I am rejecting this response because: While technically not in my yard an item was thrown onto the town easement very close to my yardSince there has never been distribution to this piece of property, I believe the person responsible meant it to land in my yard and just has poor aimThis easement is technically my neighbors side yard (he has a corner lot) but the item is in such a place that he will not see it since it is between his fence and the roadNow I have changed what I want from the Hartford CourantI want this method of distribution to CEASE entirely in my town since their distribution personal are obviously unable to follow directions from their managers
