The billing date I was given have been changed without my notification. Therefore, when I changed bank accounts, I did not expect a bill to come through auto-pay while I was in the process of closing the bank account. I was charged a 38$ overdraft fee due to the lack of communication and percieved complete authority over my personal checking account by Columbia Gas. Furthermore, I rejected the means to which you refunded me since it is a joint account. I was promised several times over a recorded line  a check delivered to me for the refund, not a credit to a different account number and address. The previous account was an individual account at a different address. Furthermore, even with my current account number, I am not able to access my account online-nor am I able to change payment method or anything. I have the account number mber but it does not have anything to date with my blicked access online. But repeated calls to Columbia Gas give me zero solution to manage my account online. Furthermore, I have recieved zero phone calls or outreach or assisstance from my complaints. I am  willing to join others and talk to the press about this abuse of trust. I was promised a CHECK in the mail and I never recieved it. I DID NOT AUTHORIZE AN ACCOUNT REFUND SINCE IT IS A DIFFERENT ACCOUNT AND ADDRESS ALLTOGETGER. What does the gas company not understand about that? They say its the same account when its conveniemt for them, but that its seperate accounts when its not convenient for them. I demand a refund for the overdraft fee of 38$. This will not be settled without that. Furthermore, if they do not do that, I will press for a refund of the unauthorized charges that came out at the wrong billing dates and sent my old bank account negative. I will take this to court if this refund is not in place in 30 days from this date.

The job is over a month past due and has caused hardship on my family.  Columbia Gas wrecked my property and showed no concern of fixing it after repeated phone calls and complaints.  I am still wanting $1000 for hardships caused by this issue and verbal breach of contract of the property being restored withing 10 days from the date their destruction occurred.

disconnect. The agent the company sent out advised that all that was needed was to provide the conformation number from community action. Several hours later in the evening the utility aas disconnected without a representative notifying anyone in the household, isn't that illegal? The company refused to work out a payment plan of any kind. Again, it seems as if they simply want money and do not care about the customers since there is no other company that gas customers have to patron.

I have addressed her concern in May through the PUCO inquiry from [redacted].  When the customer paid $175 to connect service at [redacted], #4 here in Columbus, she had a total balance of $731.07 forwarded from her [redacted] #L account from 2012.  That balance was set...

on a 9 Month payment plan where we add that $731.07 to a PROJECTED amount of $280.35 use from February through October 2017.  Based on default balance plus projected balance, she was given a monthly payment of $114.  What must be kept in mind is she will be responsible for the actual gas used.  Ms [redacted] called our Customer Contact Center on June 2nd and requested to be removed from the payment plan.  As of June 2nd, her actual account balance was $86.95, see attached Itemized Statement.  Since she was removed from her payment plan, as of her 6/13/17 statement, she has an actual balance of $117.16. While I have received an invoice showing I will receive a refund (which I appreciate) I would still like to have the matter of having two separate business accounts with the same name resolved.  I would like there to be only one open account so that I do not have similar problems in the future with regards to Security Deposits.  The companies response to my complaint did not even mention this issue.
