My son wanted to return or exchange an item that was mailed to him as a gift and this company won't let me because it was a gift and I'm not the "account holder" He didn't want the gift-giver to know he was returning it This policy is crazy Just because someone else purchased it, he isn't allowed to return it?

Placed an order on Nov 30th Item was supposed to arrive between 12/and 12/ As of 12/20, it still has not shipped Customer service had been nonresponsive I'm out over $and did it receive the gifts for my children in time for Christmas Avoid this vendor at all costs

Good price, but very bad serviceFirst time (2012) was ok, but this time (2018) I didn't have my business card after months, and I hope in a refund, they said in 5-21(!) days

Missing order; never shipped I placed an order on 1/17/I received two of the items but the most important item custom (invitation envelops) were never shippedI sent a email to customer service on 1/29/I received the following response...generally requires a 7- business day manufacturing turnaround time frame before it is queued for shipmentOnce the item has been shipped, you should receive your order in 4-business days according to the shipping method selectedGuess what it is 2/and still my order has not been processed nor shippedI sent another email on 2/basically saying they contacted the manufacturer and that they have upgraded my Shipping to Express shippingI have a party on 3/and my invitations have still not gone our because my order was not fulfilled

I designed and ordered one custom shirt and during the checkout process, I was persuaded into paying $for a "black" membership, which allowed free yearlong shipping instead of the $I would have paid for a single shipment chargeThe order was canceled by Zazzle with no reason givenI reached out to customer service to ensure the black membership was refunded as well and was told it was an entirely different issueThis was all one transaction

I ordered this button and signed up for their Zazzle Black membership to get it faster for lessThey emailed me about days later to tell me that they canceled my item due to quality controlI purposely made my item the way that it lookedIt states that you can design the button that I ordered how I want so I'm perplexed on why that changed
Their call center is ridiculousWhen you call you are basically placed on hold for a long period of timeThere is no time frame or no number to tell you what your place is in their queueI emailed them and gave them my order number and best email to contact me at then stated that they couldn't help because I didn't give them my email from the accountThen why ask for the best email to reach a customer? They take forever to reply back
The lady who answered the phone stated one thing then a minute later changed what she saidI'm extremely disappointed in their service and will never order from them in the futureVery unprofessionalYou pay for a speedy service and you don't get it

The company advertises a "zazzle promise", that states, if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return it for a replacement or a refund within daysI purchased business cards that were VERY poorly madeOur logo was cut off and too small to see, the wording was not centered, they looked horribleI have been trying to return this item but have had no luck doing soAfter their initial response, the support team has ignored all of my emailsI have called the customer service number times but I am placed on hold forever...and I have yet to talk to someone who is willing to help meAll I want to do is return a horribly made product for my money backBut it seems like I have to jump through hoops for this company without success instead

I placed an order with zazzle.com on 2/28/When I placed the order it said I should expect to receive it between 3/12-3/I needed it by 3/17, so I went ahead and placed the orderMarch came and went and I never received it so I had to move on and come up with an alternativeWhen I arrived home from my trip that I needed it for on March it still hadn't come so I contacted the company and let them know I never received it and requested a refundThey promptly refunded me the amount of the items (***), but did not refund me the shipping fees of $***They claimed I didn't include the floor number with my shipping addressIf you look at my record in their system (which was created with this order), I did include the floor numberdays after I placed my order (3/3/17) someone went into my order and made updates to my address, I did not do thisThey continue to claim that since I didn't put the full address I'm responsible for the shipping feesI continue to claim th

I ordered with Zazxle an item days before Christmas and paid more than the cost of the item to have it shipped next day air The item was never delivered and despite my reaching out the only action they took was to send stock responses from support I even requested it be resent and that wasn’t done At no point was I even offered a refund till I requested it

I contacted Zazzle regarding an issue I had with my most recent order The issue was caused by the postal service employee Zazzle could have just blown me off or told me to deal with it, but--as always--I was treated with the utmost courtesy and a prompt response to my inquiry Zazzle took ownership of the issue and replaced my merchandise Let me just say, the quality far exceeded my wildest dreams I am extremely pleased with the service, support and quality I recommend Zazzle without reservation

I am a overwhelming satisfied customer Everyone loves the variety of personalized products that I have purchased from zazzle Zazzle is my go to for unique, personal and very special gifts The professionalism leaves nothing else to be desired, when I had a problem they were very quick to respond to assist with my concern I have been singing their praises to colleague prior to needing personal customer assistance, but after the assistance I receive when I had a problem, I will sing their praises even louder, always recommend them to friends, family and co-workers for unique gift ideas, and I will remain a life long loyal customer Thank you Zazzle team!!!

This was my first time shopping ZazzleI purchased two personalized pacifiers and I never recieved themThe tracking info showed a mailing label was created online for USPS and the package never arrived at USPSHow completely unprofessionalI reached out and I was told I could get a refund to my Zazzle account or PayPalI respond please credit my PayPalI get an email response saying we have refunded your Zazzle accountThat is not what I requested as I never intend to shop Zazzle againI am shocked by the level of disorder and unprofessionalism

You made discontinuing the service a maze, and when I finally saw an option, like remove my credit card information and did that, to my chagrin, it was not canceledThe notice said that my account would begin tomorrow 1/1/As a customer service courtesy, I truly expected that you would reverse the chargeAt least that's how companies who value customer service and loyalty would have handled the eventAfter looking up your reviews, I see I am not the only one who has issues with your very poor customer service delivery

I placed an order with Zazzle on August 15th for baby shower invitations, on August 22nd an empty box with no invitations was received at my home I called and the representative apologized, re-submitted the order and as of TODAY, September 15th - I have no new invitations and they claim they don't know when they will be available AND they advised it may take approximately days to receive a refund - unacceptable! This is very bad business
The only positive thing I can say is they are responsive to emails, I was sending one almost daily

They say on their website that they offer refunds, however they only offer credit on their websiteThey say that is not their fault that you don't know that because it is in their infinite Terms and Conditions that you have to read through and remember all ofChatted online with more than one person and all of them decided to let me know it is my fault over and over again because it is in their Terms and Conditions

I placed an order on 7/31/for customized hang tags that I use for my businessI have placed several orders with the company and they are always a little slow with shipping and I usually have to follow up in order for them to ship my orderThis most recent order I have contracted them times asking about my orderThey have given me the run around and never shipped the orderOn my second contact I asked them to either ship my order that week or issue a refundThey did not do either so I filed a PayPal claim to get my money backThey continue to drag their feet and have still not issued my refundAt this point I just want my money backTaking a persons money without shipping their purchased items is fraudulent

I ordered monogrammed pillows from this site and they arrived and were printed incorrectly I needed them by a specific date for a Christmas gift I wanted to return them (based on their satisfaction guarantee policy) if they couldn't ship me the correct pillows in time The assured me they would send me the correct pillows by the date I needed them The date came and went and the replacement pillows never arrived so I didn't have them to give to my friends at a holiday gathering I sent them an email informing them they din't arrive by the date and they responded days later telling me "their production facility was aware but could't make the deadline" They never bothered to reach out to me to inform they weren't going to make the deadline Then when I finally received the replacement pillows, they were EXACTLY like the first set I received and were still WRONG! Incredibly bad customer service!

I made a couple purchases from Zazzle for the holidays, I was a first time customerDuring the holidays they must have been trying to push their premium service called "Zazzle Black"I didn't pay attention to it or really even notice it at the time but during one of my transactions Zazzle automatically added a "free trial" of this premium service to my cart without my opting indays later I saw an unauthorized charge from zazzle in my bank accountI inquired about it and they told me this free trial had ended and they were charging me for a month of this serviceI said I did not sign up for this and had no intentions of using it during this month for which they were charging me and they refused to do anythingUpon further objection they said they would refund me but that it would take days to processNo refund once issued with any payment processor takes days to processThey are probably trying to pad their numbers to say they have X amount of zazzle black participants

Horrible customer service and packaging department, they lie to you and send you empty boxesI made a purchase, they had sent me a box with only packing paper in itNext, I called customer service (Monday), the woman said she would send out my shipment and overnight it at no chargeShe claimed I should have it by the end of the weekI checked tracking because its Saturday, and still no packageExpected delivery is Tuesday, an entire extra weekThis is the first and only time I have ever used this company-what a mistake

I called Zazzle again for the 3rd time and spoke to ***, who stated he was going to escalate my issue with my orderDuring this whole timeframe, no one insisted on refunding me my order*** said he would call me back even if there was movement on my replacementI didnt receive a call back from him either! I called Zazzle again a few days later, and spoke to another rep and I insist
