Entered into "Zazzle Black" for $years ago - auto-renewed this year (with no courtesy warning) and the DAY it renewed I requested the subscription be canceled and fee be refundedThey offered me the refund in a store creditI haven't bought from them in over yearsI don't want a credit, thank youWith no warning on renewal and contacting them the day of the renewal/purchase, they should credit the charge

Ordered a custom glass mug on May for my wife with her name and a photo on itWhat I received on May was a mug with someone else name, no photo and some totally irrelevant info on the glassClearly someone else's orderDespite sending Zazzle a photo of what they sent me, not once but twice, they still wanted further info such the order number of the other person (as if I would know) before they were willing to recognise they messed upDespite multiple requests to get the item remade and sent in time for Mothers Day, they have still not done so! I want the item I ordered as well as a refund on the expedited shipping which I paid a significant amount of money for in order to have my item as quick as possible...even if they send it now, it will not be recieved within the timeframe for which I paid the extra expedited shipping!

Stay away from ZazzleThey are an open marketplace, meaning that the things you see you might not be able to actually getI ordered an overpriced, but perfect T-shirt from their designs, only to be told that I could not get it AFTER being on hold for over minutesI'll take my business to places with actual products

I am a seriously grieving widow who ordered Memorial Service of Programs from Zazzle for my husband's memorial service this coming weekendThey promised a delivery of Thursday/Friday before the service was scheduledI agreed to pay an extra $for expedited deliveryThat gave them almost one full week to fulfill the order
I checked on the order status because as of today (Thursday) nothing had been sent to me other than my order was received last Saturday Customer Service said they'd call production and only learned that the order was "still in production" She promised to follow up and dutifully she did BUT "it still hasn't been queued for shipmentI sincerely apologize for the inconvenience."
What am I even supposed to do?!?! I don't even know how to proceed with only hours notice prior to leaving for the funeral location
I would give the company ZERO stars for a) lack of communication with customers; b) over promising their services; c) stating "100% customer satisfaction" I am literally in tears I HATE this company!

I was on the Zazzle website and didn't know how to submit an IPhone picture to them for a ceratain item I wantedAnd, the 25% off sale was over that nightSo I sent them an emaile inquiring how I would go about sending the photoSo not only did I get a response, Shane also gave me 30% off my order!

My package was lost in the mail and Zazzle was quick to fix the situation by offering a replacement The package was delivered two days later either way Thank You for the quick response

Really shady company who tries to trick you into surprise monthly charges via PayPal billing agreementsWord of advice: after each purchase, make sure to cancel the billing agreement via PayPal rather than relying on them to honor your request to no charge you for nonsense monthly membershipsThe fact that they even have monthly memberships for a business that you might use every few months at most should already raise some alarms
