Wish I would have read these reviews prior to placing an order for a custom radio holster. Item was never delivered. Multiple call attempts have been made and emails have been sent with no response. Finally decided to dispute the charge through my bank.

I placed an order that has never been filled. Company stopped returning my calls.
I placed an order for a firefighter axe holster on Jan. 11, 2020. After 2 weeks of no update I called the company about my order and they stated it would be shipped in the next few days, but it was not. A week after I again called and they stated the same thing that it would ship in the next day or 2. This happened a few times until the last 2 weeks they stopped returning my calls. My order number is AB-XXXXX. They already debited by CC, and I am trying to either get my item or a refund.

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund. This company is very unprofessional and I am now concerned they will send me subpar product.

Order hose straps on February 12th, 2020. I never received a confirmation email, shipping information or order status updates. No response from store.
I've attempted multiple times to get further information on my purchase, without response. Voicemails are not returned, the business never answers their phone and they do not respond to emails/"contact us" messages on their website. They have received my money and yet I have not received my product. There has been no updates, shipping info, or confirmation emails/letters from them throughout this process.

My name is ***. I ordered a Kevlar chest strap for my brother who is a firefighter. It has been 3 months since I ordered the strap and still have no delivery and the company has been completely unresponsive. It was a complete waste of time and money and the fact that this company is still in business after all of the other complaints I have read is very disappointing.

Ordered product on 11/10/2019. As of 2/20/2020 have still not received item. No response from company to numerous inquiries..
On November 10, 2019 I ordered item 866 - Kayak self rescue ladder. Order number AB-XXXXX. Cost $19.95 plus $5.56 shipping. Having not received item by mid December, I telephoned the company and did get a response that this item is made in-house and they were currently out of them, and as soon as production notified sales of availability, item would be shipped and I would be notified. Having still not received the item by the first week in February 2020, I again began inquiring several times this time with absolutely no response to emails and several voice messages. I am frustrated trying to deal with this company, and I certainly would advise anyone to steer clear of them. At this point, I would like to have the item that I ordered or a total refund put back on my card, with a response from this company. The worst customer service I have ever experienced!

Order from the company 07-06-2019. Called them many times, they emailed you them. With no response.
Order on 07-06-2019 from there website. Orders $249.94 worth of hose straps for my fire department. Received a order conformation and a order numberAB-XXXXX.

Called about 3 months after ordering they said they had some military contracts and that that my order was on back order. A few months later they said it would be 10 days and they would have my Order. I have tried to call and email them for the past 3 months. With no answer.

I ordered gear for my firefighter turn outs September 21, 2019. It was never made or delivered. I asked for a refund that was not sent. I was ignored.
I purchased an escape belt for my firefighting PPE. This was to make it faster to put on in case of emergency and more reliable should I ever need to bail out of a burning building. I ordered the "122-KEVLAR Firefighter Truck/Ladder/Escape
Belt - KEVLAR" size REGULAR for 149.99 on September 21, 2019. I received a confirmation that my order was accepted as order # AB-XXXXX, as the attached image shows. I waited several weeks and did not get even a shipping confirmation. I contacted them via email stating that since my order was not made or shipped, I would like to cancel it for a full refund. I received a phone call from Staci asking me to call her back. I did so, multiple times, left messages, and was then ignored. I did not receive a refund, I did not receive the product that I payed for, I did not even get any notice from the company regarding why I was essentially being robbed of the money that I had spent for my gear as a first responder that never was delivered or even made.

Desired Outcome

I would like a full refund for what I payed for the product, including the shipping since no product was shipped. I will use that money to buy an escape belt from a more reputable source that will actually deliver me the product that I purchase.

I have sent multiple emails, voicemails and contacted the company online with no response to my idea. I no longer want the item and seeking a refund.
In October I placed an order for a radio strap for work in the fire department. I did not receive my item and emailed the company on November 1, 2019 with no response to email. I then left a message. After a few days someone called and said the item was delayed due a high volume ordered item and should come after the holidays. On January 10. 2020, I called several times, emailed and contacted the website with no response. I have screenshot my contact request asking for a refund and still have not gotten any response. Today, January 17, I phoned and left a message and also went into the website and contacted the company with no response. I later checked this companies customer reviews only to find that I am not the only customer that they have done this to. Many other unhappy customers stated that they do not respond back to voicemail and definitely almost never to emails.

I only want a refund. My fire department recommended another company to buy from. I want to use my refund to purchase the item from the company my fire department recommended.
