Great support with very prompt response!

11/22/I placed an order for two items (tote bags) to be delivered to me at 01:PM CST for a total of $11/28/at 04:PM CST, I receive an email confirming shipping (estimated delivery Dec 1-5) with tracking I understand it takes 1-business days to updateToday, 12/6/has been business days, and there still has no movement via USPS' tracking pageIt continues to say: "USPS Currently Awaiting Package A status update is not yet available for your packageIt will be available when the shipper provides an update or the package is delivered to USPSCheck back soon" I am requesting Revdex.com.*** assistance to intercede on my behalf, as I have tried reaching out to this company once via phone and twice via emailVia email, I have not received responsesVia phone, I was simply informed it is on its way, which it clearly is notI have purchased other items internationally around the same time, and have received them already without incidence

Merchant does not provide opportunity to cancel auto-renewal of a discount programWas unable to cancel in 2017, was unable to stop auto-renewDid not receive reminders or notification of auto-renew, just confirmation of pending chargesAttempted to contact merchant to cancel & have refund issued - I am not allowed to cancel- as advised by Aoife, Customer Support, Zazzle ***

Zazzle refuses to make products that I have orderedThe only explanation offered as to why they will not make the product is because "the designs are in conflict with our content guidelines." They have already made this exact same product for me on separate occasions and despite the fact that I have proven to them several different times that it clearly does NOT violate any of their content guidelines they still refuse to make the productFurthermore, we have completely changed the design and attempted to reorder new products and they still refuse to fulfill those orders as their company is obligated to do

They do not want to be found for accountibility with lost and NEVER produced orders, long wait times on calls, sloppy tracking system, and steal funds to NEVER comp for the ruined events as a result if their gammit playedDon’t use them EVER

This issue also has to do with the company's products and customer serviceI don't know where to really beginThere were so many issues with my last order through zazzleFirst of all, I will say that I ordered my bridal shower invitations through them and they came out greatThat was unfortunately NOT the case with my second orderI ordered Thank you cards, RSVPs, invitations, special envelopes, and return labelsMy first issue was with the deliveryI upgraded to the Zazzle black membership so that I could use the free day shipping that came along with itNow, I know that sometimes day shipping doesn't always mean days shipping with all companiesHowever, I was careful to read everything as I needed them to come in as quickly as possibleI even read the fine printThe only mention of it taking longer to get to my house than the advertised days, was if the products weren't made by zazzleAll of my products were made from zazzle so I thought I was fineI was wrongA

zazzle.*** Customer Service Representatives and their '100% Satisfaction Guarantee' are excellent beyond words! We are longtime customers and will continue to be Happy Customers - 'cuz this company knows how to do business in the modern worldRecently, our holiday card order was not printed correctly (for who knows what reason) and without blinking an eye the order was re-submitted to be re-printed and re-delivered within only a few minutes of my communicating with zazzle.com Customer Service RepsYou can do business with zazzle.*** in complete confidenceWe do- *** **

Payment for merchandise that has not been received by a consumer is very upsettingFunds from my account have been removed and are not pendingUsually the merchant deducts a payment once the item(s) have shipped but this was not the caseI will not be ordering anything from Zazzle againThis was my first and last experienceSo disappointed! The only repose from the company was that the two t-shirts I ordered have been delayed with no indication as to when they would be available

First and last Zazzle order Forgot to use my coupon and called and emailed IMMEDIATELY I was told they could not credit coupon They suggested canceling the order, then reordering-which, I did, IMMEDIATELY, Instead of cancelling my order, they stalled in responding and rushed my order out-emailed me that my stuff was on it's way.....THEN responded to my cancellation, again, it was TOO LATE?? Order already on it's way Total scam and BS Closing my shop and writing my reviews, returning my items and ordering from a reputable and reliable source.....never to return to Zazzle Have not yet seen my items to comment on quality, not can I review the return policy, YET

I am writing in reference to an order of baby shower invitations I placed on Friday, 06/(Order # ***)The order was for a total of $126.57, including the $for premium shipping since I needed the invitations to arrive no later than Thursday 06/Later in the day, an email was sent to me informing me of sizing errors and to reply on how I’d like to proceed (Case # ***)I proceeded to call your customer assistance to obtain clarification on the sizing and for assistanceIn speaking with the representative, she helped with the sizing issue and asked me to place a new order with the corrected designI told her I really needed this to arrive by Thursday 06/and she said that it would still arrive either Thursday 06/or by far, the latest Friday 06/and that I didn’t even need to select premium shipping since your office is in Northern California and I’m in Southern CaliforniaShe advised to select the Standard shipping and to rest assure

After numerous sales and unsuccessful attempts to login into my Zazzle account----resetting my password does not work at all----I am unable to collect my royalty feesWhen I attempted to call, I reached a scratchy automated system that told me my approximate wait time on hold would be minutesHow is this company being allowed to get away with this?

Paid for priority shipping, it took over weeks and when the product did arrive it was of such poor quality that I couldn't even use itProduct was wedding thank you cardsTerrible service, terrible product

I've had a positive experience on all levels for two years now, and intend to continue with ZAZZLE Customer Service is stellar!

I ordered a cover for an iPhone which turns to be defective and unsuitable to useOrder number***I asked to replace it with another similar productThe order was made months ago and until today I have been corresponding with Zazzle trying to resolve this issueAny other company would have refund me by now, but Zazzle offered me "store credit" for future purchases, "to save me time", which I accepted, and yet, I am still waiting to be able to get this replacement product, (which was a Christmas gift...)I am now being told that they can't refund me, or that such refund can take days (!)This is unheard ofI am willing to speak to the press about them if required

I purchased pairs of leggings onlineWhen they arrived the one pairs pattern was all blurry and I didn't like the fabricThe other pairs fabric panels were all out of whack and didn't match and again I didn't like the fabricZazzle advertises that "if you're not 100% happy we will refund your money." So I went online to start that processI got a message back saying that I could keep the leggings and do what I want with them and I would get a credit for the $135+ on a Zazzle creditWell, I don't want a Zazzle credit! I see what kind of workmanship they have and I want my money back! I've tried contacting them several times now and they just keep ignoring meIt's a lot of money and I am at my wits endCan you help me?

On April 28, I purchased two items for my grandson's birthday party; on the 2nd of May I received an email that the shirt with the picture was causing a slight delayCalled in told them the resolution was fine and make sure I received it no later than the 5th because I paid for expedited shippingMy grandson's birthday was on the 6th and we have to receive the packageAll I have received thus far is a refund on the expedited shippingI was promised that I would received updated statusesI haven't heard anything for them!!! I will NEVER EVER buy from them again!!!

Very bad service both by not sending full order in first place to then not sorting out problem

I placed an order with Zazzle last OctoberI just got an auto renewal fee of $charged to my company credit cardI had previously thought I removed my credit card number from the system and said I did not want an auto renewal but was told I needed it to remove it from more than one place on their site and good news I would not need to pay for shipping for the next yearToo bad they won't remove it as I will NEVER use their service again
I liked their products but I feel they acted in a fraudulent and deceptive manner by charging my credit card and were not helpful when I emailed and spoke to them on the phone

I purchased a name plate and paid shipping to have it delivered by Tuesday, February 6, However, I have yet to receive itHad I known that it would take this long, I would've either not paid for shipping (it was free for a later delivery date) or I would've chosen another companyI needed this name tag the date it was promisedfor the opening of my office

Zazzle is awesome and so is the customer service representative that helped us...Thank you ***
