Stay away from this business The Christmas cards were fine and delivered on time I ordered Christmas t-shirts One was so small I reordered and had a different one sent directly to recipientstill waiting on that They seem to be aware that their products aren't greatinstead of returning the small shirt, they refunded the $ and said keep itSounds like something they have done a lot

I would recommend Zazzle because they let create and customs iteams that represent who you areAnd the customer service is Excellent!!! And the work hard to solve any issues that you might encounter

This is a great on line shopThe customer care is stellarThey deliver on their 100% satisfaction guaranteeWith free shipping and returns and hundreds of thousands of choices I can't imagine what would make me shop elsewhere

I received a defective/cheap product and Zazzle's return policy is awful I will never order from them again

Very negative experienceI ordered an item as pictured on the websiteThe item I received looked nothing like the image and was terrible qualityI asked for a replacement which was just as poorly made I then returned both shipments and requested a refundIt has been months and after multiple contacts to the company I have still not received a refund I was also told that there was no way for them to print the item I ordered as pictured on their website So they sold me an item they can not produce and refuse to refund my money Fraudulent business practices

Terrible customer service and no mention of lack of tracking information until AFTER you place an orderI ordered business cards January 10, and was notified on January that they had shippedOh but no tracking information....really? On August I ordered a tshirt which I still have not recieved dispite calling thier office three times(waited on hold for an hour the last time).Each time I call I get told they will contact seller and get back to me via emailI not only never get a followup email but the second and third times I call all they say is that seller hasnt contacted them backThey don't even follow up with a seller who has already been paid! Why is he still in bussiness through them if he is just stealing thier customer's money?I just want my money back....but do not wish to sit on hold for another hour to hear more falsehoods of what they intend on doingThey owe me a refundThankyou

I decided to try ordering invitations from the website and they were offering a deal if you signed up for a free trial you could get shipping for freeWho doesn't love free shipping!? After days you needed to cancel your membership if you didn't want to keep your membershipWell I canceled on day and on day got a email they charged my card the feeI called immediately informing them I had canceled my membership online, however suspiciously I never did receive a confirmation email that I truly did cancelWell now I am suck with a year membership to a website I will NEVER use again and can get "free shipping." Let me know if you need me to order anything for youThe only silver lining was I did like my invitations, however other websites would have just the same quality job

I ordered my baby shower invitations with ZazzleI ordered them on 2/on 2/i received my package, except it was empty the only thing inside was my receipt and packing paperI emailed them and they said they would send me out another orderI was suppose to receive this package on 3/8, I did not receive this order and I contacted the customer service deptand they said if I don't receive it by the 13th they would priority mail iti looked up the tracking for this to find out that since 3/its been in Philadelphia with no movementso zazzle says they will consider it losti am coning up on my deadline when I wanted to mail my invitations out and now I am not sure what I am going to do this has to be the worst experience I have ever had with a companynot only is this ridiculous but you just pissed off a pregnant womantisk tisk

Very slow serviceI ordered envelopes for my wedding with a tight timelineNo where when I ordered did it say it would take up to business days just to make the productI had no ideaI wouldn't have order them otherwiseIt's now been past business days and my product status is still "making"Reached out to support and they told me it can take "up to business days" before they are shippedI wish I had known this before I started, and I would have had our printer provide envelopes

I have used this company for so many years and have either be totally satisfied with the items I received or they have fixed the item I was not satisfied with and replaced it just like they say they will doI will always use zazzle as my first stop for personalized and create my own items

I placed an order on Zazzle for custom gift tags to be used with my wedding favorsI placed the order on 8/and paid for 2-day expedited shipping (an extra $30)I was given a delivery window of 8/through 8/I sent several emails to follow up and express urgencyI was met with offers to cancel my order or refund my shipping costI was never provided with the actual ship date, as I requestedAs it stands, my order has not shipped and it is 8/As a result, I will wed without tags on my favors - thanks ZazzleI am beyond disappointed with the lack of professionalism and poor customer service at ZazzleI will never purchase from this vendor again and will advise my soon-to-be-married friends to also research other options

Zazzle's customer service is unprecedented, every company should aspire to have the level of service Zazzle has! My item had shipped to the wrong address because I hadn't ordered anything from them in quite awhile and failed to update my addressI contacted customer service after it had shipped and Adam re-shipped my custom order at no charge! He was very courteous and replied to my inquiry quicklyYay Zazzle!

Horrible customer serviceGood luck contacting them I tried to get a product posted that they said was not a G rating, but it is the name of a state park in Virginia called The Dyke MarshI sent an explanation and never heard back, The royalties are so small in doesn't really matter, but they could at least respond

I ordered a fantastic robot shirtIt is well-made, high-quality materialPurchasing and shipping were greatI will order again, especially since they have a wide variety of products
