The service of my loan was transferred to Rushmore 11/and in the past months they have been unable to get my balances correct Additionally, they filed fraudulent claims with the court, which they later dropped after forcing me to hire a lawyer I call them twice a month, and am given many excuses as to why my loan balances are incorrect, and inaccessible I have been told for over months that the loan has been corrected, and that the account should reflect it in anywhere from days to 3-weeks It has still not been fixed, nothing has changed
If you have any choice in the matter, listen to this and every other reviewer and complaint filer and avoid this company

Once again I have been force to pay Hazard Insurance, On three different occasions in the last two years, Rushmore has inappropriately applied a force place policy of Hazard InsuranceI live in a condominium and pay a monthly association fee that covers all mandatory Florida State mandated insurance coverage's including Hazard InsuranceFurthermore, I have provided Rushmore Loan Management my condominium Insurance policies that are current and display coverage since the purchase of this multi complex residential property in Moreover, I have also requested a Verification of Mortgage document that has never been provided to meI have also requested on numerous occasions that Rushmore reports my mortgage current and up to date to the major credit agencies like Experian, Equifax and TransunionI have been told for over months that the loan has been corrected, and that the account should reflect it in anywhere from days to 3-weeksIt has still not been fixed, nothing has changed

My expectation and the American dream of owning a home has being a nightmare to date through *** *** *** and *** *** *** ***, for *** ** ***In March of 1999, I started the process of purchasing a home with credit scores above700, but I was given a MORTGAGE LOAN OF $100,by *** *** and it turned out to be two loans.The first Lien was $80,with interest rate of 9.5% and the monthly payment of $672.68, (***) Second Lien was $20,with interest rate of 11.75% and the payment of $236.83[***] and was supposed to be refinanced in years, i.e2002, but before I knew it was hurriedly sold to *** *** servicing for *** ** *** in January Even before that my husband was injured on the job in August 1999, and was on Workman’s compensation until he was granted disability and all our taxes were deferred in 2002.Sometimes in the loan was transferred to *** *** and this group was into fraudulent practices for though I paid my Hazard Insurance and Taxes, they still placed their insurance on my loanI was not allowed to refinance nor bring my interest rate down until now because *** *** *** and *** *** both servicing for *** ** *** already ruined my creditTo my amazement in February 2003, they just made something up and sent me a letter for a Foreclosure of my house and forced forbearance from February till March with initial payment of $and monthly payments of $for thirteen (13) months, a total of $for the First loan (***) and $for the Second loan.(***)Fortunately, around April-May, some other people that have been victims of these fraudulent and RIP OFF practices got together and reported *** *** to FTC and class action was initiated in which I participated and wonThen the FTC charged *** *** to change their policies including restoring of my credit they immediately apologized and changed their name to *** *** *** ***still servicing for *** and promised to comply with FTC, but to my surprise these jokers are even worse than the devilI was not allowed to refinance to lower interest rate and continued to pay 9.5% for the 1st Lien for $and 11.75% for the 2nd Lien for $since May. Rushmore Loan Management returned my August payment but cashed and applied the July payment(5) Each time Rushmore returned the payment I sent it back electronically with my *** *** online banking to avoid late fees and late payment records up till March I am current on my loan obligationINFORMATION FURNISHED TO CRA’SI have copies of my credit history from 2002-which shows how my credit was inaccurately reported.HARRIS COUNTY TAX OFFICE PAYMENTA letter from the tax office shows deferment since 2002, payment made by me, and the tax that were paid by *** from the fraudulently forced forbearance proceeds placed on me from February till March 2004.It also shown my money $plus interest that was misapplied and remains in tax office from the money that I paid to *** forced forbearance from February to March 2004, which has not yet refunded to me.ALIEF SCHOOL DISTRICT TAX PAYMENT.It shows the letter of deferment, some payment were made by me, and the payment made by *** through the money that I paid to *** from the forced forbearance placement on me from February till March 2004.It also shows the payment of all the tax payment from till 2016.INTEREST RATE REDUCTION.I have made several attempts to *** to get them to lower my interest rate from 9.5% to less than 3% since 2002.INSURANCE PAYMENT.I have paid my own hazard insurance premium on my own since to 2016.*** has forced lender placed hazard insurance on my house despite the fact I have hazard insurance on my property from the insurance company of my choice from through On The Disbursement DetailBecause of Hurricane Ike of September 2008, my house and roof were damaged, and because of my insurance at that time, *** *** * *** *** was reluctant to pay for the damage to my roofI then hired the law firm of *** *** * ***, to go after them in and the case was settled and I was awarded $10,of which the lawyer took $4,initially and $6,was left to fix my roofThen the lawyer now took another $which left me with $5,to fix the roofThe check was issued on 12/19/by my insurance (*** *** * *** ***.) and NOT the *** *** *** ***to me *** ***, *** *** * *** *** and *** *** *** ***, so that I can repair the roof damagedI mailed the check to *** for endorsement and it was suppose to be returned immediately, but *** held the check indefinitely until the matter was reported to the law firm of *** * **in March of 2013, after they contacted ***, and asked *** why are they playing Solomon? Who was asking for the name of the construction company that would repair the roof, so I hired *** *** ***?*** decided not to give all the money to repair the roof even when the roof was leaking very badly, but opted for four (4) payments of $issued on 5/24/for *** * **second payment of $1765.20, issued to me, *** *** and *** *** *** on 8/29/and was cashed to buy materials and deposit for engaging *** *** ***During the repair of the roof, the *** stopped the check to frustrate me again, and all the checks that were written at the time bounced and incurred bank charges from various banks which I sent to *** for reimbursement, but *** never paid back to meThe third and the fourth checks of $were issued, and it took a year to repair my roof from the time the case was settled in 12/19/till 9/19/when the final check was issued by ***.Finally, I DID NOT HAVE ANY HAZARD INSURANCE POLICY NOR NEITHER DID I EVEN KNEW OR OBTAINED ANY INSURANCE COVERAGE EITHER HOME OR LIFE FROM *** *** * *** **I believe it’s a lender forced and FRAUDULENT placed insurance by *** and these are the copies of my hazard insurance and the explanation of my nightmare with this entity called *** *** *** for *** ** ***In regards to this joker called Rushmore Loan Management Servicing, they need to check on the status of the Class action pending against ***, so they will not fall into the same trap of defrauding and stealing from innocent peopleRushmore needs to return my loan to *** immediatelyI already sent all my proof of payments to Rushmore Loan Management Services, and they said *** would be liable for their fraudulent activities definitely no their Company.Regards,*** ***

I have contacted them, in WRITING, no less than TEN SEPARATE TIMES, and gave them WRITTEN PROOF of FRAUD on my ORIGINAL LOAN with Countrywide Home LoansThey REFUSE to speak with us, and are ILLEGALLY continuing this FRAUDULENT FORECLOSUREknowing that we do NOT have legal representation. This is a VERY BAD COMPANY, RUN BY VERY PERVERSE, GREEDY PEOPLE who are willing to break the law in order to line their pockets. IF RUSHMORE lOAN MANAGEMENT SERVICES LLC IS SO INNOCENT, WHY NOT SEND ME PROOF THAT THEY OWN THE LOAN...OR SEND ME MY POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT, ALONG WITH THE TRUST INFORMATION???
