to my complaint clearly shows their lack of acknowledgement of how poorly they handled the situation. Their failure to accept their shortfalls and instead attempt to redirect the focus on me somehow clearly shows their lack of professionalism.

I was paying the Wells Fargo Bankruptcy Department directly until my mortgage was sold to Rushmore Loan Management Services Customer U.SBank.
Wells Fargo's Bankruptcy department would tell me on the phone that all late fees were waived and I was still considered in Bankruptcy with Wells FargoWhat they did with Rushmore, I have no idea.
To fix this problem both companies have caused, I have already agreed to pay the escrow advance back for the real estate taxes paid in
On 8/28/2014, after the complaint was made to the Revdex.com, I wired $1,to Rushmore Loan ManagementThe amount owing on the advanced escrow (shown on Rushmore's printout) dated 11/19/2013 will be paid back within the next few weeksIt totals $1,I have already wired the $1,to them on 8/28/I will continue to make my timely monthly mortgage payments every month I have been paying $800/month even though $is all that is due per month in accordance with my attorney's letter sent to them and dated 6/23/
Rushmore Loan Management sent me a fed-x, but the figures still do not agree with what I have paid each month with the corresponding confirmation numbers.
Their loss mitigation department has agreed that "all late fees" will be waived from the time they took over. I expect for them to continue to honor their promise.
I also requested a copy of my loan documents on their online program to see if a clause appears in my loan documents that will allow me to change this mortgage from an adjustable ARM to a fixed mortgageI am still awaiting that paperworkRight now Rushmore Loan Management continues to ruin my credit by saying I am months behind when I am notI am also concerned that this mortgage has not been reinstated after the bankruptcyThe reinstatement should be as a fixed mortgage and not adjustable.
I really have alot of questions to refinance this loan and want to work with Rushmore but they don't seem to want to work with me.
I am a customer of Wells Fargo and Rushmore; should not be treated this way.
If they state something, both companies should honor what they state and follow their own rules instead changing them to mess up their customersFor I am a customer and want to resolve this issue that they caused.

As the attached letter I sent to Mr*** on February 29, will attest, I am going to take the high road here and assume that he does not have all the facts at his fingertips From what I can ascertain after reading his letter to me dated February 5th (copy herewith for your reference), he is unaware that I was granted a Mortgage Loan Modification on November 11, which allows me to pay the taxes and interest on the loan solely for the next two years.In addition to being overcharged on my mortgage loan invoices, Rushmore paid my taxes twice (!) to the local Tax Collector, and then attempted to make me pay for their error (!!) They claimed, on the phone, that my taxes had gone up substantially, which is untrue See attached letter.I have researched this company and found many, many complaints whose content parallels what they are putting me through Quite frankly, I feel I am being scammed - as others have posted online through various sources, including Yelp.com I have been trying to get this matter resolved since last November without success, and most recently, filed a complaint with the New York State Attorney General's Office.Ms***, I am recovering from monetary loss as a result of abandonment (and cleaning out of our bank accounts) by my now ex-husband, followed by a very difficult divorce, and am on a strict budget I have honored the mortgage loan agreement between myself and *** Home Loans, from whom Rushmore purchased my mortgage loan I have acted in good faith, making every payment in full ($1,676.98) and on time as contracted I am at a loss here to understand why the Mortgage Loan Agreement of 11/11/is being ignored, and why Rushmore - which has cashed my mortgage loan payments - is not only not crediting my account accordingly but also hitting me for late fees (!). Can you imaging what it's like to receive an invoice demanding a payment of $25,(!), copy attached, when you have done no wrong? I am continuing to make timely payments of $1,(through my bank so there is a paper trail) as per the Mortgage Loan Modification Agreement.Your kind assistance to reopen and investigate this matter will be greatly appreciated
