I love my purchases from Zazzle and the customer service representatives are very kind and patientI previously attempted to order custom shirts but when I went to check out my orders were cancelled due to copy rightsI called customer service and eventho I was bummed my order was cancelled the customer service rep was kind enough to explain why

On July 14th I ordered invitations and a Custom Wood Poster from ZazzleI also signed up for "Zazzle Black", a promotional program that upgraded my shippingI received the invitations about weeks laterNow we are a month + days away from original order date, and I have yet to receive the Custom wood posterI have emailed zazzle multiple timesThey told me that they have upgraded my shippingI responded that this option is not helpful because the item is already a month overdueThen they told me that there are production delaysI need this item for a baby showerIt is too late to order from anywhere else

BUYER BEWARE! I placed a time sensitive, wedding-related order for custom stamps on 8/1/The production time promised was 2-days and an additional 4-days shippingI have ordered from this company previously and received my order on the 4th day, no issuesAs of today, the status of my order still says it's in production and the promised delivery timeframe in my order details has all of the sudden been removed by the companyI contacted customer service a few days ago via e-mail inquiring about the status of my order and they "could not give me a production or delivery ETA at this time." Today I gave them a call and was put on hold for minutes before reaching a customer service repThe guy took me in circles, telling me he could not give me an ETA but "rest assured" he has bumped my order up in priority and upgraded my shippingBut the more questions I asked and the deeper I dug for answers, the more he stuttered and got flusteredAt one point he let it slip that their printers were brokenI asked him for a partial refund for the trouble since he admitted it was their fault and while I was on hold once more, I decided to do an Internet searchLow and behold, lots of new negative reviews have been popping up within the past couple weeks and even more within the past day or twoEveryone's problem is the same - they have not received their orders and have been given various excuses such as printers being broken, their company moving facilities, and running out of materials, items being out of stock, etcI verified that the company did indeed move locations in recent months and I'm not sure what the problem is, but they obviously cannot produce the orders customers are placing for whatever reason and they are continuing to lie to their customers! Why not list a longer/delayed production time on their website? Why not shut down temporarily until they solve whatever issues are going on there? They are clearly trying to milk unsuspecting customers of their money to keep themselves in businessTERRIBLE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, STAY FAR FAR AWAY! They should and probably will go out of business soon because of thisI contacted my credit card company today for a full refundI will not be giving this company any more of my time or money, they are crooks!

On February 13th I ordered one pillow from Zazzle after finding an ad on PinterestOn February 14th I received an email stating that it had been shipped, and I would be receiving it in 4-business daysAfter days the package has appeared to make no progress so I reached out to customer serviceThe package was considered missing, and a replacement was startedOn February 22nd I recieved another email that the package had shipped via next day air due to the first package going missingIt is now February 27th, and the package has gone missing once againCustomer service gave me little to no explaination on how a package can go “missing” twice, they did not seem to care that I was upset, they had zero sense of urgency to make it right, and offered no resolutionI finally said that if I do not receive confirmation of a refund in hours I will be contacting my bank, which prompted a responseI do not believe the package was ever even shipped, and I am not confident that this business is able to even handle a one unit orderI will never use this company again, and do not recommend this to others

THIS COMPLAINT ALSO INCLUDES THEIR ADVERTISEMENT FOR THE DELIVERY DATESI ordered a card on 1/8/I paid twenty plus dollars to have it delivered by the 11th AT THE LATEST (they said it would arrive between the 10th and 11th)Come to find out IT WAS SHIPPED ON THE 11TH! I could not be happier with ZazzleThe quality is excellent and consistent in everything I've ordered (customized posters, mug, art posters of different sizes and decorator art pillows)Things come quicklyFabulous!

I am going to email customer support soon, but overall my experience with Zazzle so far has been amazing! I ordered customizable buttons, and although I only received of them, I am so happy with the I got I only want to go back and order more (plus buying the missing one again)

Zazzle give an excellent service and the invitation cards I ordered from them were perfect and as described on their website Would definitely recommend Zazzle to family and friends
