Samsung has reviewed Mr [redacted] claim in regards to his promotional codes Our system shows Mr [redacted] had promotion codes, one in the amount of $and the other in the amount of $ Mr*** placed an order for the Fast Charge Wireless Charging Stand BOGO deal and applied the $promotional code on the orderAn E-Commerce agent spoke with Mrs [redacted] and informed her of the terms and conditions for the codes "The promotion code is a one-time use codeThe promotion code may not be combined with any other offer or promotion on Samsung.com that requires the use of a promotion codeThe promotion code may only be used to pay for the products being purchased, and may not be used to pay for sales tax or shipping chargesThe promotion code has no cash valueThe promotion code may only be used for purchases on Samsung.com/US, and may not be used at any other retailerLost or expired promotion code numbers cannot be replaced." The agent informed Mrs [redacted] that unfortunately her request to receive a replacement $code cannot be granted In addition, the agent explained that promotion codes do not have cash value and if the complete amount is not used on an order the remaining amount cannot be used at a later time No accommodations will be made for this claim We apologize for any inconveniences and delays the customer may have experienced with this case Thank you

Samsung contacted Mr [redacted] in regards to his claim for his washer The agent handling his claim spoke with Mrs [redacted] on 2/28/and advised her that she would need to set up service; reference Txt# [redacted] for follow up on previous repair The system shows that a technician was scheduled to go to the home on 3/06/to evaluate the unit We apologize for any inconveniences and delays the customer may have experienced with this case Thank you

Samsung has reviewed Mrs [redacted] claim in regards to laundry mat compensation Our system shows on 4/01/17, a check in the amount of $100.00; reference Txt# [redacted] was issued as compensation for the laundry mat costs The agent handling Mrs [redacted] claim spoke with her on 4/18/ and advised that she will not be granted additional reimbursement or compensation as Samsung’s warranty states that we do not reimburse for laundry mat feesMrs [redacted] advised this was a one-time courtesy compensation No further accommodations will be made for this claim We apologize for any inconveniences and delays the customer may have experienced with this case Thank you

It's been weeks ago that I contacted Samsung about my FridgeThe [redacted] center in our area ordered the parts and they came in last weekSo on Friday we set a a Appt for today (Monday 14th) to fix it [redacted] from [redacted] talked to them and sent them an email on Friday and told them about the appt today and that everything was set upThen on Saturday a phone call came in from ###-###-#### and they stated on my answering machine that our order #[redacted] was cancelled........I could not believe itI tried calling back and left message time through out the day Satnothing back from SamsungThey are now stating that we have to make a new order I could not believe itBack to square oneSo we played their games and started again the new order is [redacted] stated that I did not answer ther calls which is a LIE!!! If I wasn't here to answer their calls I called back everytime but as exactly the same thing as last Saturday no return calls no return calls from Samsung..........This whole thing has been nothing but stressfulWhen Shawna from the Presidents office at Samsung told me to buy a cooler for my husbands Diabetes Medication everything went really down hill I cannot believe their HORRIBLE Customer Service
