Watch out for their Black Membership They say I signed up for this service back in and just recently charged me $years later for the service I was never charged prior to this year for this service nor was I notified that they would be charging me I tried to get a refund but they refused Don't save your PayPal or any credit card info with this company

Some of the WORST a customer service I have ever recievedOrdered rehearsal dinner invitationsBefore I submitted my order, I took a screen shot of the invites to show my fiancéThen ordered themWhen they arrived, they were missing his name from the invitationI quickly hopped on to chat with a customer service rep, who told me it was MY error and that they would not reprint for meI showed her the screen shot, she still denied any responsibility of the company and again told me it was my own errorSo, I called customer serviceWaited minutes on hold, explained that there was a misprint and I would need new invites printedAgain, I was told it was my fault and they would not refund me or reprint, but that I could reorderWhen I asked if I could have store credit for the reorder, she said yes BUT since I used a discount code that is no longer valid, I would still have to pay extraAfter almost an hour waiting on the phone, I finally recieved a refundIt was like pulling teeth and it was one of the most frustrating experiencesWishing I would have ordered elsewhere to save myself the stress, and now the delay of rehearsal dinner invitations

I am very pleased doing business with Zazzle Love their products and the personalized products

On 6AprilI ordered a couple of items from Zazzle.com for my wife for our anniversaryDuring the purchase, I selected the standard shipping method (4-business days) which guaranteed delivery no later than the 19th of April (the day of my anniversary)Well my order never made it past the processing stage until after the no later than dateFrom there I reached out to the customer service at Zazzle, and was responded to within their business day response timeframeThey responded with: "We sincerely apologize for the delay on your current Zazzle orderWe have contacted our production team and we are working diligently with them to produce your orderPlease know we will continue to monitor your order to ensure it ships out as quickly as possibleIn the meantime we have upgraded your shipping to a faster method as a courtesy to you (at no extra charge)Once your order ships, please disregard the automated email you will receive referring to your original shipping methodThat

I ordered a woman's t-shirt in an Adult XL, and got a tiny one and HUGE PJ bottomsThey're making me take photos to "judge" whether or not they can fix my problem ?
They also sent me someone else's invoice!
I'll never do business with them and will let everyone know how awful they are to do business

I ordered hats on August and they still haven't arrived (despite being promised in weeks)They had no problem charging me for them, but it is unclear when they will ever deliverThey have offered as a consolation (weeks after my event) that they will give me free shipping...Their customer service is completely horrendous and I cannot even figure out how to cancel my order! I purchased a shirt from Zazzle.com a year agoI was offered free shipping for a trial in their "Black" membershipNow a year later they charge my account $to automatically renew this black membership I had long forgot aboutI wasnt even aware there was going to be an automatic chargeIm sure they hid it well in the fine printI have a case open with PayPal regarding the $but the withdrawal left my checking account just short to pay a scheduled bill, so I was charged $from my bank for a returned payment on top of the $I called Zazzle, before I was aware of the NSF charge on my accountAfter insisting several times that I wanted a refund, they finally said they would refund me my $but it may take up to daysI find their billing practices very deceptiveWhen I used a trial of *** ***, at least I knew I would be charged after the days trialI didnt even know I signed up for this "black membership" through Zazzle at the time of my purchase

Ordered a photo album and it was delivered the spine was crackedZazzle made things very easy by having me send them a picture of the damageThey credited my account in less than hours so I can purchase something elseVery impressed that they were willing to work with me to make it rightI will absolutely use this company again!

This company's service department is the best When they say if you are not completely satisfied etcthey mean it Their resolution of my issue was professional and prompt and complete I would recommend Zazzle to anyone

It's sometime problematic ordering a 'color' posted on a web site when the item arrives and the color is not what you're seeing on line This was my recent experience with Zazzle Upon taking a photo of the expected color and the actual color that arrived and forwarding it to Zazzle, they immediately offered me options that were very reasonable and satisfactory I am most pleased with their quick response and resolution!

My goal was to buy an apron for my stepdaughter with the pictures of her three son on itI went to the Zazzle site and thought I read 1-days for an orderI placed the order and then saw delivery would be sometime after 12/We are celebrating Christmas on 12/with my husband's familyI sent an email with my request for expediting or changing delivery addressI got a "we will get back to you shortly" response day 1; the next day an email stating the order would be given priority and the company was offering express delivery at no cost to meThis item was ordered 12/10; and today was on my porch when I came homeToday is 12/I could not be more pleased with the customer service of Zazzle And the quality of the product was exception!

I made an online purchase on for birthday invitations for my husband's birthday in January in the amount of $I noticed an error, it had and it should have been on the invitation so I immediately sent an email to Zazzle support asking for the needed change to be madeI received a response several hours later stating the small change to could not be made and that I would have to cancel my order and place a new order because I didn't notify them within the first hour of placing my orderIt's truly crazy to think Zazzle is willing to lose a $sale because they are unable to make a small change which tells me they are NOT CUSTOMER FOCUSEDAt this point I reviewed my emails to see if I missed this key piece of information and to my surprise this was never communicated to meI would have been willing to pay a change fee so I notified Zazzle Support of this and requested for my order to be cancelled and a full refund to be issuedThe Incident # ref

A great company to buy from

I received a product from the company that was poor quality and contacted the company by email (times) to request a refund and an address to mail the item backThey have a 100% satisfaction guarantee and will refund within daysAfter waiting days and threatening to report them to Revdex.com I finally got a response asking me if I wanted a credit or a refundAfter telling them times I wanted a refund and a package return address I don't have a response yetThere is no return address on the website so how do you return a package? This company's customer service is pretty much non existentI am going to contest the payment on my card if they don't send me a return address

This company claims "If you're not happy with it, we'll take it backIt's that simple" It has certainly not been made simple for meI've been hassled with trying to get a refund on a defective productI don't want the alternative shirt offeredI requested a refund and I'm being told I can only have a Zazzle account creditThat was not my understandingI understood it that I would be issued a credit card refund and would then just need to place an order for the alternative if I still wished toI have also filed a claim with my credit card company as I am disputing the only resolution that Zazzle*** has offeredSo much for customer service

Zazzle replaced damaged very quicklyOf the picture tiles that I ordered, only one was damagedVery easy software to have my personal pictures printed on ceramic tile and very reasonably pricedHighly recommended!
