I ordered several items from Sav-a-Jake International. They collected the payment but, never delivered the merchandise. No response from the merchant.
I ordered several firefighter equipment items. They did not deliver the items. I attempted to contact them via email/phone/website contact. They have not attempted to make any contact with me about our order.

Placed an order back in November, now it's close to the middle of January and still no tracking number or phonecall back.
Spent almost 80 dollars on a radio strap and have had no response from the company and at this point I'd rather just refunded or to get the product I asked for!

I ordered a anchor chains sleave on December 14, 2019. It should've been a pretty simple order but they don't answer the phone they don't answer emails it's just BS I filed a dispute with my bank after reading some of the other reviews here

I ordered a truck belt 5 months ago. They accepted payment, haven't sent it, and won't return calls or emails. Can't get a refund or product
I Used my debit card and ordered a Kevlar firefighter truck ladder escape belt from savajake on 8/17/19. That day I received a confirmation number : AB-XXXXX. My checking account was debited for the sale amount of $162.99 8/19/2019. $13 dollars of the total was for shipping. I have called them, left a message and sent 2 emails. The first email was sent in the first week of September because the belt had not shipped. There was no indication of back order at the time I ordered the belt. I have left my phone number and have not heard from them at all. Because my phone calls haven't been answered, voicemails not returned or emails returned, I cannot get a refund or even check the status of my order.

Don't buy from here! No answer after several different contact methods. Paid almost $90 for a product over 3 weeks ago.

Taking the matter up with my credit card company in hopes of a refund.

Its now been 105 days since this order was placed.
Numerous phone calls and emails later, I still haven't received an answer.

I placed an order 8/12/19 for 2 hose straps for a total of $60.48. I have not received the order as of 12/19/19 nor have I received a reply to emails
I placed an order for 2 hose straps with 3M reflective tape and caribiners item number 122-A-4 order number AB-XXXXX. The $60.48 was taken out of my bank account but to this day 12/19/19 I have yet to receive my order. I have attempted to contact the company both through email and through their website to no avail. I have not received any reply nor any explanation as to the reason for the delay.

I ordered an escape ladder belt from this company on 12/01/2019 and I have not received it. I have tried to contact the company by phone and email with no contact been made. In my opinion this company don't deserve one star. They are scammers and will take your money. How is a business like this allowed to stay in business. This company is breaking the law. Theft of services and Theft by deception.

I ordered a radio strap on 7/7/2019 and never received it. Order # AB-***. It was paid for at that time . Several phone calls later still no radio strap They get a one star review only because no stars is not an option.

Back in June 2019, I purchased their webbing that comes with a carabiner. I didn't receive a shipping confirmation within a reasonable time and called the company to see what the hold up was. The only time I have been able to talk to them on the phone they told me it was hand made and on backorder that I will get a shipping confirmation when it was being sent out. It is now December and I have not taken delivery of the product and have tried multiple times by phone and email to get an update or refund. Every phone call goes to a voice machine and I have left a voicemail at least 4 to 5 times. It is now December 2019 with no product received and can't get my money refunded.

Merchandise ordered, credit card charged, no product delivery, unresponsive to calls and emails.
Order AB-XXXXX - ordered 9/11/2019 - Online order of merchandise, credit card charged next day, as of Nov. 26 no merchandise received. I've called the company and sent emails via its website - only one voicemail received indicating they would call back.....no follow-up and no responses to my subsequent calls and emails. Based on the number of similar complaints, I assume this company is knowingly stealing or going broke. Do not do business with Sav-A-Jake.

Made a purchase and havent received it, no tracking number, is been more than 25 days of the order , no answer to email or phone call.

Item was purchased and Sav-a-Jake took the money and never shipped out the item and has not responded to any emails or phone calls.
I purchased a radio holster and radio strap on 11/05/2019 the money was accepted via credit card and I emailed and asked for a tracking number on the item. I never received an email back I have tried calling and email and have received no return contacts. at this point I just want a refund

Item was never delivered.
No update on order/Company refuses to return calls and emails I ordered a portable radio holder on 10/13/19 for $89.00 that was in-fact charged to my account. I've attempted to contact the company multiple times via e-mail and phone messages seeking any sort of update and as of this date I've not heard anything nor have my emails or phone calls been returned. Extremely disappointed that it's come to putting in a complaint but I truly feel that people need to know how this company does business. There's no doubt in my mind that this is a scam.

We ordered a self rescue ladder for a kayak from them back on September 13th,2019. We have emailed and called no answer. They took our money.

Then call there has been calls left on there answering machine with order number and my name and phone number for a return call but I receive nothing from them.

I ordered my radio strap on 6/22/19 and have contacted the company multiple times regarding my purchase and have been lied to every time.

I have sent approximately 6 emails over the last 7 months and left several voice mails as they do not answer the phone when you call. All of which garnered no response. Order total was $75.99 debited from my bank account.
