I was not able to edit one of my designs in Spanish, even though they said that I could, but they edited it for me anywaysThey assured me that they had edited it for me and even sent me to a website to show me that it was correctedMy invites arrived weeks before the event and nothing was editedEtsy did a better job for me

I ordered a few shirts on Zazzle on 6/to see if the product would be what I wanted (Order ***) I found that I did like the shirts and they were of great qualitySo, I went back online 6/and clicked the original order number and choose to reorder more(New order #***) When the shirts arrived, the front design was missingI DID NOT change anything about the order, only requested a larger quantityI then went back online 6/and ordered EVEN MORE in different sizes for marketing purposesUpon arrival of the shirts, they are ALL missing the front designWhen contacting Zazzle, the representative ***, told me that I must have "accidentally" deleted the frontThis is not the case as I ordered from the original order BOTH timesI find it almost impossible that BOTH times I went in and "accidentally" deleted the front designZazzle's resolution is that I return all shirts and wait for days for a credit OR wait for days for a refundI DO

Razzle customer service representatives are friendly, professional and helpfulI have never experienced wait time longer than min before a representative is on the line!

I ordered business cards from Zazzle, which is boxesUnfortunately when I received them my name was mis spelled on the back of the cardAll I wanted was my boxes to be replacedI was advised by customer service that they could issue me store credit, sounded easy enough right? Wrong! Firstly, they only issued me enough credit to replace one box of cards & when I attempted to order the one replacement box (even though I originally paid
for 2) at the end of check out I had a balance due of $This made me extremely upsetI should not have to pay anything! Just replace my cardsI will NEVER do business with this company again!

I ordered t-shirtsAll were poorly producedWhen I contacted Zazzle, even though they claim to take returns, their explanation for my problem was:

I have had two experiences with Zazzle where I needed to contact them -- one problem was my fault and the other discrepancy was theirs I was delighted with their quick responses and the solutions which were presented to me I consider them an honorable company which I will be pleased to do business with again!

Worst experience EVER!!! Ordered mugs of the were defective when received Emailed, called, they said they would fix and resend So they resent the defective mugs -- which were ALL STILL DEFECTIVE with even more defects than the first time They then sent an entire new order of 5, of which were defective again!!! Even more than the first time!!! (All of which, by the way, arrived hours AFTER I needed them, even though I was told they would still be here in time.) Where is the quality control here? Don't your people look at the products you produce to make sure they're okay? Yet their "customer service supervisor" kept insisting it was my file that I submitted that was the problem, not them The same file was used for all mugs How can it be my file when it was not the same defects every time? That is impossible! Could not make this person understand what I was saying Yes, they refunded my money, but I NEEDED those mugs to present on 11/10, and since they were useless, I had to scramble to find something else at the last minute And then when I called their corporate headquarters to let somebody in charge know what kind of service people are getting, they just passed it on to the same person I talked to in the first place, who kept insisting it was my file that was the problem NEVER AGAIN!!! CUSTOMER BEWARE -- poor quality products and extremely poor customer service! And they just don't seem to care!

I was impressed with the speed of this delivery, as well as the presentation I did have an issue in that I wanted a man's and a woman's watch I called prior to my order to inquire as to if the woman's watch was smaller than the man's I was told it was When received, they were both he same size I called customer service they were extremely helpful, and told me to keep the woman's watch at no charge, and suggested I order a child's sizeThey also gave me a code to use to buy a new watch at the sale price which I originally paid I have become a repeat customer, and would recommend this company to everybody

I specifically searched to find stone/agate guitar picks for their durabilityI chose the Zazzle site to utilize their custom pick making featuresAgate picks are much more expensive than typical plastic or Celluloid picks and they had a 'buy more save more' optionSo I used their custom template to select the stone and position the pick template over the striations in the stones to get the exact look I wanted and selected for their stone cutters to make or each totaling $I later decided to cancel my order, about minutes later in factI didn't get a response until a day or two later and they told me the picks weren't Agate at all, but Celluloid and they didn't answer my request to cancel the orderI had told them I wanted to cancel after finding out about Agate stone cutters getting ill inhaling agate dust etcand I didn't want to support such industryYet, they attempted to tell me there was no need to worry they weren't agate at all but Celluloid picksI told them

I placed an order of $*** on the 10th of July for product that was pre-purchased by clients of mineZazzle quoted me that they would arrive by the 19th of JulyI have had exchanges with customer service, and the order has still not left production stageThe exchanges are documented as follows: 7/17/17- I wrote to Zazzle customer service worried about the delivery of my productThe customer service rep kindly upgraded me from day shipping (I pay $** annually to be a member of faster shipping) to business day shipping, but could not promise that they would make it by the 19th7/20/- I inquired about the state of my orderThe only response I received is that orders can sometimes take 7-days to be fulfilled, and that I should expect a delivery one business day following the 7-day rangeAt that point my order was in the 9th business day of production7/25/- My third inquiry was never addressed, and I never received a response from customer service

This company is a joke I ordered thirts on 11/to be delivered 11/or 11/however it never came called and someone hung up one me Called again and was told it was in production still Why wasnt I updated when I emailed the company on 11/instead of a message from someone who couldn't have read my actual message Called again and was like yeah sorry dont know what to tell me? I paid extra money for delivery if you couldnt honor the order dont take it or my money and then saying I would need to wait 7-business days in order to get a refund for their mistake
