I purchased a product from the zazzle.com and paid for the expedited service of a two day turnaround, a garauntee that the product would ship within two daysEach time I tried to call customer service I was on hold for over an hour, or my call was droppedI reached out to them on [redacted] and through their online customer support with no return services from themIt was an item for my wedding, which it missed, and took in fact days to ship

I placed an order with Zazzle last OctoberI just got an auto renewal fee of $charged to my company credit cardI had previously thought I removed my credit card number from the system and said I did not want an auto renewal but was told I needed it to remove it from more than one place on their site and good news I would not need to pay for shipping for the next yearToo bad they won't remove it as I will NEVER use their service again I liked their products but I feel they acted in a fraudulent and deceptive manner by charging my credit card and were not helpful when I emailed and spoke to them on the phone

Do not shop here! I ordered t-shirtsAll were poorly producedWhen I contacted Zazzle, even though they claim to take returns, their explanation for my problem was: Unfortunately we couldn't reach designer [redacted] Zazzle is providing blank products which are used by designers for placing their designBecause of that, we are not able to edit designWe would recommend to search for similar design on Zazzle.***So, I can't get a refund or an exchange because Zazzle can't connect with THEIR designerJust awful!!!

I received boxes that I ordered from Zazzle on on 7/and they were delivered to me on 7/25- Order number [redacted] The product was the Forever Box at $4.95/eachof the boxes were damagedI sent an email with pictures of the damaged boxes to Zazzle on 7/31/and then sent pictures per their request on 8/2/On 8/I received the following email response: This email is to inform you that we will be forwarding a replacement request to our production department for initiationThis replacement will be shipped using the courier service selected at the time of your original purchase, so you should receive the package in due time, based on the shipping estimates projected with your initial orderPlease note that changes made to your order may not be reflected in your automatic confirmation email, but rest assured that the changes have been made and your replacement item will be on its way shortlyThank you for your patience, and thanks for using Zazzle[redacted]

I had tried twice to order products but both times, the payment process didn't go throughI would get to the place order page and then it would go back to the payment method pageI called and they insisted I was using another account, I only had one accountThe second time I made sure I was signed onto my account I looked into my bank and see the charges are pending but I wouldn't receive a conformation emailI had to wait to see if the payment went through, through my bank I figure I give this one last timeLooks like third times the charm but now I had to choose the rush delivery to get it on time, so expensive and so frustrating

I ordered a tee shirt with an airplane on it for my pilot husbandWhat arrived was a tee shirt that says "I "heart" spotted $#*!" with a drawing of a spotted $#*!Not exactly the ideal Christmas giftSince they hide their customer service phone number, I sent and email and received an auto response saying I would hear from them within 48-hoursNothingI finally found the phone number but ended up having to leave a messageAfter several emails and calls all I have been told that I can keep, donate or discard the shirt I was sent - no mention of the shirt I ordered and paid forThen to top it off, I had signed up for Zazzle BlackI will never do business with them again, so I canceledThey told me that I canceled one day too lateMy assessment is that [redacted] Customer Support Hero is a zero just like this company

I ordered this button and signed up for their Zazzle Black membership to get it faster for lessThey emailed me about days later to tell me that they canceled my item due to quality controlI purposely made my item the way that it lookedIt states that you can design the button that I ordered how I want so I'm perplexed on why that changed Their call center is ridiculousWhen you call you are basically placed on hold for a long period of timeThere is no time frame or no number to tell you what your place is in their queueI emailed them and gave them my order number and best email to contact me at then stated that they couldn't help because I didn't give them my email from the accountThen why ask for the best email to reach a customer? They take forever to reply back The lady who answered the phone stated one thing then a minute later changed what she saidI'm extremely disappointed in their service and will never order from them in the futureVery unprofessionalYou pay for a speedy service and you don't get it

Do NOT use Zazzle(Use [redacted] or some other company, I wish I did!) I also regretfully did not read all of these reviews otherwise I clearly wouldn't have purchased from themBut, here I am now writing a review about how TERRIBLE this company isSo, if you are here reading reviews to decide whether or not to purchase anything from them, DO NOT DO ITTheir customer service is non existent and perhaps the worst I have ever dealt with...however, I technically never "dealt" with them since they IGNORED my emailsI especially do not recommend someone using them for time sensitive items like save-the-dates or wedding invitationsBut, if you don't mind waiting months to get your product (even though it says 5-days shipping) and can handle being ignored by the company and love being frustrated, then by all means, order something from Zazzle, I dare youHere was the problem I experienced: I ordered products from zazzle in one online order placed on the 12th of the monthThe first item shipped on the 14th; I received tracking information from USPS that it was in route as well as an email from zazzle that it was on it's wayThe following day the second item shipped, and two days thereafter the third item shippedSo, here I am waiting for all three packages to be delivered at all different timesAs I checked the tracking for the packages each day, I could see their movement closer to my addressHowever, I noticed that item #had no longer made movement, and was stuck in the same city for two days nowSo, I emailed Zazzle right away about this concern because it is my experience that when a package no longer updates it's location, it is lost in the mail Their response? Keep waitingOkay, maybe I was being a little impatient, so I decided to give it more timeFinally, a package arrives at my door, but it was item #2, which arrived the 20thThen two or so days later, item #arrivedSo, I once again checked the tracking for package #and for about or days now it had made NO movement(Anyone with a brain would know this package is lost in the mail)So, I once again contact Zazzle telling them I have not received item #and sent them a screen shot of the USPS tracking showing them it has made no movementI asked them if they could track it and determine it's whereabouts or if they could send another one because I felt it was lost in the mailTheir response? It has not been long enough and their records indicate that the package wasn't even mailed/shipped until the 19thWHAT? So, I sent them a screen shot of the USPS tracking showing it CLEARLY left the 14thEven worse, I sent them a screen shot of THEIR email to me saying it shipped the 14th and their own website stating that it left the 14thIn the email with those screen shots I asked them to clarify and explain why they think it was the 19th that it leftTheir response? NONEThey never responded to that emailSo, after two days of no response, I went back onto Zazzle's website and sent them a new complaint from thereTheir response? The package was sent the 19th and I need to wait more days to see if it gets delivered (because that would be the 7th delivery day)I AGAIN email them back asking them to explain why they think it shipped the 19th and send all the proof I had of it leaving the 14thTheir response? NONEIgnored againTwo days later, and still no package, I got a random email from them stating they are going to re-submit the order, which takes two days to do, and then I will receive an email when it is sentDoes anyone else notice the contradiction here? They said I still had to wait days for it to reach the "7th" delivery day but only days later they decide to re-submit the orderSo, I placed the order on the 12th, it was mailed the 14th, and on the 28th I got the email saying they are going to resubmit the orderThat is DOUBLE the amount of time it should have takenEven excluding weekends, they should have re-submitted the order by the 23rdSo, it is now the 30th of the month and they have still not mailed out the new onesBy the time they re-make and mail them, to the time I finally get them delivered, it will be close to a month after I originally ordered the itemWOWAnd who is to say I even get them! I am still waitingDO NOT waste your timeI should have just made them refund my money and ordered from another companyPerhaps if I order from a new company and place my order today, I will still get those faster than the ones I am waiting on from ZazzleWhat a jokeI am fortunate enough to be waiting on cards for my bridesmaids and not something more important like invitations or save-the-datesCould you purchase something from them and have no problems? Sure, maybeBut is it worth taking the chance? I don't think soEspecially when there are so many other companies that are much more reliableWhy risk ordered from them? Especially since their products are generally used by customers such as brides, who should NOT have to be experiencing problems like thisThey have hundreds of other things to be worrying aboutIn all, that was my first and last time purchasing something from this company

I placed an order with zazzle.com on 2/28/When I placed the order it said I should expect to receive it between 3/12-3/I needed it by 3/17, so I went ahead and placed the orderMarch came and went and I never received it so I had to move on and come up with an alternativeWhen I arrived home from my trip that I needed it for on March it still hadn't come so I contacted the company and let them know I never received it and requested a refundThey promptly refunded me the amount of the items ( [redacted] ), but did not refund me the shipping fees of $***They claimed I didn't include the floor number with my shipping addressIf you look at my record in their system (which was created with this order), I did include the floor numberdays after I placed my order (3/3/17) someone went into my order and made updates to my address, I did not do thisThey continue to claim that since I didn't put the full address I'm responsible for the shipping feesI continue to claim th

Zazzle is an excellent company My order was processed quickly but unfortunately it got lost during shipping I emailed Customer Service at Zazzle and received a reply in less than hours They processed my order again and shipped it to me at no extra charge I have never received such Excellent Customer Service from another company

I placed two orders with ZazzleThe first was placed Dec1st and was to arrive by Dec13th (at the latest)When it had not arrived by the 16th, I wrote to the company and was told that as soon as they had more information they would get back to meThey let me know on the 20th that they would ship it overnight at no extra cost to me(WOW! Thanks for already getting it to me over a WEEK late!) My wife - [redacted] - and I went online Monday evening to purchase a gift for a client of mineAt check out, it told us that IF "we order in the next minutes we will get our gift by 4/13." We paid extra for rush deliveryThe item was not received by 4/and we were forced to go purchase another gift at a physical locationThe item did finally show up LATE on 4/ [redacted] called Zazzle customer service to get a refund and send back the gift that was late (no need for it now), and they told her the web site was advertising wrong! That even if you pay extra, it still takes more than daysWe asked for a return shipping label to send back the item and a full refundThey only gave a credit - which we all know will NEVER be usedCompletely unethicalYou know a company is DESPERATE when they wont refund your money

Thank you very much for a superb customer service response Most of the problem was my own fault for not fully checking the parameters involved in creating my own design I am now very familiar with it and will be more confident the next time , not only in my ability to use your system but also in knowing I am in an unusually helpful and responsive customer service environment If I were the CEO of [redacted] I would headhunt the whole department immediately! I have always had a good experience with ZazzleWhenever I started my business last year I was overwhelmed with how many options there were when it came to customizing business cardsSo I initially tried the first ones that popped up on google but they all seemed so basic (I'm a makeup artist so I wanted more for my cards.) Then, I stumbled upon Zazzle and the name alone won me overThen after seeing all the options that catered specifically to my profession I felt welcome and inspiredI Have been ordering from them ever sinceI had a small problem with my most recent order but one quick phone call and everything was taken care of with such respect and professionalism [redacted] was the customer service agent to help me (and yes I have his permission to use his name on my review) and he was very friendly and help me sort my issue out in a jiffy! Will definitely continue to use! :)

Working Zazzle has been on ongoing nightmare for the past yearsI purchased a sample wedding invitation to see if the quality is something I would be interested inI never purchased the invitations and a year later, I was automatically charged their premium service Zazzle Black which I NEVER agreed to sign up forI never got an email confirmation of this auto-renewed service and not once did I get an email of an upcoming auto-renewalTo top it off, in they charged my credit card multiple timesHad it not been for my credit card alerts, I would have never known of this chargeI talked to a representative in and was promised a full refund of the multiple transactions and that the auto-renewal has been removed from my accountFast forward a year and they tried to charge me again! I've opened a case with them and asked for full refund and was told it could take up to daysTwo months later, never got a refund and never got a reply on my inquiry for a refund! This company is a scamDo not work with them and tell them not to store your credit card informationThey will abuse it and charge you without knowing! Hello, I placed an order for a customized piece (order # [redacted] ) on 09/03/2016, as a birthday present for my significant otherThis item was needed by 09/23/2016, and has not yet shipped, even though the 'estimated' delivery dates were 09/- 09/I have contacted the business several timesFrom my original email, they upgraded my shipping method, which has clearly done nothing in means of expediting the orderThe second time I have contacted them, they have absolutely no idea when my order will ship or where it is, but have refunded the shipping and handling for the delayThird time I have attempted to contact them, I have not yet received a response, so this is my last resortI placed this order with plenty of time to receive the item to give to my significant other as a birthday present, and it's poor customer service that it has not yet shippedI want my order either over nighted to me at no extra charge, or sent immediately

I ordered wedding invitations and RSVPsShould be a simple request for a printing company right?
