Zazzle is completely unreliable and inattentive to the customer needsI ordered business cards based on a past designNot only did zazzle misprint the order, the two replacement sets that were sent both arrived with the same errorIt’s been three months and they still have been unable to produce a single correct business cardCustomer service is totally incompetent and the quality of the product is a jokeI will never use Zazzle again

I did not have a positive experience with zazzle and I would not recommend them to anyoneWaste of time, and energy, you can get the same quality from *** for a fraction of the cost

Horrible customer service and shipping, I ordered on 1/4/and paid for - day shipping , I check and never see a status, finally I call on the 12th and they say its shipping today and send me a tracking number on the 16th I check the tracking, and it still hasn't left their officeI call again on the 16th they tell me they don't know what happened and that I will have it on the 17th they will over night ithere we are the 20th and it is still states awayI would not spend another penny at this place

I am not one to complain normally, but because my experience has ended in complete frustration, I felt the need to leave a reviewFor my daughter’s birthday I ordered shirts, in LIGHT AQUA one month before the party – in case the print was no good and I had time to fix mistakes They all had exactly the same colour name and image on the site, just one for women and one for men I also ordered a romper All items had the same image designed for the frontThe men’s shirt came first I was very surprised it didn’t come with the other items, but no biggieNext came the women’s shirt Wrong colour I contacted customer service telling them they sent TURQUOISE and I was advised a reprint would be sent It did come rather quickly – but still in the wrong colour UnbelievableSo I sent an email with a photo comparing the tees and got no reply I finally had to call (long distance) to explain this foolishness, and David from customer service was very apologetic He said it should have been fix the first time and that he would advise that “Quality Control” should have been in place for the reprint but he would reach out to them with the photo and my message so it doesn’t happen again He could not promise it would arrive in time for the party but I wanted to try since the first reprint came quickly We are now days away from the party and guess what I got in the mail today? The t-shirt again in the WRONG COLOUR Now I’m fumingI called Customer Service and got hung up on twice The third time I spoke to someone named *** who was very snooty and was surprised I was asking for a FULL REFUND I couldn’t believe it! I have been MORE than patient and forgiving and I now have adult t-shirts that are USELESS to me because we don’t have matching tees – and guess what? The romper NEVER arrived I now have no time to order from another company because it’s too late – for the errors that ZAZZLE made! *** acted like he was doing ME a favour by issuing a refund The nerve of this customer service! In the event that they could even reprint, what are the chanced it would even be in the RIGHT colour LaughableZazzle needs to get their act together This was an EPIC fail and I’ll be sure to tell all my friends, event planner and vendor colleagues to avoid this company at all costs Fooled me twice, shame on me

The company advised me package was shipped on 12/and gave me a tracking # which shows it has not left San Diego Said they would send me another but it will not be here for my granddaughter's Xmas gift!

I ordered an item on Zazzle They guarantee 100% satisfaction but when I tried to go back in to return it, I was unable to bring up my account because they said I never placed an order! I had the receipt and emailed it to a different category of their stupid website only to get a condescending email back saying due to privacy and protocol they couldn't help me - have a nice day and please fill out our survey This company is a one-wayscam

I was excited to receive my prints from Zazzle today but when I opened it up, I could not be more disappointed to put it mildlyThe image quality looks like a low resolution picture blown up way too big (even though these prints are considered "small" according to their own website)I could literally print out a higher quality image from my inkjet printer at homeThe quality is so bad I can see the actual pixelsHow did this escape quality control? Did any human eyes actually see these? This really burns me because I bought nice frames to match the exact size of these prints but I would be too embarrassed to put these up anywhereThere is no other way to put it except they look terrible and I don't understand how a company can be ok with the quality that these turned out

I ordered a lumbar pillow with my alumni logo (VT Hokies) and the pillow arrived clearly defective (clearly, no quality control) with white, bleached out spots I've tried to follow their RMA process with no luck Very disappointed in the lack of quality, quality control and inability to execute on their own RMA process very disappointed, won't buy from them again

I have always had a good experience with ZazzleWhenever I started my business last year I was overwhelmed with how many options there were when it came to customizing business cardsSo I initially tried the first ones that popped up on google but they all seemed so basic (I'm a makeup artist so I wanted more for my cards.) Then, I stumbled upon Zazzle and the name alone won me overThen after seeing all the options that catered specifically to my profession I felt welcome and inspiredI Have been ordering from them ever sinceI had a small problem with my most recent order but one quick phone call and everything was taken care of with such respect and professionalism*** was the customer service agent to help me (and yes I have his permission to use his name on my review) and he was very friendly and help me sort my issue out in a jiffy! Will definitely continue to use! :)

Zazzle has arbitrarily cancelled entire orders without prior notice because they have claimed a copyright or trademark violationEven if there was one, they never asked me or gave me the opportunity to alter the design or just remove that particular item from the orderAfter doing this once, I insisted they give me a discount to make up for their lapses in customer service and common sense, and they gave me a code for a 50% discountBut when I tried to use it, they cancelled the order again, for the same alleged reasonWhen I proved to them I had permission to use the logo in question, I could not re-place that order with the discount, since the code was not good after being on that order, which they cancelledSo I insisted on them doing it for free, which they finally agreed to, but only for up to $98.44, even though the first order they cancelled was over that amountAnd then they placed the order without asking me or telling me in advance to see if I wanted to add or remove an
