RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Today is the first day the paper has been delivered as it should be in over a month. I am hoping this will continue! I have been contacted by The Courant's customer service 4 times since yesterday inquiring if the paper was delivered. This is the first time someone has made any effort to get this issue resolved. Thank you for your assistance in resolving this issue. I am hoping I will not have to file a complaint for the same issue again. Sincerely, [redacted]

Old circulars remain littering my yardI want old circulars PICKED UP and new ones to STOP! I purchased a weeks subscription to Sunday only Hartford Couran through *** however half way though my subscriptions paper were not delivered every Sunday'sSometimes I did not get the papers for weeks at a timeOther papers were thrown on the wet driveway and soaked which had to be Thrown outI called their customer service many times and got empty apologies with promise of re delivery which did not happenFinally I filed a complaint with Revdex.com CT and received a call from regional managerShe offered to extend the paper deliveries for the missing onesCompliant was removedLast week I received a bill from Hartford Courant for $ I did not renew my subscription I even expressed the fact that I would never subscribe to the paper againI I contacted their billing department and told them I would not pay for the papers I did not ask forIf they decided to throw papers on my driveway without my consent that is their problemI know $ is not much but I refuse to be intimidated and taken advantage of by this organization even if it was for cents!
