I ordered identical photo pillows to be sent to the same address as Christmas presents on 11/24/In the delivery was: photo pillow, fabric piece, and a blanket with some other family's photos printed on itMy credit card was billed in full on 11/I notified Zazzle of the wrong delivery on 12/when the package was openedOn 12/26, they sent me an apology and said they would expedite sending replacement items and would forward the tracking informationOn 1/2, in response to my inquiry, they said production time was 5-business days, although we were already within that windowOn 1/10, in response to my additional inquiry, they said they had no updateI responded that they had my money and I expected an updateThey responded that they had no update and I could cancel my orderI replied that I did not want to cancel the order as these were supposed to be Christmas gifts and now all recipients have seen the one completed pillow and are expecting their own pillows

Never shipped my order on the day it was suppose to be shippedCalled to have this problem resolved and to be shipped the next dayThen after being said that it would be handled and it wasn’t handledI called and they said oh they are making the cards today but we don’t know when they will be shippedAre you kidding me ? I had to cancel my order and get a refundIf I even really get the refund Very disappointed in this company

My credit card has been charged by the company multiple times with no authorizationI have tried communicating with the company but their customer service reps are not helpful at allDO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER

This is the worst companyThey estimate a shipping date and items do not get shipped on timeThey do not update customers as to when their order will be shippedAll they do is say"we are busy making your order" Never buy from themVery disappointedPoor business practice

WARNING to ALL: Zazzle's Black Membership automatically charges your credit card/account with a $annual "membership" charge - and they auto-renew/charge you every yearZazzle stated that their Terms/Conditions essentially force a consumer to "unjoin" from their "Black Membership" instead of the "membership" expiring at the end of the termSo, in my situation, Zazzle has charged my account for years now for a "membership" that I used once in offering "Black Friday?" free shippingWhile I didn't ask for reimbursement of the first year (shame on me for not looking closely enough at my credit card statement); Zazzle refused to remove the latest yearly membership charge from my October statement that auto-renews my membership thru October This is INSANE

I ordered my wedding invites from Zazzle and I would have to say the customer service for this company is phenomenalThere was a mistake in the spelling of my invitation I kept getting emails of every step they took to fix and also provided me with the correct invitationIm so happy and I would def recommend this websiteThank you so much!

I ordered a gift from Zazzle and inadvertently forgot to check the mailing address it was being shipped to It went to my previous address and the current owners of my former home did not feel the need to return it or contact me it had arrivedI contacted Zazzle and within hours I had a,reply saying they would replace my order free of charge and ship it to my current address I am overjoyed with the speed of service in correcting my mistake!

I ordered shirts on Decand my credit card was billed the next day The "expected delivery" was Dec12- I did not receive the order nor any notification of why it was late As of Dec22nd the status is still listed as "making" and the "expected delivery" is still listed as Dec12- I called and they said they would request expedited delivery and I hoped it would get to my home in time for Christmas when my sons will be here About minutes after the phone call I got a message saying my order was not able to go out with that day's mail so would not arrive in time I was just given the option to cancel I don't want to cancel, I want my order!

I was charged $on Sept 4th for some sort of black membership through the website that I never had signed up forI emailed customer service about it asking for a refund and they claim I signed up for it around August 6th and that they will not issue a refund

The company has awful customer service and failed to deliver a shirt I ordered for my daughter to wear on her birthdayIt was a terrible disappointment and I would never recommend the site to ANYONE

I placed an order for different business materials, a folded business card an a mini card I enjoyed the design process and was happy with the interface and the options My mini cards arrived earlier than expected Great! My folded business cards have yet to arrive The order was placed wees ago and they were promised to be delivered weeks ago I have been told via email by separate Customer Service Reps that they have NO IDEA when I might receive my order I have already paid for this order obviously If I order from another website, the design will not match the coordinated mini cards, so I will have to redesign both items and pay additional cost to replace the mini cards There is absolutely no notice on the website stating that orders placed have no ETA Out of curiosity, I attempted to reorder my folded cards just now, and if I order them again today they are promised in days How are orders placed today still given a day ETA, but an order I placed weeks ago have no ETA?

Zazzle has consistently provided customer service that has exceeded my expectationsNot only are their products beautiful, but they really seem to care about their customersExample, for my wedding I made a mistake on the rsvp cards I ordered ($or so, totally my fault)Told Zazzle and they refunded my money, no questions asked, even though the error was my fault and I was past the day return deadlineAnother time, I ordered pregnancy announcementsThey arrived beautiful and fastUnfortunately I no longer needed these cardsI reached out to Zazzle explaining what happened and in a matter of a few hours my $ was refunded back to my debit cardMy pregnancy issues obviously is not the fault of Zazzle, and I didn't expect a refund at all, but really appreciate it during a difficult timeThis more recent experience inspired me to write this reviewI hope Zazzle knows their customer service is much appreciated!! Don't shop anywhere else for stationary, Zazzle is great! They have so many options, and everything is beautiful and shipped fast

Excellent customer serviceThe shipping company sent back some cards I had ordered from Zazzle(That is a long story but in short I went round and round with them) I contacted Zazzle because I really needed those cards So they immediately shipped out an entirely new replacement set! I appreciate that kind of customer service and I will be using them again for sure

Very disappointed with Zazzle who sent a gift to a friend in the hospital for me with an incredible amount of extra postage to do it immediately and then no place to enclose a gift cardThe reply to my concern was from someone who could barely write in English and he refused to do anything about itAll I'd wanted, a couple of minutes after realizing there was no card, was for them to enclose one and they wouldn'tSo, my friend will have no idea who sent the gift nowI won't do business with them again
