Absolutely terrible experience with Zazzle This used to be a company I was very happy with I don't know what has happened to them The last several orders I've had with them are either not delivered in the time-frame promised or not delivered at all The most recent order I had with them, I ordered several custom t-shirts I received an email weeks after, telling me they were now out of the t-shirts I ordered and they don't know if/when they will be getting anymore of them in Also, beforehand, when I tried to call Zazzle to inquire about this order, I was hung up on the second I said, "Hello." I had been on hold for minutes I will predict that this company won't be in business much longer It is about one of the worst online stores out there now There are many other places who will gladly accept my business

I placed an order on August 30, I have a printout showing my order was processing with and order number I never received it so I started checking todayThe order was still on the website but shows cancelled I never cancelled it and I never received any correspondence from Zazzle Will NEVER order again from them

Placed order and was told would receive 2-9-16, did not receive I ordered invitations for my daughter surprise party, she is leaving for boot camp, I was told I would have my order on 2-9-16, on 2-5-I received a fake tracking number for UPS, I contacted UPS and they say they have never heard of that tracking number and it is not one they use, I called Zazzle back and was told there was nothing they could do I needed to wait, I told them I have a email telling me when I would receive my order and I have not received it, I explained to them that the tracking number they gave me UPS said they dont use those tracking numbers, then the guy told me that its a unique number and UPS might not have activated it yetI order online all the time and I have never heard of this and neither has the people at UPS

I purchased invitations for a sweet They had to be sent back once bec they were illegibleI was given zazzle credit which I felt was fairI reordered the invitations and when I got them they were legible so I put them aside until the time came to stuff the envelopes and send outWhen I looked further I noticed that more than half of them had white lines running through themI tried to use all the unaffected invitations as I had ordered extra but it was not possible, I had to send some out like thatI had no time to reorder bec the party is too soonThis was frustrating bec I paid for them but also embarrassing to have invitations sent out like thatI am being offered more store creditI do not need nor want store credit

On November 7th I discovered a charge of $from Zazzle recorded that day on my Paypal accountI have no recollection of ever doing business with ZazzleIt was the first and only charge I recall ever having been made to my Paypal account by ZazzleI notified Paypal and immediately got an email letting me know future charges had been suspendedHere is a copy the email I sent to *** the next day: Zazzle Customer Service, Earlier today, after twice calling, being put on hold and having my call disconnected, on the third try I spoke with a customer service rep about the unauthorized $charge fro Zazzle on my Paypal account[Yesterday I contacted Paypal and was promptly emailed: "This email confirms that you have cancelled your billing agreement with Zazzle *** No further payments will be made from your PayPal account to this merchant"The Zazzle rep said something about a trial charge for future shipping that had expired - from 2015!?, then told me

This is a very honorable company to do business with They respond in a very timely manner and if there is a problem, they refund your money and are as pleasant as can be I have bought from them before, and will continue to do so

I've ordered quite a few products from Zazzle, with excellent results - high quality products that have always met or exceeded my expectations I love being able to order unique designs and customize products the way that I want them - great place to look for special gifts Order fulfillment does take a bit longer than online services that have warehouses of premade items, ready to be shipped These products are printed to order, which allows a much wider range of designs and options

I have been selling for zazzle for years But every since I have NOT sold single referral from Zazzle How can this be when I promote their products every day since (years) and have thousands of visitors on my website What a coincidence that I do get referrals from other companies EXCEPT zazzleWhen people click on my links that have the referrals codes correctly, the referral code disappears immediately after its clickedThis does NOT happen with my Amazon referrals, you could see the amazon referral codes at all times I do know how to get referrals and I used to get tons of referrals on and before from zazzle, but then zazzle made a complete change as well as ownership change and there was tons of people left with NO SALES / REFERRALS, including me Sellers beware of this company!
