Excelent company to do business with! Products are wonderful, as is customer service I have always been a satisfied customer! Recently I received a product that wasn't to my satisfaction They are making me a new one and I didn't even have to send make the defective one, saving me the hassle of a return trip to the Post Office! Orders come in a very timely fashion, even during this very busy Christmas season! Kudos to Zazzle!!

Poor customer service They made an error on a Christmas order, but rather than expediting the correction, they are not willing to guarantee delivery on time!

I received an email advertising 50% off express shipping (before Christmas) by entering LASTCHANCEin the code box which I did My receipt said my items were shipped standard I wrote to them and was promised a reply within hours which I never received I wrote again and was sent a tracking number for standard shipping on my items I wrote again and received a reply saying my order was placed with standard shipping despite entering the code and "sorry for the inconvinience." Awful! I ordered a personalized tote bag for my Mother n law for ChristmasThese people lie! First they said I should receive by Dec 6th, Never happen(It was supposed to be shipped Nov 29) Then when I call (routed to Ireland) to have them look into tracking the first person told me I would receive this Dec 8thI called my local P.O and they said they never received the packageThe PO said they were only notified that they would be receiving the packageI called back to Zazzle, again I got routed to Ireland, and this person said it was true, it was never mailedSomewhere he said it got lost before it got to the Post OfficeThey could NOT perform a simple taskPersonalize a tote bag and mail it

I purchased a product from the zazzle.com and paid for the expedited service of a two day turnaround, a garauntee that the product would ship within two daysEach time I tried to call customer service I was on hold for over an hour, or my call was droppedI reached out to them on *** and through their online customer support with no return services from themIt was an item for my wedding, which it missed, and took in fact days to ship

I wrote to cancel free trial of free shipping and was told I could not do that because it was days past days free trial period! I will never do business with them again!

Zazzle does exactly what they say they will do if an order is placed and you are not Happy with itI had a Large Greeting Card arrive and it was beby USPSI E-Mailed Zazzle and they refunded the order to my PayPal account instantlyI placed the order again and changed the shipping to, Next-Day=AirIt arrived UN-Damaged !!!

I only ordered a single card for a milestone event for a friendI am not what you would call a computer geek, but I was able to complete a custom ordered card easilyThe item was recieved in a timely manner and was as expectedThe shipping cost is the only part of the order that I had issue with, but as I know, they have to ship with a way to track the order

Something has been going on thereThe last orders I have received have been incomplete or poor quality Very sad Hope they can pull it together or I will not be sending any more work that way nor purchasing custom items

First, Zazzle falsely charged me membership fee when it was supposed to be a free day trial periodI never used or benefited from the membership in any way, and it was cancelled upon my requestYet, the company has not refunded me the amount that was falsely chargedAfter different attempts to contact, the company promised to refund me the amountI still have not received the refund after weeksThis company conducts unfair business practices, and I want to expose them for misleading customers

I don't know what's happened to this company but their customer service and delivery time has gone from very good to the worst everBeware of this company! I placed my order for a calendar on August 7, 2017; it is now September 11, and I have still not received it Of course, they had no problem charging my credit card immediately when I placed the order but have not delivered on this productI have emailed customer support numerous times and tried calling numerous times but the hold times on the phone are always 20+ minutes or longer Customer support says they are having manufacturing issues and that my order is coming very soon That was several weeks ago and has been the party line every time I have contacted themThe fact that they provided no information to their customers as to the reason for delays shows they don't care at all about their customers or delivering a product in a timely wayI recommend taking your business elsewhere
