Samsung has reviewed Mrs [redacted] claim in regards to her refrigerator Our system shows the agent who handled the claim sent Mrs [redacted] an email on 6/09/advising that since she has an extended warranty with Warren-Tech (who is providing service for the unit), they would have to offer her any accommodation available to her through the warranty Due to Mrs [redacted] having the unit serviced through her extended warranty, no accommodations will be provided by Samsung at this time We apologize for any inconveniences and delays the customer may have experienced with this case Thank you

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The mini-split is Samsung branded equipment Quietside has not been responsive to the warranty issue, hence attempted to get Samsung to take action -- and all Samsung has done is 'punt' the issue to Quietside Very unprofessional and unethical business practice by Samsung, to sell (or allow product with Samsung brand to be sold) and provide no service or support is unacceptable Regards, [redacted]
