Samsung had reviewed Mrs [redacted] claim in regards to her Galaxy and Galaxy Edge phones Our system shows the agent handling her claim spoke with her on 4/18/to discuss the claim Mrs [redacted] told the agent that her husband was offered service on one of the phones which he initially declined Mrs [redacted] asked the agent to send her an email with the direction for the repair service The agent sent the below email per her request: Hello [redacted] ,Samsung Service center is located in Plano Texas,The repair facility will provide a repair for both of your mobile devicesThe repair takes approximately 5-business days for completionThis includes expedited shipping.Please provide the model and IMEI number for both units to proceed with serviceI will provide to you shipping labels and packaging instructions upon receipt of your informationThanks for being a valued Samsung customerHave a great dayThe agent sent Mrs [redacted] a reminder email on 4/20/for requested information for service Up to date, the agent has not received the required information in order to proceed with the claim Please have Mrs [redacted] send the agent the model and IMEI number for both phones at her earliest convenience We apologize for any inconveniences and delays the customer may have experienced with this caseThank you

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Samsung is an extremly unprofessional, dishonest, crooked and tacky company to deal withWednesday I have appointments with different corporate lawyers so we can pursue a lawsuit against SamsungThis has been going on for over a month now and I have had enoughMy lawyer emailed the agent 'Brooke' times and she has yet to respondWhat is the point of giving people an email if you are not going to respond? It's extremly ignorant on Samsung's end especiallu when they give those emails out for consumers to contactMy retailer will not provide mailing receipts or tracking information, so we asked Samsung Electrtonics in Australia to fax us a verification letter confirming that Samsung is in possession of my Note device which Mrs[redacted] presented but the agent has yet to repsondI have a feeling I will be denined my refund again, sadly over something that I have absolutely no control overSo I am pursuing a lawsuit, I've had enough of Samsung's games Regards, [redacted]

Samsung tries to accommodate our customers with a resolution to the best of our ability on a case by case review However in Mr [redacted] ’s case, his device was deemed BER (beyond economical repair) based on the last repair; reference Txt# which voided the warranty The agent assigned to the claim contacted Mr [redacted] again today, 10/27/to advise him that due to the device being deemed BER, Samsung will not be able to provide any accommodations Regrettably, Samsung stance remains the same No accommodations can be provided for this claim Thank you for being a valued Samsung customer, we apologize for any inconveniences you may have experienced with this case
