Customer service was very good the hold time on the phone was very long

I ordered programs from Zazzle.com for my Uncle's memorial on July 18, When I was checking out, the website said the programs would be delivered between July 24-July 27th came and wentOn August I planned on calling Zazzle, but the wait was ocer minutes to talk to someoneI did a chat insteadThe person didn't know why my order was taking so long, but for my troubles she was going to email the production team and ask them to rush my order and upgraded me to next day shippingFast forward to this weekI called on Monday (Aug 7), was on hold for minutes before I could speak to someoneThe lady I spoke to said there was a "production delay" and that the paper needed to print my programs didn't come in until the previous FridayI explained that these were for my Uncle's funeralShe said she let the production team know the situation as well as her managerI was assured that they would be made and shipped to me by the next day....just that she couldn't guarantee itI asked her would they get to me in time and she said she thought so, but couldn't guarantee itTuesday (Aug 8) no shipping notificationI call this morning (Aug 9) I'm on hold for minutes and once again, I'm told its a "production delay", the man I spoke with said he emailed the production team and would contact me in a few hours with info on my orderThe guy never calls or emails meSo.....I call again, wait on hold for minutes, just to be told, my order was never going to be madeThat the machine needed to make my programs for my Uncle's funeral was broken and that there was no excuse for the other Agents that I talked to didn't inform me of thisI have days before the funeral and I'm trying to figure out what to do nowThis company took my money and then strung me along for weeksI requested the my order be cancelled and my money returned to meI will be calling and hopefully speaking to a manager, since they all had gone home by the time my call was answered

I opened a Black membership with Zazzle last year for $after they said it would save me on deliveryI purchased $worth of merchandise and forgot about the membershipAll of a sudden a year later I get another $membership charge with no noticeAnd their user agreement offers no refundI find this a deceitful way of making money They saved me $in shipping but I paid $in membership fees

Order placed for multiple items - listed on their site as one order- only one pf tee items were delivered but they change the status to delivered so there is no tracking or ability to track the remaining portion of order- but they will in full for items never received and make it close to impossible to reach a customer rep - This is a repeat issue -last occurrence I spent weeks sending email requests with no response then hours on hold waiting to try and get a rep which the phone is not an easy option to come byThen they unlawfully charged me for a membership without prior approval - even after I sent request in writing to not be a part- once again, they make it very difficult to reach out to them - I am still waiting credit on that charge and now my credit card was supposedly stolen so it has to be cancelled - I cannot get response from them on how they plan to reimburse me for the unlawful chargeI made the awful mistake to make another order with them - received ONE item today an

When it was necessary to return an item, I was treated amazingly well I was allowed to donate the item to our local Cancer Society’s shop, they then reimbursed the original purchase price to me They could not have been kinder or more reasonable; I hope to shop there again!

Their day trial is a scamI was never notified of the charge until after they charged my account, then told it was too late to issue a refund I work for a company where the customer is always first and we give a refund if they are mischargedI will never use ZAzzle again!!

I am an Assoc Designer, for Zazzle,They have many tricks to hold the money you make, You can request a ealier payment, for fee, Fine., They hold your check coming the next month in the works, They make your money payment go back days then, they have made money off me a whole year, no one would want to pay to get less money into a paypal at cost and add days or for payment.IT IS A SCAM TO HOLD OUR MONEY TO GAIN INTERESTAND WRONGNOW I DUNO WILL THEY WILL PAY ME, I GOT TAKE COMPLAINTWARNING, TOUCH YOUR PAYMENT SETTING AND EACH TIME IT ADDS DAYS FOR THEM TO PROCESS-CROOKS

I ordered shirts on November to be delivered for ChristmasThe t-shirts were supposed to arrive from Dec 2- On December 21, I got an e-mail stating that my items would not be shipped in time for Christmas The shirts that were supposed to be in by December would not arrive on time for December 25, and they told me this days before ChristmasPhone lines are closed for holidays, e-mail communication closed for holidays

Purchased a shirt from Shop Disney that was custom produced and shipped to me by ZazzleShirt was very low quality and completely see throughDisney won't accept return since it is a custom orderZazzle won't honor their 100% satisfaction guarantee because it wasn't order directly from themPurchased another shirt that was produced by Disney not Zazzle and it was excellent qualityWatch out for partner sites that Zazzle to fulfillWhen contacted customer support I was told to call their support phone number but their email support people gave me the wrong hours and the email had an error and listed my incident number as "$incidents.ref_no."

If you ever order anything at all, zazzle will start sending spam constantly, whether you asked to be included on a mailing list or notThe worst part is, there is no method of unsubscribing from the spamThis is what annoys me far more than the fact that the stickers I ordered don't stickI could get over the bad products if the spam would stop

On November 28, 2016, I purchased a set of business cards with ZazzleThe purchase also included trackingInitially, I was contacted via email by Zazzle confirming my order and informing me that my order was shippedThe shipment supposedly took place on December 2, Hence, lies my problemUsing the tracking number provided to me by Zazzle to check the status of my order, there wasn't any information to be foundAfterwards, I contacted UPS and they didn't find anything eitherI then contacted USPS and again nothing was found with the tracking number providedMy account has been debited for the amount of $but I never received my productI sent an enquiry email on 12-7-& 12-8-pertaining to the product purchasedNo response has yet to be receivedI'm requesting that my money be refunded to me so that I may purchase business cards elsewhereIt's unprofessional to not return a phone call, reply to an enquiry and to take money without giving the productIf any

I would give stars if that option was availableI ordered business cards that featured a design that was off-centered after it was producedI made the mistake of taking a credit instead of a refund since I actually believed they would do a better job the 2nd time aroundThe cards from the 2nd order were even more crooked than the 1st orderWhen I contacted them again, they couldn't provide a refund or even a credit since I used up that option the 1st timeInstead, they gave me a 30% discount for my next orderSo basically, I don't have any business cards that I can use and they're keeping my money

First, the products are really great - it's a shame because I will never order from Zazzle againEver I had planned to order a lot of my wedding supplies/favors from them, but the customer service is non-existentThe fact that a "Customer Support Hero" responds to inquiries does not mean the support is adequate They clearly don't even take the time to read a request sometimesI don't want anything from the company, just wanted to make sure other potential customers are aware of what they're getting into

I setup a storefront for a small, struggling nonprofit to be used in a marketing/fundraising campaignI researched vendors and decided on ZazzleThe interface is clunky to use and not intuitiveWe got the store set up and we were adding products trying to meet a deadline, which we should have been able to easily meetIt took almost hours for the original products we entered to post to the storefrontIn addition, they did not include any changes we made to them after we originally set them upWe did not get any response from Dazzle on the two email we sent themNeedless to say, we missed the deadlineWe are back researching vendors
Zazzle, should not offer the storefront feature if your application cannot adequately support it
