Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Despite submittal of several documents, countless phone conversation, technician visits, direct deposit information and photos, I have only been notified that a refund continues to be considered and IF approved it will take 5-business days before a possible refund will be transferred to my accountThis unit was installed 6/6/2017! It is now over months and counting and I continue to have a dishwasher that admittedly by Samsung does not work! I fail to see why a decision and a transfer takes this long, so this complaint continues to be open - not resolved to my satisfaction! Regards, [redacted]

As per Samsung [redacted] division [redacted] has been contacted and advised that samsung.com does not operate on a live system and that the customers are notified after the orders are placed that their item is on backorder They are pushing the issue of converting to a live system to keep the customers happy and to keep the customers returning [redacted] was also informed that unfortunately once the samsung.com order is placed it must go to the address provided at the time the order was submittedIf the customer cannot receive or pick up the order after there attempts by the courier, it will come back to the warehouse and a full refund will be processed on the credit card We apologize for any inconvenience and delays the customer experienced with this case For further inquiries, please have customer contact Samsung at [redacted] between the hours of 9AM and 6PM EST, Monday through FridayThank you

Upon further review of Mr [redacted] claim, he placed an order for a 65" Class KU6-Series 4K UHD TV (Model) on 1/31/According to the tracking information the product shipped out on 2/1/but he still had not received itMr [redacted] wanted to cancel the order but unfortunately since the product had shipped, a cancellation request could not be submittedSamsung informed Mr [redacted] of his option to refuse shipment and have the product shipped back to the Samsung warehouseOnce the product is received back he will receive a full refund Samsung contacted AGS on behalf of Mr [redacted] and they informed us that the product was at the AGS location in PennsylvaniaThey also provided us with the number for that location (AGS Office in Pennsylvania: ###-###-####/ AGS Tracking: [redacted] ) which Samsung provided Mr [redacted] for him to be able to set an appointment up for delivery We apologize for any inconveniences and delays the customer may have experienced with this case Thank you

Samsung has reviewed Mrs [redacted] claim in regards to her phone The agent handling her claim spoke with her on 4/11/and she informed them that she has taken the phone to [redacted] for assistance She stated that her carrier is assisting her because she did not want to send her phone in for service as the device has all of her information on it The agent advised that the Samsung warranty is for service and when sending in the device, she would need to back up her information so that it would not be available for the ASC Mrs [redacted] stated that she is getting the issue resolved through [redacted] service We apologize for any inconveniences and delays the customer may have experienced with this caseThank you

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have previously provided Samsung's customer service the model # of the phone (S [redacted] **), the serial # of the phone ( [redacted] ) and the IMEI of the phone ( [redacted] ) on several occasions Samsung left a phone message one time (July 3, 1017) which I returned the call the next day giving them the information they were requesting I have never received an email from Samsing requesting anything I also sent them a copy of the original receipt for the phone's purchase Samsung continues to delay the warranty claim for the phone in question by denying they have received requested information about the phone when in fact they have already previously acknowledged receiving the information Regards, [redacted] ***
