I ordered custom magnets weeks before I needed them for a party I was given a window when they would be delivered I continued to track my order online and saw my items were "in delivery." When they didn't come in the allotted time, I called to see what the holdup was I was told they weren't created yetI asked how that could be when the tracking said they were "in delivery." The woman then told me she could rush the order and have them delivered in days--which was after the party, which is useless to me if I would have known they wouldn't be here on time, I would have made other plans, but because they lied about my product being "in delivery," I am out gifts for my partyThe failure to notify me of the issue and the blatant lie that my product was created and on it's way to being delivered are too much to overcome I will not order from them again

I ordered business cards from Zazzle*** on JanI was told that the cards would arrive between Janand FebHowever, no cards and it is FebI called to see what was going on, as there is not even tracking info availableI have emailed, called multiple times, and still cannot receive an answerThey tell me that there is a delay in production, but they cannot tell me what that delay is or how long it will beThey say they have contacted production via email, which is the only way they have to contact production, and they are waiting for a response, but that production usually does not tell them anything specific, so they have no way to tell me anything solid at allThis is absolutely unacceptableI spoke to a supervisor, ***, a few moments ago by phone and told her that I want to cancel this order completely and want a full refund for the $that was charged to my card, and also told her that I am filing complaints, as well as contacting authorities to repor

I purchased "Vintage poster - Orient Express" in 20"x24" Value matte finish on 8/4/It took 2+ weeks for this company to produce the poster (which I found an absolutely absurd time-frame) and then finally shipped it the slowest way possible charging me a whopping $for shippingI finally received the poster and it is damaged on the sides, the resolution of the poster albeit perfectly clear on their website is blurry and "cheap" in appearance on the posterI contacted Zazzle and didn't hear anything backI therefore opened a PayPal disputeZazzle never replied to PayPal but they replied to me in reference to the charge-back I initiated and offered a solution, which I acceptedZazzle offered to re-produce the poster in any means, so I requested a different size and different poster typeThis was acknowledged by Zazzle via email and offered to Next Day Air the poster after production so I agreedOver the course of this dispute, I spoke to (via email): Allanna, Nicole and Gary

I placed a custom baby tee shirt mid December and it was 'lost in transit'...notified ZazzleThey were to remake the item on an 'expedited' manner and fast ship it outThe product is still not made let alone shippedThey did refund the original shipping (altho it has not shown in my account as of today)However, by the time this item if it ever does get done, will be too small to wear and the holidays are now long pastMy next step will be to cancel the order altogether and probably never use Zazzle againI never had a problem like this with them before for custom orders so I am perplexed why this timeI appreciate the apology and in the process of getting my item, however, it is not acceptable

On December 14, I placed two orders for my best friend and myself (we are in different city) as Christmas gifts, and paid quick shipping so that to ensure delivery by ChristmasOn the day of Christmas eveZazzle told me both orders were "lost in transit"What a terrible scam!

I ordered a custom sweatshirt as a gift over a week agoThe item was supposed to be here yesterday and never arrivedI went to look at the status of the order and it says it is still "in production"So I reach out to customer support via online chat, because Zazzles phone lines are and have been down for over a weekThe representative on the chat can't tell me when I will receive my item, or what happened to it, other than it has been "delayed" with no other solutions or updatesI placed an order three weeks ago and received a defective item, in which I was also told I would be receiving a replacement, and they cannot give me the status of that eitherThere is no one that can give any legitimate reason for delay or why I have no received my product and no one is even trying to solve this issue

I ordered some invitations from Zazzle on May 15, Per conformation they should have been here by May 25thI made several attempts to contact the company but their phone number doesIt work and all forms to make contact are disabled from their websiteSo they basically stole $*** and no way for me to get it backThis company needs to be taken down and it allowed to do business any more

I have been ordering from Zazzle*** for years and I am really annoyed and disappointed with the way I have been getting the run around from customer service latelyI order at least weekly if not more and I placed three orders for photo enlargements on 8/16/I have since placed more orders for postcards after this date and have received them just fine, but never received the photo enlargementsWhen I inquire through their customer service e-mails, I feel like the two people I've talked to just copy and paste answers from a script and don't really read my e-mails at allI'm tired of it! It's just sad

Placed an order on 12/8/with expected delivery of Dec - As of 12/22/the order was still in processingCalled customer service twice, with wait times over minutes each timeThe second call was to cancel the orderI will now order from ***The item will not be personalized or arrive before Christmas, but I have more faith the the estimated *** delivery datesZazzle cannot keep up with their production requestsYou would think after being in business years, they would have figured this out by nowI'll be looking for a new custom shop for next year

Zazzles is the worst online company ever There is a disconnect between the website and customer support I ordered invitation Jan 31st per the standard delivery time provided on the website to receive by Feb I received the order after Feb 12thThe product was coming from California to Arizona According to the package tracking it shipped on Feb 1st, again on Feb I received several emails from them which made no sense regarding the arrival time I will never use again

Have shopped multiple times Customized items have been accurate and quality has always met or exceeded expectations

What a shamThey took twice as long as they should have to produce the order; notified that it shipped but it never arrived, then had the audacity to tell me they cancelled the order a long time ago! Obviously the smaller orders are not part of their business planComplete fraudsWill never do business with again

Such an amazing website, there is lot's of to choose from and the best part of it is that you can customise it yourself
