We did not receive the item and contacted and spoke with them numerous times. They informed me they are backed up but it's been 15 months no product.
Credit card payment with no product delivered in over 15 months. They come up with excuse of being busy every time I am able to reach them by phone.

Purchased a rope drop bag over a month ago, still haven't received it, order still shows as "new".
Purchased a rope drop bag over a month ago, on 7/30/20, today is 9/5/20, and still haven't received it. Order number is AB-XXXXX, paid with *** Card. Tried several times to contact the company, both by phone and by email, and was unsuccessful. Finally got a call back from them a day ago after calling them again, and they said that the order was taking long because they hand make everything to order and that it takes longer. This is the same thing they say to everyone who orders from them, and it is a pattern of deception that repeats itself over and over. After speaking to them, they said the order should be shipping out next week, but the order still shows "new" as of today's date.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

This company takes people's money and then never deliver's the product. They claim that they hand make each product to order, and that's why it takes so long. They are hard to get ahold of, they don't answer emails, and when called on the phone they don't pick up and instead ask you to leave a message...during normal business hours. It's been a month and my order still shows as "new", and when I finally got ahold of them they stated that my order was next up to be made and should be shipping out next week. I doubt I'll receive what I ordered at all. They give the same line to everyone that calls.

On 8-15-20 I ordered the SPECIAL EDITION Firefighter Nylon Radio Strap Set - HOT PINK with 3M Silver Reflective. Order number AB-XXXXX. They have already took the money out of my account and since then, I have not gotten any answers from them re guarding my order status. I have called them numerous times and I have emailed them 5 different times re guarding this issue. As of today I have not heard anything from anyone. The amount I paid for this item was $62.99.

I placed an order with this company on 3-11-2020 for a Firefighter Leather Radio Strap & Motorola APX 6000 Holder Solid Black. I wanted this item personalized with the letters "BIG E" on the strap. I was charged $87.59 on the date of order. It is now 8-8-2020 and I have yet to receive this item. I have not received any notice via mail, phone call or email about the delay of this item. When I call the number on the website to try and reach someone I get no answer. I have called Monday through Friday and weekends all throughout the day. All with no answer. I left voicemails and sent emails, and the only time I get any response is when I tell them I'm going to report them to the Revdex.com. The only time I got to talk to someone they told me that my item was about to ship and they were going to email me the tracking number. That was on 6-20-2020. I have no tracking # and no one answered when I call.

Took my money and never received what I ordered.
I placed my order on 04 July 2020 for a 139-c-HP-set special addition firefighter radio strap Hot pink with 3m silver reflective for a short person. My order number is AB-XXXXX. I was billed for 54.99 and that is what was taken from by bank account. Since then I have contacted the company twice to see where my order is at have not been able to get in contact with anyone just a voice mail.

I ordered (1) 866 SOT Kayak Self-Rescue Ladder - Hi Viz Yellow/Orange on 12-29-19. I called about a month latter after not receiving the product. That is the sole time anyone answered my call. The person assured me that it is a very popular item and that a shipment was expected to arrive at Sav-A-Jake within 10 days. I was told that I'll likely receive my order in 2-3 weeks. Nothing came. I called, left voicemails and left a message via email. I haven't received a response.

Have phoned at least ten times with no-one answering BUT I did get a return call and was advised that due to the pandemic the world is going thru they are doing there best to fulfill orders and I should receive an email on shipping product in a couple of weeks.That was over a month ago and I now believe I have been scammed. There has to be a way to protect the buyer and / or get our money back as I now see that there are many more complaints. I have called again today 5/14/2020 and again no answer just a message stating to leave my # and they will get back to me ASAP as you are a very valuable customer??
If Sav-A-Jake-international had any respect for people or businesses
they would not treat anyone this way. Right now this is a very vulnerable time and people cannot afford to just waist / give money away. Something should be done to this company if they don't fulfill their commitments to people and / or businesses.

This product was ordered in March and no one will answer my email or phone call. Money has been taken but nothing delivered. Do not order from them.

I ordered a radio holster Jan 2020. I received no further info from them. No updates. I contacted via phone and left messages and e-mailed with one reply stating that these are custom made and take time to make. Customer support is very poor.
I did received my item 3 months later. If this is the estimated time frame it should be posted on their web site.

Company is a total scam. Same story as everyone else. I ordered a radio strap in December 2019 and it never arrived. No customer service at all. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and got my money back. Stay away from this total fraud business.

placed an order on 4/17/2019 for 3 chest straps totaling $67.22 order # AB-XXXXX....made multiple attempts (email and phone calls) either went unanswered or given the run around (out of stock,back ordered,using there kevlar to fill other orders for the military,multiple times got "it will ship in 2 weeks") last actual communication I had with them was december 3,2019 and was told there making them tomorrow and would ship out within 10 days...and still at this time almost 1 full year later from the time of order still haven't received order!!!!!!!!!!!
