I have used Zazzle twice Both time the cards were quickly and expertly delivered with all my customisation of provided photos exact

I purchased printed materials from this company over years agoI was very satisfied with the product I receivedI have not needed to order from them sinceHowever they stored my credit card infoTwo years after ordering from them they charged me for an automatic membership that I did not request or authorizedThis is unethical and dishonestOther consumers so be aware

Zazzle owes me $23,in commissions for products I've sold through themThey're dragging their heels paying meI want my moneyMy Zazzle store is ***

I I purchased a tee shirt and normally wear an adult LThey said they run small and so I ordered an XLWhen it arrived, it was still too small and I wrote Zazzle a number of
times asking how to return and get a larger sizeI never received a response and am
left with a shirt I cannot use that I paid for

I ordered an item, and received the wrong productIt took over months for a replacement to be sent, this replacement was also incorrectOn 1/4/16, I ordered a women's XL jacket on order #***While I recieved the order in a timely manner, it was a men's sweater and incorrect to the item that was orderedI contacted the website, and was told that I would get a new one in the correct size (Women's XL or MEN's M if it is unisex) out to me that weekIt took over a month and a half to receive the replacementThe replacement is a MEN's 2XLThis is the wrong size and item I requestedWhen trying to call the company, they will place you on hold for over mins without anyone picking up the phone, and will send you canned emails that do not resolve the issueThere is no escalation path or sense of urgency when it comes to making their mistakes correctI would like for the correct item to be sent to my house ASAP as I need the product for an event

I placed an order with Zazzle on July 27th for wedding programs for my wedding on September 2, I received an email following the order that said they would be delivered between August 11th - August 17thIt is now August 25th and they are still not done printing my programs and can't give me an estimated time they will be doneI called customer service today, August 25th, and the lady told me they won't be shipped out anytime soonThey have production delaysI never once received an email stating that they were having delays or I would have called to figure this out soonerI am extremely disappointed in Zazzle, their customer service and communication with customers

I recently purchased baby shower invitations a banner and custom postal stamps Great quality of each pieceOrdering was easy The only problem I had was with the delivery of postage stampsI paid for next day air when the order was ready to shippedI did not receive my stamps as expected When I emailed to request a refund of the express cost the customer service repWent ahead and credited back the charge I will be ordering from them again soon

I made a purchase so long ago that I don't remember and they are still charging my card for reoccurring charges for shippingI tried to contact customer service, but they said that I somehow opted in for reoccurring shipping and they won't refund meThis seems like a scam for a company like this to automatically opt you into reoccurring shipping charges after you make just one purchase years ago and they still try to charge my card and won't offer a refund

I ordered some stickers from Zazzle for a baby showerI received email notification from zazzle that the stickers had shipped on Nov1st and they provided me with a tracking numberI waited three days to check tracking as they claimed it takes "awhile" for the tracking to be registered in their systemUnfortunately, days later, the tracking number still shows "could not be found"I reached out to customer service THREE TIMES asking for an updateThe first agent told me they couldn't track the package but it was on the wayThe second agent said that the package handler was having "trouble" with their tracking softwareThe third agent today (Nov8th) told me that the problem with the tracking resulted in a "delay" in the shipping, however the system had "updated" and tracking was now miraculously availableWhen I went to check the tracking it showed that my package had just been sent today on the 8thSo basically, they lied saying that my package was already shipped on the 1st, provided me some BOGUS tracking number and told me to wait a few days before tracking it, giving them more time to produce it or whateverNot really sure why they'd do that! But now they claim that they'll refund my money instead of sending the package! What is this business? It's a SCAM!!! I'd give them ZERO stars if I could!

This was the first time I had ordered from this site and I accidentally did standard shipping when I meant to upgradeI did an online chat to see if I could change it and they upgraded me for free!! Wow! Great customer service

Absolutely awfulThis was my first and last experience with ZazzleAfter placing an order on July that was to be a gift for a friend, I was given an estimated ship date of Aug4-On the evening of Aug9, I had yet to receive any communication about the shipment/status of my package other than "we are busy making your stuff" on the webpageI tried calling several times but the wait times were absurdAfter sending an email, I was apologized to for the delay in my stickers, was told that there was an unexpected delay in production and was given a new estimated ship date of AugI ordered a calendar which was the main item in my order and was concerned there was no mention of thisI even emailed back to clarify that my ENTIRE order (minus one measly magnet) was still missing which was more than just stickersI expressed my dissatisfaction in customer service at this point, but patiently awaited the shipment of my itemsOn the evening of Aug15, after not receiving any type of update or shipment notification, I once again reached out to customer service to express dissatisfaction and for inquiry on status of my itemsThis email was ignoredI called customer service at this point and decided to wait the estimated minutes hold timeAfter FORTY-EIGHT minutes on hold, I spoke to Blanca who told me that the machines were down for the stickers, but they were being produced "again." AGAIN! When I asked about the calendar, I was told that the machine was broken and was not in productionThe website claimed that Zazzle was busy making my items from JULY 26th, but clearly, that was a LIEI was concerned at this point for the ability to ever see my products OR my money given the poor business practices, that I felt forced to cancel the order in hopes for a refundDo you know that on that evening I received the most insulting onslaught of emails? Three emails arrived in my inbox to inform me that my items were READY TO SHIP!!!! They were already cancelledI am irate and appalled at these business practices and lack of common courtesy, communication, and respectable customer serviceSo, if I could rate my experience at lower than a 1, I would

I ordered custom tshirts from Zazzle on September I was told that it would take 3-days for production and my tshirts would be delivered by September It is now September and I do not have my productI have contacted Zazzle customer service numerous times and I get a different response every timeOn September 15, I was told they did not know what the issue was but they would monitor the situationOn September 20, I was told my product was being processed and given instructions to check the status of my orderOn September 22, I was told there had been a printing error, but my order had been queued for shipment and should be delivered by end of day on September My order never cameI called back on September and was told my order was not complete and that nobody ever told me it was ready for shipment; however, they were upgrading me to day shipping at no additional costIt is now September and Zazzle cannot tell me when my order is going to be completedIt

I signed up for their premium zazzle black day free shipping and then when I went to process the order day shipping was not availableIt had been just the day before which is why I ordered itOnce I figured out that it wasn't day shipping on everything I tried to cancel it minutes laterI received and email stating there are no refunds on the program

Company offers a 30-day trial membership stating "You will have the opportunity to opt out of the automatic enrollment before the free trial ends." Did not receive any communication giving me the option to end membership prior to the 30-day trial ending, nor any communication regarding enrollmentInstead, the company charged $to my accountI e-mailed asking to end the membership and be refunded this amount, the company replied "Unfortunately you did not opt out within the required days and as such you are signed up for Zazzle Black Standard for the promotional price of $per year."

Ordered ornaments on Dec Email from Zazzle said there was problems with of the ornamentsCancelled that ornament and told them to continue making the rest Reordered the ornament, again an email saying there was a problem days later, we receive the ornament, but no word on the original I emailed the company times and received a "form" response back each time The ornament we did receive was very poor quality The name/year customization was in the correct location on one side of the ornament but in the totally wrong location on the other side Plus the hole to hang the ornament was punched off-center so the ornament will never hang straight The photo of Mount Rushmore was very poor quality - blurred and printed on the ornament crooked Tried calling them several times - the recording said "minute wait" "minute wait", etc Finally received an email today that "they are experiencing production delays" -- days after my order was placed! But they charged my credit immediately upon placing my order These were Christmas presents so today I cancelled the order and FINALLY got a response that was not "canned", but the rep insinuated that I had not contacted them, but I have all the emails back and forth Terrible customer service, poor quality products

Two shirts I ordered were too smallZazzle replaced the shirts with the new requested sizeNo questions or hasslevery easy with good customer support
