I am extremely disappointed with the service from this company I custom ordered a single T-shirt for my son, and after weeks the website showed it was still not manufactured I went through online customer service, and was told it would be resolved in days With no change in status, I then called in after days, and was told I would have my item with week After days, with still no item manufactured, I again tried to call but was disconnectedI filed another online complaint, which took business for a responseAnd that response was that they could not guarantee any manufacture date, and I could cancel my order I will never again use this business, and highly discourage anyone else from wasting their time and money

I just had a wonderful customer service experience with ZazzleThey have provided me with business cards for the last yearI recently tried to re-order a box of cards but the website had a glitch and I had to made several attemps to orderA few hours later I successfully placed an order and then got an email thanking me for my orders, pluralI called Zazzle the next day to resolve the situation only to find out that the order was being processedLong story shortZazzle reimbursed me for one order but I have received both in the last few daysThey told me to feel free to keep the order placed by mistake I will not have to order from them for several months now so I wanted to let others know that Zazzle is a stand up company with awesome customer serviceIf you need business cards please consider Zazzle!!,

ZAZZLE has done a lot of things for me ! I'd recommend ZAZZLE to anyone ! I like them because they have several price options , from CHEAP to HIGH QUALITY !

I am one of the staff members for a fan run convention/gatheringWe opened a Store with Zazzle to sell merchandise for our conventionAs it was the most economical option as we are very small and can't carry a large inventoryWe had previously used a different company but they had dropped a few of our popular items and Zazzle still carried them This is going back to when it started and I was trying to give them a chance but after them giving me the run around I am posting here to see if it helpsWe filled out every thing we needed to open the store and launched itwe made quite a bit of money and never got paidI inquired and was told that I had to fill out the W-8B form (which we did when we created the store)So I didI was told I would hear back after daysweeks later I sent a follow up and was told I filled out the form wrong and had to do this that and thatSo I did, ResubmittedOur emails crashed on us so it took me almost months to get back inno missed

Company sent e mail claiming package was shipped through on trac on August 21st to arrive on August 25th or 26thPackage never arrivedAttempted multiple times to contact zazzle through contact form- they refused to respondLooked at on trac website using tracking info and site says " item never tendered to on trac"Called on trac and operations manager says they never received the package from zazzleCalled zazzle and they claim on trac lost package- offered to send replacement item but did not want to refund original shipping charge for item that was not shippedNever did receive any response to my emails to their customer service dept

I ordered invitations for my daughter's upcoming birthday but I received a bottle of insecticideThis company doesn't even sell insecticide so how it got into a box that was supposed to be invitations is absolutely unacceptable

I was in the process of ordering invitations and the original price said $for (without coupon) making total $84.70, then when I click to proceed to check out the price went up to $per invite making the total $so when I use my 25% coupon code the price goes down to the original price without the codeSo I called customer service and spoke with FINBARR he told me to go to the cart and add their 25% codeI explained to him that that does not help because I'm not even getting a discount because the price went up from the original price I was quoted with out a coupon codeHe then said I'm getting a discount for the amount and can't have both even though price switchedI asked for a supervisor and he said he can not transfer me to oneI said so you are refusing to let me speak with a supervisor and he said yes because I'm not understanding himHe was rude, lying, and not helpful

This company is just awfulThat is such a wide statement so let me give you some detailsI ordered an item on the 5th of March, checked status (several days later) and it looked like they had a ship date yet the item was not yet made (I thought something was strange.) I called, was told I'd be on hold for minWOW, that is great customer service...NOT! I am an actress, model, sales manager, and so much more so I do not have time to sit on hold for minutesI sent an email and they responded and actually seemed sincereThey were even going to expedite my product I was waiting for my item and today I get an email that the shirt has been discontinuedThese folks are starting with the wrong girlWhy would you let a customer order a discontinued item and why would you send lie after lie? This is not how one gets a good reputationI requested a refund today and now I shall wait for a response or I will have my attorney contact themNobody plays with meDo not give your business, time, or money to this so called "company."

I order surprise birthday invites for my husband and they were damaged in the mailThe other post office notified me and I never received themI tried for days to contact zazzleOn hold for hours , emailing them directing me on what to do and then no responseI want my $ back And would recommend people do not order from them

Zazzle is an excellent company to work with! I have bought many gifts for others and things for me, and I am really pleased with their items But if something does not turn out the way it should (faded printing, words too small, cracked item) they ALWAYS stand behind their work and correct it with no problem at all!! They also go out of their way to make sure that items arrive on time,

I will never order from Zazzle again and have refereed multiple people to look elsewhereI had to follow up multiple times regarding this order, it shipped almost a week after it was supposed to be deliveredThey upgraded my shipping for free then sent me a tracking number for the wrong item/order that showed it was going to an entirely different stateThen when the box showed up it contained only half of my orderI requested that someone call me and instead got a form email response regarding refund processStill to date no one has called me to discuss this horrendous experienceThis was for wedding invites so you can understand the necessity of timely shipment

They sell a service as Zazzle Black for free shipping, but they don't tell you that it's 10$ a month for one year So if you go buy a 15$ item, it will end up costing you 120$ They do not provide sufficient information to make an informed decision, forcing you to pay for something long term without prior notification
