Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and am disappointed in the diligence with which even the Revdex.com complaint has received For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The facts stated by Rushmore are inaccurate On the August 1st conversation, the associate confirmed that payment was receive 7/and not 'over the weekend' My address was changed(to a temporary address which I resided through 9/and continue to have access as necessary) on 8/and confirmed again on the 8/phone call These could both be verified if Rushmore had taken the time to review the recorded calls.They present that they received 'unable to forward' responses, the last date being 8/and never attempted to reach me by phone or email even though, by confirmation on the call 9/10, they had both of these documented accurately On the same phone call from 9/10, I changed the address to my now permanent address Again, had Rushmore even attempted to understand the issue via the recordings, would have been in a position to improve communication and resolution.The bottom line;they should not have processed the withdrawal 8/1, they should have been able to process a refund immediately versus the ridiculous process of me requesting to have my own money back, they should have contacted me when they received the 'unable to forward' and should have taken care to represent themselves better as part of the resolution I've had to incur interest as part of not having my funds prior to 9/and this is a company that benefitted from year of on time payments Nice to know that a company appreciates your business Regards, [redacted]

I am a class a contractor in vaand A + member of the Revdex.comI have worked with Rushmore LLCfor months to complete a project that should have taken weeks at mostThe latest fumble is they have sent a party check with the customer's name and with lowes as the contractorCustomer refuses to return the check for the correct signature and it is clear that Rushmore intends to make strange mistakes without accountability or documentation to rectifyThe representative Maricella doesn't ever return calls or help and management does even lessI have completed, according to their inspector and Maricella's verbal acknowledgement, 80% of the workThe customer has now placed the check in a drawer and is threatening to allow the house to go into foreclosureI do not understand after completing all requested paperwork and serving as both contractor and creditor why Rushmore would demonstrate such complete incompetenceI also can't understand why a company with so many complaints and deceptive practices would have an A rating with the Revdex.comI followed Rushmore's process and I have been scammed and will be relentless in recovering my lossesBelieve me everyone will be aware when I am finishedThe account number for all to see is [redacted]
