The service company technicians came on Wednesday evening and replaced the rotting parts of the Samsung Washer including the installation of a new frameHopefully this problem will not reoccur

Samsung tried to reach Mr [redacted] by phone # ###-###-#### and got a recording stating “The number was unavailable” with no additional contact number to reach him Samsung emailed him at [redacted] informing him that upon further review of his claim, the system showed that unit had been shipped and on 2/3/17, UPS.com (tracking # [redacted] ) confirmed delivery to his home address Mr [redacted] responded to our email and confirmed he did in fact receive the unit We apologize for any inconveniences and delays the customer may have experienced with this case Thank you

I know there is water damageEver part of the phone was covered an when it hit the water of maybe 1-inches it was in there for literally a couple seconds Att will not replace itI want a new phoneIt had to be defective!!! The cover was NEVER taken off of it and the battery plug was definitely closedThis is advertisingThe phone is advertised as water resistant and it was notThat was the main reason I purchased itI read up on this and it even has a function for taking under water picsI know if I send it back they will say there is nothing we can do to fix itI am still paying on a phone that I cannot use because it didn't do what it said it can doI want a replacementEven if it's refurbishedThat's not fair to say something is water resistant and then refuse to repair or replace it when it gets water damage
